WHY ZAZZLE SITE PUT A WRONG INFORMATION THAT THE ITEM WILL RECEIVE MAXIMUM 12 DAYS? IF YOU ARE CONCERN AND CHECKING THE REVIEWS ALL ARE DISAPPOINTED AND UPSET TO OUR COMPANY AND MOST ORDERED ITEMS ARRIVED VERY VERY VERY VERY LATE PRIOR TO THE SAID INFORMATION ON THE SITE. I ordered mass cards on a Sunday for a funeral on Friday. I paid the express shipping rate, which said they would be here Wednesday or Thursday. They are located in northern California, and I am located in Southern California. On Wednesday my product still said "making" I emailed customer service and received a generic response later that evening. On Thursday morning, my product still said "making." What was the point of paying $24 in shipping if they can't deliver it as promised. I ordered bookmarks from another company and a guest book from a different company a day after I ordered the mass cards and BOTH of those items arrived on time with no issues. We talked to customer service who said they would try to ship them out Thursday evening. I told them the funeral was Friday morning. They said I could have a refund if they didn't arrive in time. BUT I still had to order them from another company A DAY BEFORE the funeral JUST in case they didn't arrive on time. Which surprise, surprise they didn't. I got an email while at the funeral that said my product had been delivered and for my inconvenience, they gave me a 25% off coupon for my next order... I won't need that since I won't be ordering from Zazzle. At least they didn't give me any hassle when I called them for my full refund since they did not arrive on time. Just a heads up, don't order anything of importance from this company. AND don't trust the shipping dates, even if you pay the ridiculous amount to have it shipped on time.

I ordered custom stickers for my goddaughters 21st birthday dinner. The stickers were placed on shot glasses. It was easy to create the custom sticker and the final product was clear and crisp. They used quality paper. I like that they infirmed me that the photo I uploaded was too pixelated and may not print out clear, and that I had the option to change the photo. I decided to use the photo anyway and it still came out super clear. I was very happy with the results and I received the stickers JUST in time

I had been using Zazzle for years to created custom gifts for people using my own art work and historical photos in the public domain. All seemed great, but this year I ordered postage stamps. One stamp is my wife with her favorite dog when she was a little girl, the rest are my own art work. My order was put on hold and I was asked to identify the person in the photo and the source of the rest of the art work I had submitted. It turns out Zazzle was sued over some issue involving a postage stamp with the photo of a child. My case is assigned to a content management team who are investigating my answers I gave them to their questions: "the art work is all my own, the little girl with the dog is my wife." They asked me more questions- do I have permission from the little girl and from the Quicksilver Mining Company (a name I made up for one of the stamps.) If I had permission from my wife, it would not be a surprise, would it! Sheesh. I called customer service to escalate, and Alex was super helpful and figured out the situation. He can't do anything to speed up the investigation, but he did offer expedited shipping, which was nice. We will see what happens.

I ordered invitation Belly bands from zazzle on June 30th... the item never arrived so I assumed it was lost in the mail I called and they said they would send me reprints (the reprints would be expedited mind you) I am still waiting for the reprints and it's been over a month! I called them this morning I was on hold for 39 minutes, hung up and called again this afternoon and was on hold for 20 minutes before a representative picked up my call! He said there's been a production delay. They did not send an email or any type of notification. OMG this has been so frustrating because my invitations need to go out by next weekend. I will NOT BE ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY EVER EVER AGAIN! And I do NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE TO ORDER FROM THEM.

I ordered 12 stickers with an image for a group of us to stick to our jackets for a local road race. It was easy to add text and the stickers came sooner than expected and look to be good quality.
I have never ordered stickers before and Zazzle popped up in a search so it was pure luck. However, I'll choose them purposefully next time!

I had ordered 20 Thin Blue Line Police Mom keychains to use as small gifts for our group of police mothers at our Mothers Day celebration. Unfortunately, when they arrived I realized they did not look like the illustration on the website. The design did not fully cover the surface, leaving white edges in spots and making the keychains look cheap and unprofessional. I was very disappointed but did not have time to return them and order replacement gifts before our May celebration. I was embarrassed to give these out, but I had no choice. I shared my disappointment with Zazzle Customer Service, just so they would know this product was sub par, not expecting or asking for them to do anything about my order. But Thelma in Customer Service immediately responded - even on a weekend - and requested additional information to help locate my order and then offered me a full refund or credit for my purchase, even though I could not return the defective items. We had numerous email conversations regarding the keychains and my order and her quick and sure resolution has restored my faith in the company, if not that particular product. It's refreshing to find someone these days who understands what customer service is, and to find a company that empowers their employees to extend that service to their customers.
