I will NEVER use Zazzle for any printing services again. They shipped me an EMPTY BOX minus the (expensive!) Bridal shower invitations I ordered. When I contacted customer service I was told the invitations would be produced in 1-2 business days and shipped Express. After 3 days the invitations HADN'T EVEN BEEN MADE and were then shipped via standard shipping. Lies. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Use Vistaprint or Shutterfly.

I searched for several days to find any company that could make a holographic business card. I contacted Zazzle after finding several "holographic" options on their page and no other major card manufacturer had them. I asked them to print it on whatever card stock would be best to show the holographic effect. What I received (two weeks late and too late for the event needed to begin with- after paying for rush shipping) - were dull, poorly printed business cards that simply had a swirl of muted colors and no effect whatsoever. They were not at all like the photo, text was not aligned, and best of all there was not even any shine whatsoever on them, let alone any holographic affect. There were several email interactions but never a phone call despite my several attempts. This was the worst false advertising, especially considering other sites offer foil cards for cheaper. I cannot recommend enough ***staying away***. Afterwords all they offered me was my shipping cost refunded which was never credited to my account.

I ordered close to $60 of custom Post-Its for Christmas gifts but when they arrived, the printing was so dark and the colors so far off, I couldn't use them. So, at first, I tried calling in hopes of getting replacements in time for Christmas--what a fool I was! There was a recording about high call volume telling me to hang up. So, after a frustrating search of their site, I finally located the return authorization form, filled it out, submitted it and nothing. Not even an automated confirmation that it had been received. I waited for a couple of weeks and tried again, thinking maybe I did something wrong. Same thing. Now, of course, the return period is up and it's looking like I'm stuck with a box full of Post-Its I can't use.
I had been thinking of switching from Cafepress to Zazzle for my own website's store because Zazzle has such a wide range of products and did a good job on a past order. But no way would I subject my people to such horrible customer service!
****I am revising this in June, to say that while a Zazzle rep responded to my review on this site and said a customer service person would be contacting me, no one from Zazzle has been in touch.***

Let me start by saying they claim it is about the customer and not them. Pls read my experience and decide who this was about. Placed an order on 8/1/17 for custom postage stamps. Estimated delivery was 8/9-8/11. My fiancé and I opted to delay sending out our invitations to get these stamps. Didn't get any update so contacted zazzle on 8/9. Their system said it was a 45 min. Wait for customer service, it actually took an hour. Customer service rep proceeds to tell me they relocated their printing plant to another state. I asked if they anticipated a delay in fulfilling orders, there was no response. I asked if they thought customers should have been notified of this and given the opportunity to cancel and make other arrangements- again no response. Agent asked what she could do and I said Friday was the outside delivery date so if you can print the order on Thursday and ship overnight then I'll be happy to keep the order. She sent me a nice email confirming that and said I would be notified at the end of the day as to the status. Needless to say never got an update and when I called on Fri. To check status I was told 15 minute wait time which was 45 mins. I told him the situation and he said don't know why she sent you the email, we don't have the capability to print in a single day. And he had no idea when my order could ship. Zazzle Made us lose out on the stamps, on the ability to order them from someplace else, waiting on hold for hours, and giving conflicting information. All these things show me zazzle is about zazzle and NOT the customer in any aspect of their order and customer service process

I ordered a custom t shirt for my grown son. I ordered it in November, was out of town until mid January. Then he showed it to me. He was very embarrassed, but said he could not wear it. The print was barely visible in spots, blurry, and the entire print was double exposed. Horrible! This already exceeded the 30 day return policy. I wasn't returning it because we didn't like it... THIS WAS THE WORST WORKMANSHIP I HAVE EVER SEEN. The company now has the shirt but will not send a proper one and will not refund my money. THEY DID SEND A $10 COUPON, HOPING I'D BE STUPID ENOUGH TO GIVE THEM MORE MONEY. DONT BUY HERE. YOU WILL BE UNHAPPY.

