Good Luck getting something you actually want printed. Check out their "content guidelines". What you can make is SEVERELY limited. What a crock. Not going to even give them the time of day.

Received 2 broken coffee mugs due to being poorly packed. Return/Refund instructions not possible for a disabled senior, therefore only option left is to dispute the charge with credit card company

Zazzle charge a premium price for dirty, soiled cards. Refunds are difficult to obtain and support appears outsourced.
I honestly wouldn't use them. What a headache.

I received 4 pillows that barely had any stuffing and offered no support. They refused to pay for return shipping even though the pillows were advertised as "lumbar support". What a joke. Crooks.
