Both items that I had ordered were personalized, one being business cards for Etsy.com Graceasis, and the other a record decal on a long sleeve ladies t-shirt. I am so very happy happy. Very proud to pass out my business card. They turned out beautiful and it's a reflection on what I sell on my on-line store. Call me a VERY more than SATISFIED customer!

I ordered 4 turtle ties for my wedding coming up on August 22nd. The ties are not what I was looking for in the design. I don't want a return, I want to exchange for a different style! NO ONE there will answer the phone or answer my emails! I am running out of time to do this exchange! I am going to contact my bank and dispute the charge and just send them back and take my business elsewhere. This is the worst customer service ever! I am a customer service manager and if my customer service department did this I would get FIRED! HORRIBLE!

The reason I gave it one star is becoause that's is the lowest I could give this company. First of all the call center is never available the chat was available once throughout the day.
I placed my order on dec 1 and they said my order would arrive by the 12. I checked yesterday and they had changed it to 7 days after manufacturing whatever that means! I have family that leaves next week as I was telling this to the rep on chat and I needed this this week he told me he couldn't do anything and would arrive by the 20th. But yet they were so quick to charge my card.
Please do yourself a favor and order from Etsy and not from this bogus site that tell you one thing and cannot deliver. The worst site ever

I paid for next day delivery and received it two days later and they wouldn't refund my money for next day delivery. I'll never order from them ever again nor refer them to my soldiers. I mean I would have accepted the difference between the 1 day and two day delivery especially since I ordered way before 3pm eastern standard time

I ordered a custom stamp that never came. I called customer service multiple times and never got in touch with them. I finally got a call back and it was a phising scam that got my information directly from Zazzle attempting to take my credit card information. Will never order from this site again as it is a scamming site.

HORRIBLE! Stay away from this site! This website is a bunch of bull! All zazzle does is steal your money! I ordered invitation for an 80th surprise party next month and I could not track my order despite giving it a few days to show up on time. After about two weeks it finally showed up under my zazzle account and it showed that it had shipped when I went to my post office to pick it up it wasn't there! Everyone in that post office looked for it! Upon NUMEROUS CALLS AND EMAILS i still have not received a response and they will keep you on hold forever! "High volume of calls!" Stay the hell away from zazzle!

DO NOT ORDER FROM ZAZZLE!
I ordered Bridal Shower invitations and only one was what I ordered all of the others was the sample on the screen! I called customer service and was left on hold for 36minutes before I gave up. I emailed them twice and have not heard back. What am I supposed to do with all of these use less samples? I will never order from here again. The worst thing is that for the 36 min. I was on hold I kept hearing over and over how they guarantee 100% satisfaction of your money back. This is far from the truth it's been nothing but a headache dealing with this company and I will never deal use or recommend them again!

Ordered 2 recipe binders on dec 8th & dec12th for my college kids per one of them wish. Received 1st one 1 1/2" instead of 1" which makes it bulky (that's partly why I special ordered it) the 2nd never arrived. Called customer service (your wait is 33mins) then explained to the guy (didn't help a bit) then talked to supervisor who said he's on the case & will express ship it & rush making it. Sent emails, called... never received them till Christmas! Horrible timing! They do a good job if you're not in a rush & willing to take risk if it's wrong to have enough time for redo

I placed an order of 36 tags on July 19th, 2017. It said they would arrive by Aug. 4th. I have yet to receive them, and they want to send emails stating oh we are working hard ( the production team) well they aren't very productive and I cant get an answer on my order! There is no one to speak to live because I cant find a customer service #, I have contacted the BBB in there State. This is insane. Poor Customer service. I will never use the company again and looking at the reviews everyone is saying the same thing! Why are the orders taking so long! Why not let people know what is going on rather than the run around! It shouldn't take over a month to print 36 labels and ship them but they surely took there money in 1 day!

I love my invitations for my sons party, results came out beautifully as expected, the were made quickly and shipped out very Fast as well. Overall I had a amazing experience with zazzle and the creator of my invitations. Definitely will be using the services anytime I need paper crafts THANK YOU.

I had referred a couple of friends and they had ordered some items in which I was to receive $25.00 from each person in rewards and they get 25% their first order. I did receive 2 totaling $50.00. I tried to use the codes that were sent to me and it says it expired. Nowhere in the terms and conditions does it state that the reward code expires. The only thing that does expire is the 25% off for the reffed friend. I will never do business with them again and I will be taking this to social media. This has to STOP!

I had ordered a nicely designed K-12 picture frame. The largest size was offered in 8x10 picture frame which I believed was small for 13 pictures. I went ahead and ordered the 8x10. But when I received the picture frame I was extremely disappointed that the Zazzle company had even offered a product with the 8x10 choice where the pictures were so small, the color combination/choices of frame and font did not complement each other and the K-12 titles were sooo tiny that they were almost invisible!
Hmmmm... I had liked the design but obviously the company does not curate its products.

I placed my first order with Zazzle on November 29,2021 for a Mouse pad as a Christmas present, it was
Expected to be delivered by no later then December 14,2021 on December 16 I received an email
Stating the item was not available with no ETA, that's 2 days after I was to receive the purchase.
Why didn't they notify me sooner, no other notification was ever sent.
In my opinion this company is not trustworthy.
