I ordered something for Father's Day on May 27th. I was told when I ordered that it would take 7-10 days to prepare and 4-7 days for delivery. Well they say they shipped my product on 6/17, yet USPS says it just has a label printed and it's not actually shipped. Father's Day is 6/20. Clearly it is not going to get here in time. It should not take a month to produce and mail out product that's been paid for, especially when it's MARKETED AS A FATHERS DAY GIFT! And it's clear it isn't actually shipped. Don't waste your time or money with this place!

I ordered 2 products, the quality of printing of both was terrible. I give it that they are letting me return, however it does not change the quality of their product. I highly recommend if you are looking for clothing... go elsewhere.
Also, I received an offer for Zazzle Black for a free 3-day trial. Don't do this either. I went into cancel because I did not want to continue with Zazzle at all based on the quality of the product and it does not show in your Zazzle account, it is in a completely different section (that is absolutely not clear) and there was no way to cancel, so I removed my credit card info. I was charged and requested a refund the very next day based on the fact that there was no way for me to cancel. They inform me it's in a completely different section of the site and that it's in the policy that I had to cancel ahead... I TRIED! If you really care about customer service, just return my $9.95!
My recommendation is to find another service. This one is not worth the time, effort and frustration.

I just spent 26 min on hold to return a gift and they won't return it because I'm not the one who purchased it. Why in the world, if all I want to do is RETURN something would I have to have the person that bought a GIFT for me call and get the return information. Poor customer service and Poor policy. I won't purchase anything from here and I'll make sure that anyone I speak with understands how difficult this GIFT RETURN was.

I loved that we were able to customize the colors of different lines to match up with our wedding colors. They printed beautifully and cannot wait to send them out!

Consumer Beware! Zazzle engages in deceptive and potentially unlawful selling practices. The company advertises products not currently in stock and charges consumers credit card for unavailable inventory. Additionally, Zazzle staff fails to inform consumers that their orders have not been processed and will not automatically issue a refund for unfulfilled orders unless requested by the consumer. Moreover, to avoid refunding consumers for non-receipt of merchandise, Zazzle staff will offer expedited shipping at no additional cost including deceptive assurance of eventual receipt of purchased goods. Consumers can contact their banking institution to request full refund for non-receipt of purchased items and/or submit a consumer complaint to the Federal Trade Commission.
UPDATE: ZAZZLE posted a response to my review claiming an intent to contact me to further address my consumer concerns. However, their disingenuous gesture was only an attempt at "online damage control" since their company never contacted me via phone, text, or email. Suffice it to say, "They talk the walk but fail to walk the talk'!

I wrote a previous review on Zazzle's inability to deliver my order which was made 1-6-2016 (I needed my order as Christmas gifts). In that review my order had not yet been delivered, and I was given 3 delivery dates that never came to fruition, including a pre-Christmas delivery date. After hearing from the company due to that less than stellar review, they offered to credit my credit card in full and to keep the products when I receive them. I received my products... finally on 1-6-2017 exactly 4 full weeks after I originally placed my order and my credit card was credited for the full amount.
I give them 3 stars for following through with their promise, up from the 1 star originally posted. Needless to say my Christmas gifts were VERY LATE. After those 4 weeks of not knowing when or if my order would ever be fulfilled, I have mixed emotions about their ability to handle the holiday crunch. Customers deserve more transparency and up to date information on any order they place with Zazzle. Just for the record... my previous experiences ordering from Zazzle had always been above and beyond excellent, but for some reason, this past holiday season of 2016, they just fell apart. I can only hope that they will not repeat the issues that befell them this past holiday season. I will give them another chance because I know that they can do better.

Ordered two ties that looked beautiful; they arrived dirty and the images were very very low resolution, pixelized. One tie even had a PENIS on the back, embedded in the fabric. What the actual **** is Zazzle all about? I asked for a refund, provided multiple photographs of the ties. They said it would take 7-21 business days for the refund, AND THAT I COULD KEEP THE TIES. What company does that?
Well, it has now been 27 days, and still no refund.
This company has all the features of a scam, PLEASE avoid them at all cost.

First and last Zazzle order. Forgot to use my coupon and called and emailed IMMEDIATELY. I was told they could not credit coupon. They suggested canceling the order, then reordering-which, I did, IMMEDIATELY, Instead of cancelling my order, they stalled in responding and rushed my order out-emailed me that my stuff was on it's way... THEN responded to my cancellation, again, it was TOO LATE? Order already on it's way. Total scam and BS. Closing my shop and writing my reviews, returning my items and ordering from a reputable and reliable source... never to return to Zazzle. Have not yet seen my items to comment on quality, not can I review the return policy, YET...

I have had several issues as of late with Zazzle. The most recent is a t-shirt I purchased as a gift and wanted to exchange for a larger size. The shirt runs small. I did the on-line exchange as directed by your website and was given a claim number. That was several days ago. I have had no response from customer service through email. I have tried calling the customer service number and have been on-hold several times at 30 minutes plus and I just hang up out of sheer frustration from hearing the same message about your customer service guarantee and how you are experiencing such high call volumes with longer than normal wait times and never speaking to a live person. No matter what time of day I call, I get the same message. Zazzle lacks customer service and that is bad business practice. I am so frustrated. My Christmas cards were also lost in the mail for several weeks and I went through all the same trying to get in touch with someone in customer service. I spent hours on the phone then. I will just plan on not doing business with Zazzle in the future and will be contacting my credit card company tomorrow to dispute the charge since Zazzle is not living up to its promise of complete customer satisfaction.
Tip for consumers:
Zazzle has terrible customer service. If you need to contact them plan on spending hours on end on hold. I guess they are experiencing such high call volumes with customer complaints as this website would indicate.

It is hard to gauge the size of text and darkness from the website to the cards in real life. It's very hard to read the text with the green background and small as our customers are older
