I ordered a simple puzzle for my husband for Father's Day I ordered it May 14th never received any type of letter telling me that it was not going to be sent here we are June 23rd and still no puzzle I call these people up and ask him what happened to my puzzle they said they closed down the factory and cancelled all the orders what a shoddy way of doing business worst place to shop at funny thing is they decided to make me up an account that I never applied for and took the money that I paid for the puzzle which was $71 and put it into a Zazzle account instead of giving me back my money and telling me what was going on go figure this is the worst place I have ever seen in my life very very dissatisfied as this was a Father's Day present for my husband

The invitations were a great print. I wish you could download an e- invite/ digital copy as well as the printed version. The price was a bit overwhelming for my budget so I cut back on the quantity.

I have ordered from them before and the product was good. This time I encountered an issue and had to talk to them via their support email. Either English is a second language, or they just don't care to take time to solve problems. I was never able to understand some issue they had with my order and some of their responses seemed canned and not even responsive to my questions. When I told them I did not understand the instruction, they sent the instruction again. I still don't know whether my order issue is resolved or not. But they say they are making it now. I have always said judge me not by whether we have a problem, but how I resolve problems. On this measure they fail miserably.
Followup- After this review I was contacted by Zazzle. It did not start out well with the person who responded, in my opinion not spending time to determine what I was upset about, and instead reiterating a prior response by customer service. However the agent was persistent and we did come to what I think was a satisfactory conclusion. I am not adjusting my rating because you should not have to go to the extreme of a bad review to get a good response to a problem.

When I first started searching all I was looking for was save the date postcard. Once I chose the color and design that I loved, I found everything matching every other need I had concerning the bridal shower, wedding, reception, thank you notes, you name it, Zazzle has it. I went to Zazzle site and tried to purchase a $4.45 bumper sticker, paying for it thru Paypal. Problems: 1) They wanted over $10 when shipping included, 2) they would not let me make a purchase without becoming a member, 3) as part of using Paypal, I had to agree that in the future I would charge Zazzle purchases to my VISA card (that I use for Paypal) and not use Paypal - so basically Zazzle would end up with my VISA info immediately after I made the purchase, which is exactly what I did no want, and 4) I could find no contact info on the Zazzle home page to file a complaint. So I did not make the order and I have no plans to use Zazzle in the future.

I tried to order player cards for a funeral and they rejected them because it had a San Diego Padre logo on it... So I removed the logo and they still rejected because " In this instance, your order contained an unlicensed San Diego Padres and United
States Army content content. - Zazzle is not licensed to sell / produce unofficial San Diego Padres merchandise and Zazzle is no longer licensed to sell / produce unofficial merchandise with the United States Army name or other marks." I asked them to clarify this cause the picture is not trademarked and US Army is not a trade mark... No answer...

I ordered a custom stamp, checked the delivery status then SUDDENLY there is no order history to my account. When I received my stamp, I realized why... the font on the stamp is minuscule, I can't even read it with reading glasses! It's not the size I ordered, not even close, but when I went to double check my order it has DISAPPEARED. I can't send it back without any history of the order... I feel SCAMMED.
To return an item, I have to provide the order number. Since the order history has been ERASED, I can't do that... Just, DON'T support this company.

Ordered some custom stamps and paid over $20 express shipping to receive them faster. The website stated we would receive our package on a Tuesday, after ordering the confirmation email stated either Tuesday or Wednesday. Fine. Wednesday evening rolls around and no package. Their online tracker said that it was delayed for an additional day. When calling customer support we were hung up on and then called back. The representative stated that our order was in Arizona... Over 900 miles away... There is no way we would have gotten our package by the next day. We asked why we would pay extra for shipping cost if they could not deliver on time? Our response was, "What do you want me to do about it?" explaining that they weren't responsible for shipping! What?! How would they not be responsible for shipping their products, especially considering the high extra cost we paid!? We asked that they refund us the express shipping cost and were placed on hold so that the Representative could personally process this for us... we were instead hung up on, AGAIN. We immediately called back, hung up on... Each time we call we are on hold roughly ten minutes so all of this time adds up. Called again... hung up on... Still have not been able to speak with someone again...

I have to say I am very unhappy with your shipping. I ordered post cards last wednesday (the 5th) and choose standard shipping (5-7 days) thinking they would be here by tomorrow (1 week) the tracking # supplied does not work but another item I purchased the same day and shipped the same day is now scheduled for arrival on monday the 17th. That being said I orderd from another company in CA also choose standard shipping and that item will be delivered on friday THIS friday the 14th, oh yeah I ordered that item this wed a week after I ordered from your company, I am letting you know because although it is not your fault, my party is on the 29th and I ordered the invites from you company. My mistake, you should really look into why your shipping is so much slower then other companies also using UPS. It would have been faster if you had just dropped my post card in the mail box!

I ordered some personal visiting cards from Zazzle, and they arrived quickly and correctly, and well made. BUT when they arrived they came by UPS delivery and i was required to pay import duty. The cost of the cards, including shipping, was £29.89 and the import duty demanded on delivery was £19.29. On this basis, it was an expensive purchase! Next time, I will take care to buy from a British business...
