I was supposed to receive my product in 4 business days. It has been 15 days and still nothing. The customer service is terrible as well. Save yourself the hassle. Do not order from here.

These postcards turned out perfectly. I was able to personalize the stock design and they were delivered within 4 days of placing my order! Will definitely order from Zazzle again

Zazzle has tons of cute options for invitations and I could actually combine 2 cards to make the one I wanted. They arrived even sooner than expected.
I looked at several different sites and chose Zazzle because they offered the best deal and options at the time. Also, I have had several invitations recently and the majority used Zazzle.

It sounds trivial, but a good quality trucker hat that fits right (isn't ten gallons tall) is difficult to find. Not anymore. Found a great line of hats with custom options on Zazzle..

During the black Friday sale I ordered one recipe book as a gift and one for myself. When they arrived my husband liked them so much he had me order two more as gifts!
I was able to get exactly what I wanted for an awesome price and it was personalized.

If I could give less than one star, I would. Customer Service is a joke. I'm out $50 for items that were allegedly delivered. Never, ever order anything from Zazzle.

My first purchase from Zazzle.com was in 2011 for the occasion of my child's college graduation. I searched several possible businesses, both on-line and regular retail stores, looking for a company which would allow me to create a custom made announcment. While there are many of these, I chose Zazzle after a temporary trial period allowed me to see what exactly they had to offer. It was the best choice I could have made.
So many wonderful options: colors, fonts, card sizes, designs, photos, add-ons, etc. etc. I had a marvelous and creative experience, my finished product was exactly as ordered, received quickly, and the overall cost very reasonable. Customer service is exceptional and easy to access.
Recently, I ordered birthday buttons in several sizes and styles, some standard and some custom made. Everything has arrived in less than a week, and in perfect condition exactly as ordered. Recipients of these items were impressed to the point that they are checking into Zazzle for future purchases.

I ordered a large fleece blanket with my two grand dogs picture on it for my son and daughter-inlaw for their late Christmas gift. I figured I wouldn't receive it before Christmas if ordered it before, (due to over load of orders)? Glad I waited, because I received it today and just ordered it last Wednesday. I have no complaints. Its not real heavy just light enuf to keep chill off when laying around. Only thing I worry about is if colors will bleed when washed? I love it! Now I hope they do? If they don't I guess I will have to keep it which wouldn't bother me..

I love this site because it provides me with the opportunity to create posters, shirts, cards, and cups,( to name but a few),. Since I'm no " artiste " as JJ used to say, I get to use their pictures, (or my own if I choose), and then I can get creative with my own words, which I tend to be VERY good at! In fact I just today bought frames for the 4 posters that I so speedily received from Zazzle The posters will be hanging on my study walls by tomorrow. Oh, I forgot to mention that you get to choose what size you made of just about everything! I REALLY do LOVE these website! AND, one more thing, it's NOT EXPENSIVE, yet still they offer specials and deals! Who could ask for more?!

THE SITE SAID THE ORDER WOULD HAVE ARRIVED A WEEK LATER (4 MONTHS BEFORE THE WEDDING)... I WENT TO CANADA & THE U.S. ON VACATION -- RETURNED TO JAMAICA ALMOST 3 WEEKS NOW... IT'S THE WEEK OF CHRISTMAS AND THE PACKAGE HAS STILL NOT ARRIVED & ZAZZLE'S RESPONSE IS IT MAY HAVE BEEN "LOST IN TRANSIT"! SHAMEFUL! AND THEY'RE SUGGESTING A REPLACEMENT -- A MONTH BEFORE THE WEDDING! AM I STUPID OR CRAZY? I DO NOT EVEN WANT TO HEAR THE NAME ZAZZLE AGAIN MUCH MORE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY!
