I ordered a Martial Arts USB stick on 25 Nov for my son-in-law's birthday which is on 29 December. On the website it said regarding delivery "Shipping Method:
Standard - No Tracking (5-12 Business Days After Manufacturing)". This was a strange one as it indicated that the item would be made to order and yet it was not a personalised item in any way. 2 weeks later it hadn't arrived and when I contacted Zazzle they couldn't give me any indication when it would arrive. By the time it arrived my son-in-law had gone away for Xmas and his birthday and did not therefore receive the item until his return. The USB drive was so small that I really cannot understand why delivery should have taken so long, why it couldn't be tracked or an indication given of delivery time at point of ordering. I would not order from Zazzle again for this reason even though the product itself was very nice.

I have odered from Zazzle 3 years in a row but this year, they doubled my shipping charges from what the USPS would have charged me!? Why would your bussines do that, especially when you advertise FREE shipping?
I will be ordering from a different bussiness, one that appreciates return customers.

I ordered a diamond placemat from you when it was delivered it was white when it said it was silver i tried calling immediately as it was a Christmas gift they said i had. A 25 minute wait I waited 1 hour and no one answered I kept calling all week to try and change it for the silver glitter one as a result i called pay pal to. Dispute this I am stuck with this and will do business with you again I had to buy from a more reliable company the 2 weeks I called they would tell me I had between 30 to 40 minute wait very unhappy and did not realize it was only a photo of the diamond glitter

I too was scammed by this company. I did not order my product until Dec 16th. But I did pay for the product to be shipped by Dec 23rd. Seeing all of these reviews is shocking. Want kind of idiot runs this type of business. If your that far behind, why on earth would you except an order on the 16th for a Dec 23rd delivery when you can even deliver the orders from November on time. It does not take a rocket scientist to figure out that these are Christmas presents. And no it is not okay to send it after the holidays. I called today to see when my order would be completed and found out that they are closed until Jan 2nd. Seriously- you guys need your heads examined- robbing from all of these people and spoiling their holidays. I would never recommend this company to anyone. There are far too many reputable companies that would love to have all of our business. And yes Zazzle, you will be refunding all of my money!

I use this site to make Custom T-Shirts to sell on line. Over all they seem to be pretty good company to work with. They do take a long time to pay you money that you earned.
My big problem with them is that I can upload a picture for a t-shirt or other products and they tell me that it is not of a good enough quality and will pix-elate when they print it. They are the same pictures that I have emailed to a local company who had no problem with the pictures I sent and the local company turned out great shirts.

I just ordered a baby blanket and a pillow with a picture of a peacock painting I took with my phone after I couldn't find the right set online anywhere that matched my color scheme. I was afraid it would be pixelated or the colors would be off, or it would just be poorly made... and boy was I worried for nothing. They came out PERFECT! I am SO happy with them. I also ordered a custom mug with pics of my kids that also came out great. 100% Satisfied :)

I am in the design and licensing business and sell my designs on various POD platforms. I ran into an issue when a client of mine told me that he had not received his product. So I went to Zazzles online chat forum where I was told I could not speak for my customer since I was not the purchaser. I then emailed Customer Service and Rob came to our customers rescue. He went above and beyond what was required of him and I really appreciated that he was willing to find a solution that made us both happy. I dont care what anyone else says about you, YOU ROCK ROB

I ordered 4 refrigerator magnets from them with artwork credited to two different companies but the magnets made by zazzleflair. The magnets are pretty, but useless. If you try to attach anything to the frig with them, it just slides down onto the floor. The magnets only stay on the frig if they are holding nothing up.

I made 3 orders from zazzle. 2 at the same time (50% off, 1 to be sent to my adress the other one to be sent to France) and a 3rd one couple of days later (full price + express shipping).
1st order received on time but the one I send to France has not arrived. The 3rd one took 6 days to be shipped after I send a message directly to the store. They only answered to my email with an automatic message saying they will offer express shipping but, I paid for that

After making the comment here on the site. Customer service has been very reactive and gave me all the help and answers I needed. Unfortunately, I will leave this comment here anyways because I feel this company really needs to improve Customer service and answer to clients accurately and ON TIME.

Easy design template made it easy to create the invitations. Just remember to spellcheck EVERYTHING! We missed a spelling error in our copy and the invitations were printed with the mistake. Fortunately, we creatively covered the mistake so it worked out.

I customized a 30x40 fleece lap blanket for my granddaughter's birthday with five of her favorite photos of her beloved dog Roxie who had recently passed away. Heartbroken from her loss, this blanket gave her such a burst of joy that she cried. Now she can cuddle this blanket and feel both the love of her grandparents and a reminder of the good times with Roxie. The fleece is super soft, overlock stitched on the edges and printed in a pattern I chose with photos I submitted. The blanket is sublimation printed, that is, the entire pattern and photos are inked directly onto a cream colored fleece blanket on one side and the other side is left plain. The ink saturated the fleece very well without distortion to the photos which was excellent. There is no bleed through to the back, which is pristine clean. There is nothing not to love about this blanket. Win-Win. Bravo

Ordering with the expedited delivery - which states it can move your order up in the production schedule - is not true. My order with expedited delivery, which cost more than the order itself, wasn't made and shipped until AFTER the original estimated delivery date to me with the expedited method.

I am a business owner. I don't have time to wait around for a coupe of business cards. I am constantly in meetings. Zazzle wouldn't even let me know that my cards were delayed. A month after I ordered them, I had to contact them to see what the status of my order is, and they informed me that it hasn't even been in production yet! They are so bad to the point where they can't tel their customers that they are delayed.

Bought a Christmas ornament on Dec 13th with site saying delivery by Dec 21st. Got note it was made on 18th and labeled on 18th brought to post office on 20th. Ornament was $23.08 and shipping a 2 ounce ornament $14.80. First class is $4 at best and Priority $8. Got a note tell I g me it is the post office's fault for running late. Done all my shopping on line and not one package was later than promised. Now they revised it to arriving the 27th. I ordered other ornaments from 3 different sites on the same day and they all arrived early or on date promised. This one is going back as soon as it arrives.

I ordered a pack of cards, a stone, a magnetic photo, and 2 tshirts for what I thought was a good deal. I was very excited about the tshirts I designed for Christmas until they came in. The ink looked as if it faded the farther down the shirt it went. So disapointing. I checked into the return policy and sent a request. They then started emailing me to an old account I had to fight tooth and nails to get into. The response I got was that they cant refund me because I wanted to change the design I never said that I said quality was very poor. So I dont have time now to go thru snother company without paying an arm and a leg in time for Christmas. I did give this company 2 stars because all my other stuff turned out ok hiwever I will not be using Zazzle ever again!

I ordered a Christmas card on the 1st of December 2017. It arrived at my door today the 8th of January 2018.
I paid $4.55 for the card and then $6.53 for "Premium" shipping.
Then it arrived full of advertising material. Maybe thats what I paid for.
Should have charged me a lot less for postage and informed me I wouldn't have a christmas card in time for Christmas.
I won't be using Zazzle again... It's a joke.
