Well it all began easy enough... or so I thought. I ordered 2 pillow case that were to have a "map" design on them. ($65.00 charged to my bank card, ok I agree) The next day I received an email saying that the image was "not correct" and I needed to cancel my order and re-order again because "they were not able to fix it". Oh! And if I need help please call... Well I needed help so I called. Talked to someone in the design dept. She corrected the image on the pillow case ($65.00 charged to my bank card for the "new" order, note the last $65.00 is still on hold on my account) It's cool though because since their design team did it for me it's good to go... right? Ummm... Nope. Another email. Your image has a white crooked border all around it. Ok, call again. ME: Hello design dept.? We have a problem. DESIGN DEPT: Oh we can fix that but we need to cancel your order and re-do it. That will be $65.00 charged to your bank card. ME: Well let me think... I would now be $195.00 into "holds" on my bank account for 2 freaking pillow cases (one set which YOU designed). Ya know what Zazzle... NO. I'm done with this.

I bought Silver Stars Moon Sky Metallic Purple Amethyst wrapping paper and Silver Gray Stars Moon Sky Metallic Greenly Teal Wrap. There is not one thing metallic about this paper The pictures make it appear so. It is a flat looking paper with no pizzazz at all. Just boring and not worth the price of the roll. I' sure it is not worth the price I have to pay to ship it back either.

I purchased a discounted packet of 110 invitations through groupon from Zazzle. I then went to their site to order, staying within the boundaries of style, type, ink ect. I only purchased 75 invitations fully knowing i could order up to 110. Zazzle gave me additional charges which made me spend 94.00 as opposed to the 44.75 that should covered up to 110 invitations.
I was told by the company that I got charged because the quantity was 75 instead of 110. Last time I checked, that would mean they made money as I ordered less. So now I paid twice as much for less product? They said yes and they would not do anything thing else, case closed.
FRAUD IN THE CLEAREST INSTANCE
I will never do business with them again ever, the more or less stole money off of me. No where in the fine print does it say you have to order the exact number or you will get additional charges.
After posting I was contacted and now satisfied with the outcome. The company has offered to work with me and refund via store credit to be used later, which will be used since the invitations are beautiful so I know their work is good.

I found the perfect baby shower invitation and it was very easy to personalize the invitation to include all the information without anything omitted. The shipping was prompt and without any issues.
I did a online search and found the biggest selection and good pricing.

You guys never delivered my package, and it somehow got lost and I was told 4 different stories from employees. Some said hey we will get this to you on time, UPS kept saying it was never dropped off. Then they said hey we will not be able to get it to you for another week and half, then someone else said it was lost... then a supervisor said we will get it to you Saturday and track it down. So which one is it guys? WHAT IS THE TRUE STORY? 100 PERCENT SATISFACTION GUARANTEED? DONT BELIEVE IT GUYS... DO NOT BUY FROM ZAZZLE they are crooks!

I ordered a Skyscrapers of Philadelphia poster I had seen in a Philadelphia restaurant. What they sent was one of the worst photocopies I have ever seen--I could to better by taking a picture with my own camera and getting a blowup from CVS. I didn't think the technology existed to make something so bad--blurred, out of focus--it looked like someone took a picture of the poster from a distance away and had the result blown up. Unbelievable. And much smaller than the size ordered. I had read some reviews that their products were poor quality (blurred and washed out), but I figured a poster is a poster. Apparently, what they are selling are very poor quality reproductions of the original posters. Even so, it's hard to understand how you could make something of such poor quality. I could do better without hardly any effort. BOTTOM LINE--YOU WON'T GET WHAT YOU ORDERED! KEEP AWAY!

I loved the easy design process. Sadly the color of my business cards were not consistent with my first two orders. The colors were lighter, the quality of the cards were still amazing.

Well when I went on line I was excited to see I could get my order in just a coupke of days so after an hour of selecting the item and ediiti g it what to my surprise to see I could only get iin a couple days if I paid the outrageous 2 day shipping! I ordered anyway for the normal shipping and waiting for my order this set me back a week and half for my schedule

I ordered a one inch binder. They sent me the wrong size. When I tried to reorder, I was charged shipping cost. As the problem was made on Zazzle I don't feel I should have to pay for shipping again.

