I was very happy with the tool to design my mugs, the quality of the mugs and how eautiful the design from my uploaded graphic transfered over. I did not use a picture of a person... place or thing, just a business graphic, text and a background abstract design. It was clear, black was black and the lines where jot blured. I made sure the graphic was not stretched to fit on the mug in the design tool to help insure that.
Tip for consumers:
Be sure to create your design outside of the tool. Mine had 3 layers, and I made it a little to big to shrink vs stretch to help make sure my lines and graphic stayed true to form.

Just so know, I've used Zazzle countless times in the past.
Not my first rodeo with them. Keep in mind this was supposed to be a gift.
My design was basic and framed with a black background and, I chose a black shirt.
After all the adjustments were done, it was perfect.
When the shirt arrived, oh boy...
Someone thought it would be awesome to print black on a black shirt... yeah
So, the black frame of the design was printed as well.
Long story short, I paid good money plus express shipping that pushed the price to $40.75.
What did I get?
A shirt that looks like it was made at home with an iron on sticker.
And they thought it was ok to send me this joke of a shirt.
I seriously could have made this quality at home with a printer, transfer paper, and an iron. No way I would ever give anyone this garbage as a gift.
Just the fact that they thought that shirt was good enough to send to me lets me know there's no quality control going on.
Looks like Zazzle standards has changed.
Oh well. Time to go somewhere else from now on.
Oh yeah, also let me thank you for having to run out for a lame last minute gift.

I've given Zazzle three chances - and will not order from them again.
First, I ordered a t-shirt that looked like something I could have done myself. The company remade the shirt quickly and it was okay.
Second, I ordered invitations and paid for expedited shipping. The invitations were received late - after emailing back and forth and getting credited for the shipping.
Third, invitations again. I ordered them based on the information that they would be received the first week of November. After emailing customer service, they expedited shipping and I was told I would have them on the 6th. I then received a message from OnTrac that they would be here by the end of the day on the 7th. I received them on the 8th - with no envelopes. I had to purchase envelopes so I could send them out (I couldn't wait for them to send envelopes).
While the product itself may be good, customer service begins when the ordered is placed - and Zazzle's customer service is lacking.

Every communication I have had with their customer service team has been with complete disregard to my needs, actually ignoring and refusing to even acknowledge what I was asking them. Did not receive ANY contact to inform me that there was a delay of A WEEK to process my (incredibly simple) order, had to chase this up myself.
Completely annoyed at the lack of communication which has really wasted my time as the delay - which they did nothing to make me aware of - meant I needed to cancel my order and find something else.
Basic customer service knowledge: your customers do not simply want a refund, they want TO BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY AND LISTENED TO. Not ignored.

I ordered this product on January 8th and paid for 2-3 day shipping. This was a birthday present. I received notification that it was shipped on the 12th. Not a problem, the birthday was on the 18th, plenty of time. I tracked the package, the label was printed and prepared for the agent on the 12th, but the package didn't even go to "Origin Acceptance" until the 18th! In the same town of Greenville NC. Then once the package, that I paid extra for arrived, I found the box of business cards had been placed in a mailing envelope and had been crushed in transit. The business cards were spilling out of the box and some of them were crushed/bent. So essentially I paid extra for a damaged, late product.

We were designing a shower invitation and could not format it. We called the help line and, after working on it for awhile, let us know that it wouldn't work and still look good. It was great to know that we didn't have to work through it and find out we weren't going to be able to use that invitation. She then helped us find another siimilar invitation and spent the time customiIng it for us. Terri went above and beyond to ensure that we would be satisfied with the product. She was patient, professional and extremely helpful! I have ordered several invitations through zazzle.com and will continue to frequent this site!

I ordered my daughter's customized return address labels for her wedding invitations on July 11th. I had organized two of my friends to help me prepare the invitations for mailing. They were set to come over on Tuesday, July 19th - which was the date that the return address labels were expected. However, I had to cancel, because the return address labels were delayed. They did not arrive until Wednesday, July 20th. The invitations were mailed late (on Thursday, July 21st) - because of the return address labels.
I like the ability to customize my items.

My experience with Zazzle was absolutely ridiculous. I ordered programs for my wedding 3 weeks in advance and they were supposed to be made within 5-7 business days and arrive with more than enough time. I checked the status a million times and as of Friday, a week before my wedding, they still were not printed. I called Friday and waited on hold for 45 minutes to get through to someone. When I finally spoke to someone she said they would expedite the shipping and get them to me. As of Monday, they still were not made or shipped, so I sat on hold another 45 minutes and was told "the paper was out of stock and it arrived over the weekend so they would start printing them asap." I looked again on Tuesday and of course there was no movement on them, so I called again and asked for a manager. I got the run around as always and was told a manager would call me back that evening, which didn't happen. Finally, on Wednesday I had no choice but to cancel the programs. I then had to spend hours printing my own programs since my wedding was in 4 days and there was not enough time to order from somewhere else. What a HORRIBLE thing to do to a bride. Hey zazzle, if something is out of stock, try posting it on your website and try to make your estimated delivery a little more of an ESTIMATE and not weeks off. I will NEVER do business with you again. And try hiring a few more customer service representatives so people don't have to wait 45 minutes when they call you!

I couldn't be more satisfied with ZAZZLE! It was easy to make the Invitations PERFECT through Zazzle.com. There were so many different styles to choose from and options to make our invitations unique. I was able to just fill in the information for my wedding/reception using the template given with my invitation so no hassle on how to word anything. BOTH front and back was fully decorated and I was able to add additional information to the back for no extra cost! The invitations arrived on time and I was surprised with FREE invitation envelopes! 160 wedding invitations and 160 envelopes for a really great cost. I love how quickly the ID/credentials got approved and delivered. I might have created my design with RGB instead of CMYK since the print came out kind of faded, and picture and the background are a bit uncleared, but since it was an amazing deal, I shouldn't complain. Other than that I am happy with my purchase!
