I just got an email saying that my order was cancelled because my billing address and the delivery address do not match. It also states that the department tried to contact me to confirm the address but no email or phone was actually made/sent. I actually called customer service, Yes! They did answer after about 25 mins, the Lady on the other end said there was nothing that she could do, that I have to contact the fraud department. I am getting married in less than a week and this was going to be my wedding gift to my loved one yet it might not make it on time Because I HAD TO REORDER! Yes I PLACED THE ORDER AGAIN!
Hopefully someone gets back to me as soon as possible and this gets resolve quickly I have less than 8 days now for this to get deliver!

Zazzle had a good selection of baby shower invites at a reasonable price. Editing the invite was easy, and they arrived before the estimated delivery date.

These shirts are for black women to wear only. It is a proud to be black thing, and no one else should be in them. The women you have modeling them look stupid wearing them. The melanin and mascara shirt is worn by someone with no melonin. Repspect the message and exemplify correctly! Pull the current ad and repost it with black woman wearing the shirts! You should issue an apology statement also.

Our designers and users are free to choose from several different t-shirt styles, each style with its own pre-posed selection of model, or in some instances a laydown option with no model at all. In the case of the t-shirts in question, each designer is shown a series of pre-posed randomized model shots upon which their design is placed. It’s always possible that gender, race and other attributes of the model do not match up to the specifics of the design, given the ratio of our millions of designs to the 100 or so t-shirt styles we offer.

Set up a store on Cafepress, then decided to try Zazzle before deciding for sure which company to go with. Figuring out how to set up a store on Zazzle certainly seemed needlessly complicated compared with the ease of Cafepress, and I quickly discovered that, once translated into Canadian dollars, the prices of their products were prohibitively high... and that's with virtually no royalty for me. I simply could not charge those kinds of prices. But THEN came the insane part. How do you delete your account on Zazzle? You can't! There is no way to do it on their web site. If you search "Delete account" on the support page, the only option it offers you is "unsubscribe from emails." So I try calling... and I'm on hold for half an hour (Cafepress answered my calls right away). Finally, I sent a message through their support page. Honestly, if a company has so little trust in its own brand that it pretty much has to hold its customers captive, well, that pretty well tells you everything you need to know about it in my book.

I ordered stamps for my wedding invitations on August 3rd, I paid $25 to expedite the stamps and to this day I have NOT received the stamps. I called the customer service line, which is about 1 hour or more of waiting before they get on the phone and tell you that they cannot do anything to help you because they are working as fast as they can due to a change. You cannot cancel your order either because it's already being processed. This is the worst! I personally never write reviews, but this is absurd. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

Zazzle is a great place for artists like myself to earn some extra income with their original designs. They will print your graphics onto all sorts of products such as bags, postage stamps, mugs, etc. And the artists will earn royalties from their products that sale.
Some products turn out better than others and my favorites -which they do an excellent job on- are their mugs, Rickshaw messenger bags, cards, postage stamps, and plaques. The print quality is always better on their non-fabric items (with the exception of the Rickshaw bags, which are printed by a company other than Zazzle -- and the quality is outstanding).
If you really like shopping on Zazzle like I do, you should totally sign up for their emails. If you do, you will be notified about all of their awesome sales which really helps save money. Also, If you order throughout the year like I do, I definitely recommend getting the "Zazzle Black" Free Shipping offer. Basically, if you pay a one time fee of $10 you will get free shipping for an entire year. That alone has saved me TONS.

I had placed an order for Glitter wedding labels about a week or two ago and had not received them. I could not figure out why, so I call to get help on why my order. WelI I I didnt finish all of the steps of ordering and paying. So the young lady on the phone help me do my reorder all the way though the paying process. Shenwas so pleasant and so helpful I felt like telling the world thank you Zazzle were having such good helpers. This is what helps us senior citizens to try to use the enternet.

Horrible customer service and shipping, I ordered on 1/4/2018 and paid for 2 - 3 day shipping, I check and never see a status, finally I call on the 12th and they say its shipping today and send me a tracking number on the 16th I check the tracking, and it still hasn't left their office. I call again on the 16th they tell me they don't know what happened and that I will have it on the 17th they will over night it. Here we are the 20th and it is still 3 states away. I would not spend another penny at this place.

Ordered some cards on Oct 28th which was dispatched on the 31st. Was supposed to arrive between 6-8 business days later. On the 6th business day I emailed to say the tracking stopped updating on the 3rd November with zero movement, to be told despite no movement in tracking to still wait until the end of the expected window (8 business days). I did wait and yet as expected no parcel and no updates in tracking still. I emailed asking for a refund as items still a no show, received a response which made no sense they apologised and stated that usually they ask for a return of items in order to receive a refund but on this occassion as a kind gesture they'd refund me without a return... I cant return an item I never received anyway! Refund eventually received on 28th November.