It would have been nice to know that I would not get a refund, even when the mistake was made by Zazzle

This is the best company EVER! I ordered my own design wedding invitations and received them in time but "I" had made errors on them. I was devastated and called Zazzle. The gentleman that I talked to was "AWESOME" about the whole thing and gave me credit back for my order and told me how to re-order them all at "No Extra Charge.'" I re-ordered the invitations the way I wanted them again, this time without the mistakes, and I made them bigger and better then the first ones and had no extra charges for them. I couldn't believe it! All this without extra charges! This company knows what customer service is all about and they go way above and beyond what they had to for customer satisfaction. They way exceeded my expectations! I LOVE THIS COMPANY and they can be sure that I will be back for any other printed items that I may need that they carry and all my family and friends will know about this terrific company! I just ordered a sheet of stickers from Zazzle.com, and it was the worst experience of my life!
My original complaint to them was that although these stickers were available in 2 forms, after I made my selection, their pages never again indicated which form I was buying. Even the purchase receipt does not specify which form I ordered! So how can I know they'll send me the correct item?
I wrote them a constructive email explaining the problem. My Mistake! During the process, which was done via their website, their site trashed my entire email, including all contact info, etc., TWICE! They also, just as an example, ask that we select, from a list which must be a mile long, the product ordered, which in my case turned out not even to be listed! Furthermore, it is very difficult even to copy my order number off their receipt page. Every time I try, it sends me to another page! When, after multiple tries, it finally copies the number, it includes a LOT of machine code. I finally had to copy the number out manually, just to give it here! Their shipping fees are also outrageous... $6.95 (more than the cost of the stickers) to send a few stickers which would easily fit in an ordinary envelope. Those are just a few of the MANY problems.
The list of malfunctions and other aggravations is so long I can't even begin to describe them all. It was ONE AGGRAVATION AFTER ANOTHER! Their website must be the absolute WORST IN THE WORLD.

This has become a very pathetic company!
Out of the last 7 orders I have made with them 4 of them have been completely messed up!
•A Neck Tie ordered... Did not even start printing it until I called 5 days after my order to find out the status, took another four days to get to me
•A poster print I had design EXACTLY how I wanted it, but they cancelled the order because I had a white boarder on the print. After calling them and getting to finally understand that is what I wanted they said they would print it... Which they did but them sent me a notice again saying it was cancelled!?... the artwork was by then several days late for the intended purpose. Order#**************052
•Timber Wolf Mouse Pad. Received it on time only to open it and find out that it was BURNT and the rubber pad torn and then print coming off! Order # **************764
• Grizzly Bear Mouse Pad. Again received it on time but... Wrong art work... not even my art! Completely wrong mouse pad! Order: **************950
I am afraid to send anybody to Zazzle with this kind of incompetence!
Customer service is a JOKE! If you e-mail them you get a robo Pre-designed reply that basically says nothing for an answer to your question... If you talk with them you get the general "I'll let my Manager know".
This used to be a great site in every way but lately, caused many problems for me with getting my art sent to the people it is for.

I ordered stamps for an upcoming wedding event. All seemed fine when I got a confirmation email after making the purchase. About two hours later, I got an email from the support team asking me to verify my credit card information, which I did. An hour after that, I got an email from the support team AGAIN asking me to verify the shipping address, which I did. I then sent an email confirming everything had gone through since I had received those two bizarre emails, and they confirmed I was good to go. I paid for the fastest delivery option available. It is two days after the stamps were supposed to arrive. I waited on hold last night for 20 minutes before giving up reaching the support team. The mother of the groom just went through two exhaustive calls with them, and they have no idea what happened to our order. Though it says shipped, it has not arrived and the postal service says the order was never ready for pickup. Don't waste your time -just go to the post office and buy regular stamps. Cute donkeys on your postage stamp aren't worth the hassle of dealing with Zazzle. I am sure they are a great company, but definitely not reliable when it comes to your order arriving on time.

Stellar-5-star-show for a slightly imperfect business, lol. I've been doing business with Zazzle for at least 5 years and I've had several issues over the years but by and large this business rocks. For instance, they really do take back anything you dont like within 30days, sales, sales, sales, Zazzle Black, just 10$ yearly and thats all for shipping, overall effective customer support, not perfect, but overall great, I tout ZAzzle to my two groups I run, I could seriously see myself being their spokes person b/c theyre simply the best shop on the internet in MHO.
