Great place to order unique and stylish stuff. I've ordered from them a couple of times and I've never had trouble. Quality and delivery time are also ok. Their prices are crazy, though.

I use this site for almost all my greeting cards/postcards. They are reliable, have easy returns and economical. I stock up when they have sales. I also like that cards can be customized.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
The worst customer service you can imagine. Paid for 6-9 days delivery. After 10 days no invites. Contacted customer service. Was told an URGENT notice would be put on my order and they would arrive within the next week. A week later still no invites. Contacted Zazzle again. SAME ANSWER we will put an URGENT NOTICE on your order and give you STORE CREDIT! For the delivery cost but we still can't guarantee a delivery date... CANCELLED MY ORDER and now left with no invites for my wedding which is now 9 weeks away.

I ordered 600 dollars worth of shirts for a family picnic. What I designed on the website looks nothing like the product I received! The black letters are very ashy and dull. There are white lines going through the image in the front and the back. The picture was suppose to cover the back of the shirt and end up being a little square in the middle of the shirt. I am expecting a full refund because the poor image quality of the lettering and the picture I will not be able to use these shirts. The picnic is next Saturday and I will just order some shirts locally so we can have them by next week! I reached out to customer service for a full refund and will update this review with the results.
Ok here's an update! I received an email from zazzle stating that I will receive a full refund. After submitting the photos zazzle handled the issue with great customer service. I am very satisfied with the customer service that I received. This shows that they put customer satisfaction first. Thank you zazzle!

These pillows appeared to be a woven fabric but they aren't—so kind of pricey for a regular fabric pillow. Pattern is nice so I'll use them until I can find better quality pillows.

I ordered 3 packages. Only received 2. The most expensive order I have not received yet although the UPS tracker indicates it was shipped on the 5th of October. Today is the 25th and still no delivery and I paid for a speedy delivery.
Whenever I try to email or call, I never get a response. When I call I can never get a representative on the line and the wait times are always 30, 40, 55 minutes.

If you're looking for tissue for decoupage... go somewhere else. This paper rips and tears so easily. Not worth your money and a huge amount of frustration
