Zazzle's right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. I ordered a 16" pillow. They sent me a 12" one. So I contacted them. They would only give me a Zazzle credit. So I ordered another 16" pillow AND they MADE ME PAY SHIPPING AGAIN! Then they sent me ANOTHER 12" pillow!. Then I called customer service. I was on the phone for 40 minutes! I explained that they sent me the wrong sized pillow twice! The woman made me upload pictures to prove it to her so I did. She said "no worries. We will send you the right sized 16" pillow". Well, I almost fell over when I got ANOTHER 12" PILLOW! I couldn't believe it! After the third wrong sized pillow AND PAYING TWO SHIPPING COSTS, Zazzle FINALLY agreed to give me back a credit on my credit card. Never again! Don't trust them! They will aggravate and frustrate the heck out of you!

Zazzle has the longest, dragged out way to handle customer issues. I have had to email multiple times to get a response. I was on a time crunch to get my business cards as I am a student and have a portfolio show coming up. I explained my urgency to them. I was then told I would get a credit on my account if I were to fix my document. Mind you, I selected a horizontal card, set up my pdf so it was aligned the same on both sides and the final mockup showed that it was going in the same direction on both sides. When I received the cards, the front and back were not aligned on the same side causing my design to not line up and was upside down when flipping the card over.
Apparently, this is my fault and after being told I would get a credit they said it could take up to one business day after being in contact back and forth for almost a week and then when I asked about shipping I was told I will not be getting a credit for shipping unless it was Zazzle's error. Which it was.
This was my first and last time using Zazzle. Something so simple turned into a very frustrating difficult situation.
Tip for consumers:
Disappointed. Paid $30+ for shipping. As a student, finances are already tight and moving forward in the design industry I will never use Zazzle again.

Terrible! That's my experience with Zazzle summed up in one word. Don't EVER depend on this company - specifically for time sensitive products! Even after paying around $50 for an "express" scenario, my order wasn't even processed until I called two days after the guaranteed delivery date. Their response: "We don't know what happened, but we can refund your express delivery charge." (See... the $ isn't my priority. TIME was my priority. They can't refund my time.) Ugh. There's simply NOT enough time in my life to waste on this company another minute. (Over 2 hours were invested in order to arrive at their "solution" which by the way... my account still shows the $50 express charge.) Even taking the time to post a review feels wasteful but, I feel obligated (out of human decency) to warn others. I know your time is too valuable for Zazzle's nonsense! So... proceed with apprehension/consider yourself warned! There is no recourse - even though the phone number listed indicates it is the contact info for Customer Service. Your extremely dissapointing email below refers. Was waiting so eagerly for the Valentine cards that i ordered and feel so bloody screwed up now of not receiving it.
FIRSTLY it is really frustrating reading the email. When i place my order Zazzle demanded immediate payment. Now to refund Zazzle take 7-21 days., Isnt that ridiculous especially after screwing up a simple straight forward order. JUst cannot belief Zazzle is not able to handle simple order like this. On December 2, I placed and order for 10 Luggage tags for Christmas gifts. Upon arrival, I noticed that the names on the front of the tags did not match the backs. I placed a phone call to Zazzle Customer Support. After speaking with both a representative as well as a supervisor, we agreed upon a solution, that they were going to reprint the luggage tags with matching fronts and backs. This reprint was going to be "Red Flagged" so that Quality Control would catch any issues. On December 24, I received the second round of luggage tags with the same problem (the front and backs names did not match). I then reached out to the customer service representative assigned to my order via email since the call center was already down for the holidays. I expressed my disappointment and inquired about what had happened with the "Quality Control" that was promised? The response that I received was "It appears that another agent cancelled the quality assurance test for your order due to some delays in production over this busy holiday period." The representative then progresses to ask whether I would prefer a bank refund or a store credit because a reprint is proving to be ineffective for my "particular requirements". So if your "particular requirements" consist of a luggage tag with a matching names on the front and back... RECONSIDER ORDERING. Otherwise, you too will be explaining to your children, why Santa brought a luggage tag, for an up coming trip, with grandpa's name on the front and theirs on the back.