I paid $46 and change to expedite my shipment, as delivery date was critical to me. First shipment was to be invites and envelopes, and all I got was envelopes. When I called, was put on hold over 20 minutes. The person was sorry, and said they would refund my expediting fee. My thinking process was that I did not get expedited service so I should NOT have to pay for it. This was Friday before Labor Day, and was told delivery would be Tuesday. Got them on Tuesday after work, and while they were nice, they did have the bling I hoped for. I'd give them a solid B plus, but still lost Saturday to Wednesday in mail, so not at all happy. They refused to ship for Saturday delivery. Would not get me to a supervisor, but said they would have one call on Tuesday. It is Wednesday late evening and still no call, and have not received the refund yet. They said it will take 7-21 days for refund, but it only took minutes for them to take my payment.
Next shipment was for an ornament. Quality is a C minus at best. Design and lettering are VERY blurry. I added a velvet gift pouch, which I did not get, and there was no ribbon to hang ornament with. Called again, and wait time was over 43 minutes. My frustration level is through the roof.
I don't know if I'll get what I paid for (velvet pouch) or the refund I was promised for expediting that was not done, but at this point, I've wasted so much time that I'm giving up. That is probably what they want. I will not order from Zazzle again.
Tip for consumers:
Shop somewhere else.

I placed an order on 07/28/17 and was supposed to receive the product in 7-14 business days. I have contacted them numerous times through there site and I get,
" We have contacted our production team and we are working diligently with them to produce your order. Please know we will continue to monitor your order to ensure it ships out as quickly as possible." I seriously have gotten this email everytime. This does not make me feel unique or valued at all. Everytime I try to call in the hold time is 30+ minutes and never get anyone. I am beyond upset as my son picked out this book bag for school and he has been in school for 1.5 months already! So frustrating that no one can give me any answers. I would never refer any one to order from this company and I will never order from Zazzle again. Customer service is beyond words. I just want me product for my son that has his heart set on this item and be done with Zazzle, I should have them apologize to my son as he ask me everyday about his book bag! I wouldn't even give Zazzle a star if I had a choice.

I ordered 50 calendars on July 20 for a show. The calendars did not come. Zazzle does not send you an email if they are not going to make their shipping commitment to you, nor do they email you status updates.
The calendars did not arrive on the promised date or for a few days after. Their customer support takes 1-2 days to respond. That means if you email them, they write to you, you get back, and they answer, that's like 5 days. This is totally inadequate especially for a business customer.
I emailed Zazzle to ask where my calendars were, and got a notice that they are having problems with the manufacturing, and that I can cancel my order, or I can have a refund of shipping. Prior to my email to Zazzle, I could see the cancel button for my order. Afterwards, it has disappeared and I cannot cancel the order myself. I emailed them and 12 hours later and no response. They owe me over $800, plus I had paid someone to set up the calendar on their site and to make it beautiful.
There is no ability to phone Zazzle to ask questions or receive support. My calendars never arrived, my show has passed, I'm out $1000, and I'm waiting on an email from them.
Zazzle - do not write in response to this that you have contacted me in reply to this post - please respond ONLY if you have refunded my money - that's it - just contacting me does squat for me - I need actual results - that's something that my customers expect, and it is what I expect from you as well.

The peeps at Zazzle are very cool. I think my first or second order fell off the mail truck or something happened to it and they dealt with the post office and replaced the order in a flash. A great way to do business. I ordered my wife and daughter a punch of shirts for Christmas and got them in the largest size they offered, X-large. The shirts were microscopic. My wife just ordered for a friend and she says they have a notice up saying that the shirts runs very small. That's cool. It may have been up when I ordered, but I never noticed. I did have a problem with three recent shirts I ordered. They were black shirts with white print. They looked great when they arrived but after the first wash you could see the large shadow of the transfer paper or whatever they use to copy the image over. So the shirt has one texture, then there's the weird fuzzy area where the blank transfer sheet is, and then the image. I complained about it when I left feedback. I hope they note on the site about this to future customers. Other than that bump, they're a great group of people and they have some great products.
