I ordered a graduation banner for my son on may 11. Today is June 13 and y dont have my package. I was expecting for June 4-8. No just that, when I got in contact by email whit them (because they never did, June 11), their response was" we dont know exactly the date ". Now my son graduation is next week, I don't have the banner. SO UNPROFESSIONAL, DON'T TRUST THEM

The shirt i ordered was custom made, i wrote what i wanted the front and back to say. The shirt was good, everything was spelled correctly, the only thing i didnt like was that the writing is very... splotchy? I guess would be the right word? I feel like if i put it in the washer my 20 bucks will be gone. Looks like they wrote on it with marker or something but not really that bad. Not sure if i can put what im trying to say into words but just say i wont be buying anther custom made shirt from them.

I ordered Christmas cards on November 29th. On Dec. 10th, after many days of trying to get a hold of Zazzle, I received a phone call saying they would expedite shipping and I would have them by Dec. 12th. Today is December 17th and I have been trying for DAYS to get a response from Zazzle. Do you want to know how I finally got a response? By leaving a nasty message on their FB page. They told me to inbox them with my complaint. REALLY? I need to FB message a company in order to get a reply? I called my credit card company who said I would not be responsible to pay that charge. Absolutely the WORST company I have ever dealt with.

My daughter designed a T-shirt and sent it to Zazzle over a week ago for her sister's Birthday Gift - TOMORROW. The only email we received was a confirmation. It was due to arrive two days ago. When it had still not arrived today we went back to the website just to find out it was canceled a WEEK ago and they NEVER send us an email to tell us it was canceled, and they never gave us any reason whatsoever. I emailed back and asked why, but have received NO reply whatsoever! Who can stay in business with such substandard service?

Zazzle is by far the WORST company I have ever ordered from. I placed an order 50 days ago and have YET to receive it. They have taken my money and successfully ruined my gift for Father's Day. I have emailed this company well over 60 times and the responses I have received are a COMPLETE JOKE! They provide no ACTUAL information and absolutely NO HELP in resolving my missing order. I have called them daily for the past 20 days during their hours of operation and no one answers the phones. I have been on hold for upto 2 hours with still no one answering the call. THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! DO NOT ORDER FROM ZAZZLE, THEY ARE A SCAM!

I purchase a few woman's v-neck t-shirts because I liked their designs however the fabric is very rough and feels like sandpaper. Definitely not worth the money.
