Very good. Had to cancel an order rider as I missed akenly chose the wrong occasion and received excellent service on the correction to my order. I ordered a gift box and I as a little disappointed it had logo on it. Overall good quality and service.

I realized that I accidently duplicated my Zazzle order when I got 2 back to back shipping confirmations with different order numbers. After trying to resolve this issue through online forms, I searched for the customer service phone number and (happily) was able to speak to 1 customer service representative - Joe. He was courteous, professional, and quickly authorized a credit. Zazzle you now have a very loyal customer! Thank you very much for having such a great team and for being so customer focused. I was very impressed that Joe was caring and effective and did NOT bounce me around through different departments/people.

Announcements came and looked just like they appeared during customization on-line. I was concerned, because the way I laid out the copy wasn't exactly as the template appeared. But they looked just as I had hoped. What You See Is What You Get.

The invitations are very beautiful. They have a glitter print but do not shed glitter all over. The edges of one side and the edges of the envelopes were bent a bit in the mail. But it shouldn't be a problem.

I was surprised at how small the detail cards were when they arrived. I wasn't expecting them to be almost the size of a business card unfortunately. I thought they would be more like the size of a postcard.

I cannot review the product yet because I am still waiting for it to be shipped. I placed my order on December 15th with an it's not too late type of promo code and paid extra for express shipping for delivery on December 23rd because it was important to me to have the gifts available for Christmas day and available for use this week. It is now December 28th and my order is still in the "making" process. I emailed Zazzle and got a blanket response that I can expect to be contacted within 1 - 2 business days. I have not received any courtesy notices that my order was not going to be shipped on time. Nor did they give me a revised delivery date. That is why I have given a 1 star rating. If you need an order by a specific date, be cautious, as in my experience their estimated delivery is quite unreliable.

Had to wait on hold for a bit but once I got on the phone with a customer service rep I was completely taken care of. Lorraine helped me and she was absolutely amazing. The business cards I ordered were much smaller then I thought they would so Lorraine quickly gave me credit for my order, sent me a 30% off discount code AND let me keep the business cards I received already. I wasn't even sure I would be able to get a credit but Lorraine went above and beyond to help me. So impressed by Zazzle and Lorraine.

I ordered a t shirt for my son for Christmas - in plenty of time. The shirt came (finally) and was defective. It looked like the wording had been stamped twice. I tried to call them to be told they weren't accepting calls so I had to email. I explained in the email that I needed a replacement by Christmas. Two days later I got an email asking me to send a photo of the defective product. Two days after that -I got an email asking if I wanted a refund or replacement. Three days after that I got an email saying the replacement was on the way but would not be here for Christmas - with not much of an apology. Based on the quality of the product and the customer service - I would NOT buy here again.

It was my first time using this company and will not be my last. The customizing was very easy and I loved the quality of the products. The price was great! They arrived in less than a week. They were the only place that had donut invites

I bought a card from them, but the card I received was not the right card. I contacted them about it and they said I could just get a credit for a different card. I didn't need a different card, and in the meantime, I had found the card I needed from a different vendor. I told them I prefered to return the item for a refund since I had no use for it. I returned the card unopened in the original sleeve and envelope, mailed with a tracking number in the original envelope. The card was delivered three days later. It is now six weeks since I returned it and they have still not refunded my credit card as requested. Despite several emails to them, I have not received any response. This company has extremely bad customer service. I would not order from them again nor recommend them to anyone.

So after designing my invitation. It's telling me that the Whiffle Ball words on my invite arretrademarked and i can't use it on my invitation. By the way i've made custom invitations before on zazzle using this term. They canceled my order, they refuse to give me an explanation via email or telephone. I will not be using zazzle ever again.

I spent a month and half waiting for something that I never got. It's a really long story, so I will try to shorten it to what people actually need to know. They said it would be delivered between May 15-27th. It wasn't. Reached out twice to check the status. They told me it was close to being done. Then they emailed me and said they'd refund me shipping for how long it was taking. Then the next day they told me they were cancelling my order all together. "They thought they could make it work, but they just couldn't." So! That's freaking horrible since my mom was expecting her Mother's Day gift. I'm just so mad I ever gave this company any of my time or money.

When I viewed the edited project, which was an invitation, the back had diagonal lines across it with a wood background. I tried and tried to remove it all but couldn't. I called and spoke with someone at Zazzle and they told me the diagonal lines were there because it was supposed to be plain or blank. So i assumed they were going to have a plain white back to the invitation. When I received them, they have the diagonal lines with the wood background. The front looks great but the back looks a little strange! If I had time to return them and have them reprinted, I would, but I don't have time before the event.
