The cards are perfect. They are just want I needed. Amazing quality perfect thickness. Will be ordering more one I give these all out.

No shipping list was provided in the box with the broken coffee mug they sent to me. There was no communication at all. Even if the mug was not broken, the artwork was defective.

I ordered surprise birthday invitations and paid for premium delivery. Called and spoke to "Dave" on 3rd day to be told next day, always next day for 8 DAYS. I STILL DO NOT HAVE THE INVITATIONS! After this much time, I can't wait any longer and am forced to buy anything I can get in the store. "Dave" has supposedly refunded my money, but STILL NOT returned to my credit card. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND "DAVE".

I ordered invites for a bridal shower - the quality and selection of choices was the best of any online website. I called customer service to help me get the font and sizing exactly right, and they worked patiently and courteously with me until it was perfect. The production and shipping were lightening fast. When one of my co-hostesses saw the final product and realized her name was spelled wrong (my mistake), she insisted that I re-do the invites. I called Zazzle customer service again, and they offered me 100% credit on the invites I had already received, then helped me re-do the new version, AND re-instated my discount code... it was that easy! I was so impressed with this - they really went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied, even though it was clearly my mistake and not theirs. Rosemarie was the Zazzle rep that I worked with - she was sweet, knowledgeable and efficient all the way around. It was a pleasure to do business with this company, and they are my new go-to website from now on!

I appreciated the vast templates you can edit and the easy editing tools they give you to fully customize your invitations etc. Which is what made me gravitate towards the site for my wedding invitations. I ordered a few invitations of the design to see how I liked the quality before purchasing over $100 worth of invitations and I'm glad I did. The cards were pricey as is at $3 per card. With additional fees up to $2 per card if you wanted to change the material. I didn't choose to upgrade the material since $3 per card was expensive as is. I got the invitations in and they were TERRIBLE. The invitations came bent and the edges were nicked with nothing to protect the shape. The default paper used was super thin and flimsy. And the printing quality was inconsistent. One of the invitations came with a white line across the back of the card. I later found out you can pay ANOTHER additional fee of. 35 per card just so they can print it in a higher quality. It feels like they purposely mess with the quality just so you can pay even more for an already expensive card. I've honestly had way better prints at Vistaprint and office depot for almost half of the price. The cards are too expensive for how poor of a quality they are. Don't waste your money here.

I love the foam board graduation sign I made, especially since I was able to completely customize it. My only complaint is that it was very expensive, too expensive, with costly shipping on top!

When I rec the can coolers one pic was chopped in half. When talking to Adrian he did all he could do to help me. He centered the pic on his end and gave me a free shipping code for the next order.
Adrain worked out the problem for me and stayed on the phone until the problem was solved.
Just found it on the internet; items are reasonably priced but shipping too too costly.

I created a card announcement of one of Zazzle's designs for my daughter graduating from PA School and simply added a "worded only" Disney quote referencing Disney but they rejected my card and continued to say I was using a copyright graphic design then in turn referring me to their (Zazzle) Disney graphics page which had NOTHING to do with the medical card announcement I created. I went back and forth with their review department which you can only communicate by email and got no where. It was poor service attention to my order and was rejected for no reason at all. After calling customer service and finally getting through, they told me that they were not able to help me either. That the review department is the only dept. that can assist in that area. Terrible customer service all around... Edana was the person I emailed back and forth with from the "Content Management Team". It was irritating and frustrating that she did not understand that the card had nothing to do with a Disney graphic design. There is nothing wrong with adding a quote to a card... That is not copyright as long as it is referencing the author. Unfortunately, I had to go through with the order and remove the quote because my daughter wanted the card but that is the last time I will every purchase from Zazzle.

You can't download business card you have created, even when you ordered printed version. You have created, but you can't use it. Worst cs ever. Will not use it anymore. Do not recommend!