I placed an order December 23rd and have yet to receive my order. I tracked shipping as instructed by the website but the information states it waiting to be delivered. The status as been the same for 10 DAYS! This company makes it impossible to contact them which is even more frustrating. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. I'm confused as to how the company has 4 stars because that's what originally attracted me to the site. It was all a sham and at this point IM CONVINCED I WILL NOT GET MY PRODUCT OR MONEY BACK! If this review helps another to avoid going through the frustration/ inconvenience I'm going through then I'll find solace in that. I am so upset! I ordered 2 t-shirts from Zazzle.com to wear on our 25th wedding anniversary vacation which just noted mr & Mrs. With our last name and says 25 year anniversary. Very tastefully looking t-shirts or so I thought. We we were so very excited just to wear these to the pool or around the resort for a couple days on our 8 day trip. Well we first received them and the print job was not so great. It looked like the ink dripped on most of the lettering. So I took pictures of t-shirts when they arrived, sent an email with pictures attached. The girl who responded was very kind. She said in her words, "This replacement will be shipped using a faster courier service than selected at the time of your original purchase, so you should receive the package in due time". I'm STILL waiting and we leave in 5 days! I ordered them way in advance so there should be no problem! So yesterday I called twice and 1st time on hold 15 min., than suddenly got quiet on other end and their phone hung up. I called right after, a 2nd time, on hold 13 min. Same thing happened! Unbelievable to me! Needless to say I am FURIOUS! Their customer service is HORRIBLE! The only kind thing was the 1 email ensuring me the product will get here in time! That's a total laugh! Well I checked and I have NO orders pending, didn't receive an email noting "your item has been shipped"! I'm beyond FURIOUS! Next time I'm going to do my due diligence on reviews for companies sending me items. But there Ads are everywhere so I just placed the order with them. Lesson learned BIG time!

ZAZZLE accepts anything sent to them in the "BLACK LIVES MATTER" movement and I mean everything and anything like "MAKE RACISTS AFRAID AGAIN" "WILL THROW PEE AT WHITE SUPREMACISTS" "I SCARE WHITE PEOPLE" "DEFUND THE POLICE" "AMERICA WAS NEVER GREAT" "MAKE AMERICA RACIST AGAIN" just to name a few and hundreds of others which is fine, that' s their right BUT they take a customer's order and money to have printed on T-shirts and other items the statement "IT'S OK TO BE WHITE" and what do you think happens, she gets an EMAIL that says they were unable to process and fill the order because the design was in conflict with their content guidelines. I guess ZAZZLE doesn't walk the middle of the road, they see this current world as choosing sides and that's sad. So why is it against ZAZZLE policy to print a T-shirt that says "IT'S OK TO BE WHITE" BUT it's ok to accept and fill an order for a T-shirt that says "I THROW PEE AT WHITE SUPREMACISTS" I GUESS THEY ARE JUST RACIST, WHAT DO YOU THINK?

Advertised GAURENTEED CHRISTMAS DELIVERY so I pulled family photos together and put all my eggs in the Zazzle basket for the family Christmas presents. I checked everyday to make sure they were on-time. I started getting nervous after the third day when their 24 hr manufacturing turn--around hadn't; well, turned-around. Couple days later I find out product is missing Christmas because of manufacturing issue. They could have made it up in shipping & didn't. Worse they didn't contact me.

I ordered a personalized card and received it when promised. After that positive experience, I ordered 2 personalized night lights. I spent many hours trying to find the right ones. Read the shipping information and finally decided to order. After all the searching for the right gifts and modifying them to personalize them, the only shipping option which I was given was EXPEDITE at 31.35. I called customer service and asked why I was not offered regular shipping and they mentioned that they need to send some items with tracking therefore only EXPEDITE service is available. I had spent so much time on finding the right product, I didn't want to spend over 30.00 on shipping. It upset me that I wasted so much time on finding the perfect gift and that in the end I was forced to pay for EXPEDITE service when I really didn't need the items that urgently. I didn't mind waiting an extra week or more for delivery. The customer service experience was FANTASTIC. They reversed my shipping fees as a 1 time only courtesy. I was very impressed. I received the items, they're exactly as ordered. Very nice!

