I designed a mug as a gift for a friend, based on our workplace. Zazzle refused to print it, citing the company logo. To be clear: I asked them to print ONE mug as a PRIVATE GIFT, and they refused. So I took my business elsewhere (Canva). Will never use them again.

Order process and customization of invites very easy, would have liked the colors on the invite to be closer to the instant download. If we weren't tight on time, we would have requested a reprinting so the physical invitation would be closer to the online/digital download image quality.
Beautiful invitation we fell in love with. A friend recently got her wedding invites from this site as well.

My gifts were late in arriving but that is not unusual when the delivery is to Australia.
Other than that, the quality was and is exceptional. The gifts were for family so naturally I wanted the best for them and they were delighted. The sizes were perfect and Zazzle's tshirt quality is tops.

Zazzle.com has always treated me good. I was most appreciative of my last order. By accident, I ordered the wrong size of hoodie. I realized my mistake the next day. I called the helpful customer support team at Zazzle and explained my situation. They couldn't promise me anything because the order was in process already, but they sent an urgent request to the shop floor, to see if they could switch out the size of the hoodie for my order before it was finished. I was so happy when the final product came and it was the size I really wanted. Thanks Zazzle.com!

I placed an order on December 9th for custom family reunion shirts and paid extra for express delivery and was given an estimated delivery date of December 13th. They charged me IN FULL at the time the order was placed. The 13th came and went without any change in status on the website for my order. I emailed customer service and was told that custom orders are not produced until 8 business days after being placed. I asked why, then, was I given a delivery date of December 13th and allowed to pay an additional $75 fee for express delivery. No answer. Do not order from this company if you want any semblance of customer service... 30+ minute waits to speak to someone in the phone and even when you get someone they aren't very helpful. Stay away from this company.

I ordered a shirt for my dog in xlarge... when it came it was xsmall. My dog weighs 45 lbs and the shirt was for 0 to 4 lb. I rechecked my order several time before submitting it... I called customer service and got a very rude person... They said to donate the shirt and they would send me a new one. A week went by and nothing... I called again and they said the shirt did not come in xlarge so they would refund my money... After two weeks the refund finally showed up in my account minus the shipping... Why should I loose the shipping fee when it was their error... I am going to chalk this one up and never order from Zazzle again...

I was amazed with the turn around time. I was impressed with the quality of the product. The customer service was great, the delivery turn around time was sooner that I expected. It was easy to place my order. There were no issues. While I was in the post office to mail my invites, there was a lady, who what I was mailing and was so impressed with the quality of the product, that she asked for Zazzles contact information, for an event that she was having. I can't wait to place my next order.

I purchased a product and it said that it was shipped on 1/21/2018 for one thats a Sunday. For two no delivery services are open and lets not forget it said it was shipped on a Sunday at 7:22 a.m... So i tried callingg the customer service number (both numbers) and no answer. The backdrop is for a party and i highly doubt it will be here on time. So i will be asking fully for a refund and i will not be ordering anything else.

I like the items I bought. The reason I wanted to purchase is because I saw a discount they were showing on the item but when I clicked on promotional code, it said I couldn't use. It was a bit frustrating but my papers are very nice.
The papers were very cute and I was interested in using them in a craft for my decor.

Been emailing back and forth since 1/2015 on a photo sculpture that I had mad for my Dad. I ordered a 5x7 it came as a 3x7, not what I paid for! They will not stand buy there error and told me it is past the 30 day return? I don't want to return it I want it the size it should be. Oops there error not mine. So very disappointed is the customer service and quality I am sick about it. How people get away with not doing what they are suppose to. It was $40 not like even cost them to remake it to what I ordered.
Tip for consumers:
Don't trust online orders. When they recieve your money there is not more that you can do. They win you have no way to confront them they can just ignore you.

I unexpectantly received a reoccurring charge. I contacted customer service and had my matter easily resolved with Rob whom was a gentleman on the telephone!

I've ordered thru Zazzle a few times with no problems. Last time was for a gift for a friend in Brooklyn, New York. The address was correct though I should have said Brooklyn, not NYC (correct either way though). It was delivered to an address in Manhattan and the post office insisted the package said Ave, not Pl (I doubt that since the confirmation from Zazzle was correct)
I read MANY bad reviews about Zazzle and I HATE confrontation. I almost gave up on the case right there, especially when it wasn't even Zazzle's fault. But I sent off a polite email (most complaints were about phone calls) and explained the situation. Zazzle handled it very nicely and sent off a replacement product which my friend got without any issues.
So I'm very happy with them and I also got a boost of confidence which I needed more of. (Now to write a bad review for the post office)

The wedding shower invitations were so small that I couldn't read the print for the location, date, rsvp, etc. I like the invitations, but way too small to send to people. I realize it was my choice to pick the size but I didn't realize it would be so small. I placed another order for a larger size, but the discount you offered for the next order said it was expired.

Some else said it right - SHOP ELSEWHERE. I ordered 4/27 - June 3 now and nothing. When I placed the order, I was told I'd receive it end of May - June 1. Tracking it got me nowhere - it said it's still being made and that's it.
When a company takes this long to send an order, they could at least have the decency to send an email with some information to appease the customer, especially being that Zazzle is not inexpensive.

Paid 50$ on shipping to have them done within 4 days, over a week passed and my order still showed as processing. I was so fed up I called them and they told me my order was "stuck" and had to get approved because you aren't allowed to use school names ON GRADUATION ANNOUCMENTS. Yet every single design example had school names. Why on earth would they not state that when purchasing them. And why on earth would a website offer graduation announcements and not allow you to put your school name when that's the entire point of graduation annoucments. So ridiculously dumb it hurts. Do not use for graduation announcements if you plan on using your school name like most people would. Truly disappointed I wasted a week waiting for annoucments that never even got processed when I could of just went to minted or Shutterfly and had them quick. Also disappointed no one even bothered to contact me about the delay and I had to reach out myself. Ew

Ordered on 12/12. They claim it was shipped on 12/16. Tracking shows UPS picked it up on 12/17 and delivered it to the USPS on 12/20. However, the USPS shows they got electronic notice that a package was coming but that it was never received. UPS states they are simply the packing vendor but Zazzle uses USPS for the actual shipping so they can't help. USPS says they don't have the package so they can't help. Zazzle customer service does not exist. Period. I have held for long periods but could not reach a human. This morning they have a recording stating they are now closed for the holidays and won't reopen until Jan 2. This company is a scam. I have notified my credit card company to stop payment. I am also filing complaint with the BBB and the FTC for fraudulent business practices. DO NOT BUY from this company.