TWO DAYS LATER NO SHIPPING NOTICE AND AFTER I CONTACTED THE COMPANY THE REP TOLD ME THE ITEM WAS IN FACT NOT READY TO NOR WAS IT SHIPPED! Easy to design and very easy to place order (and TAKE MY MONEY!), however business cards arrived with the pertinent text side BLANK! Proof designed was correct and somehow they were generated, signed off on by QC and put in a box and shipped... Immediately emailed customer "service" to receive a canned generic response about how they were working on it and researching further. After 3 phone calls totaling approximately 1.5 hours of hold time and 5 rounds of back and forth emails, I finally was able to reach a person to refund my $25 and made them wait until I received an email confirming cancellation of the order and refund initiation. Total waste of time and money. Poorly run, poorly organized and overseas call centers (referring to themselves as "different department") make for a trainwreck of an organization. I'm beyond irritated to have to have spent so much time and effort on tracking down and consequentially demanding a refund for a $25 online purchase. It's 2017, get your act together Zazzle.

My experience with this website has been good, except that I received an offer, by email, of $5 off my next order for writing a review. When I tried to write a review after clicking that link, I was asked to sign in over and over and over, and the "submit review" link still did not work. I was only able to write the review by going directly to it from my account. Surprise? - the reward was now 10 percent, not $5, and I don't order $50 bumper stickers. UPDATE ONE: I called Zazzle support, and they sent me the $5 off code by email, so I have changed the rating from 2 to 3 stars (more would have meant it hadn't happened at all) and edited this review. UPDATE TWO: The link they sent was better than the original one - $5 off *any* order, not $5 off a *$25* order. They wound up giving me more than promised, and I've upgraded them from 3 stars to 4. (5 stars would mean I'd never had a problem at all.) My advice to anyone using Zazzle: If you have a problem. Call them! The number is 1 *******953.

Zazzle No Longer Dazzles
Warning! Place your order a month or two in advance if you want your items on time! What Zazzle does now is hijack your order if you don't pay for the over excessive shipping cost to have the order expedited. I ordered two gift bags May 19,2020. The bags have not been shipped yet though Zazzle states that the bags would be shipped after 7 business days, to date May 30,2020 the gift bags are still in the making status! Being that I live in los angeles and Zazzle is up North in (Redwood city) CA. My past orders have always arrived on time, days before my events. Now that they have 3 shipping options (greedy blood suckers) your order will be mailed out according to that date. So with that said personalized gift bags is the only reason I continue to use Zazzle because Vista print does not offer that service yet. Vista print is actually better than Zazzle in many ways. Unlike Zazzle, Vista print offers a variety of vibrant colors, they are much more liberal when it comes to using celeb or designer content on your designs! And their cost efficient. You definitely get more for your buck at Vistaprint, they won't dissapoint! Zazzle no longer Dazzles! How sad.

Be careful. They promise a 100 percent satisfaction guarantee and have a lot of stipulations. They require you to pay for the product to be sent back and checked before issuing a refund or a credit. The process can take as long as a month to get a refund. I ordered wedding invitations that mentioned Rose gold foil - and in fact they did not have any foil. There was no warning or clarification on the invite. This was very deceiving. They also initially responded to my complaint via email by telling me they would give me a credit within one business day and I would not have to send the product back. Following that, they retracted the statement in the next email and wouldn't honor what they originally told me. It is crazy that a business will promise something to a customer and then walk back on what they said. Especially after deceiving customers into buying something that is not what it is advertised to be. Super disappointed in their guarantee and service and would definitely not recommend.
UPDATE - After writing this review the company personally reached out to me and worked to correct the issue. I am going to count the first experience as a fluke and hope that the way they treated me afterwards is their normal practice. Given the way they resolved the issue, I would change my opinion to actually recommend the company.

I just have to say for starters that the product is amazing and I will absolutely order from them again! When I received my order, I was so excited because they are my Wedding Invitations!
