Our invitations were packaged very nicely and we received them within a week from the time we ordered them!

Am happy with the quality of the labels ordered. I paid for expedited shipping (2-3) days which was pricey however delivery was made through USPS and not within the promised 2-3 days but 6 days

ZAZZLE IS GREAT FOR PEOPLE WHO NEED TO PERSONALIZE ANYTHING BASIC. I'VE USED IT FOR POSTCARDS, YOU HAVE TO USE IT FOR PERSONALIZED POSTAGE STAMPS WHICH CAME OUT GREAT, AND INVITATIONS. YOU HAVE TO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE PRODUCT JUST THE WAY YOU LIKE IT AND ALMOST ANYTHING ON THE INTERNET IS UP FOR GRABS. OF COURSE YOU CANNOT COPYRIGHT OFF OF SOME DISNEY, ETC. BUT PHOTOS ARE PERFECT. AND THE PHOTOS COME OUT GREAT.

The worst company I have ever had to deal with. I ordered invitations from them for my wedding and they put the date of 2014 on them. My wedding is March 2015. When I called to get this corrected I was told that I would get an express delivery of new invitations and have them in 5 days. On the fifth day I call to check on my order I was told that the employee that I spoke to was new and that they made an error in order for me to receive my correct invitation I had to send them the old ones. Mind you I had already been dealing with them for 3 weeks and my wedding was two and a half months away. I informed them that I did not have time to wait another 2 weeks to receive the new invitation that I wanted a refund and would stick with the ones that were incorrect. Two weeks later I received brand new invitations with the correct date. When I was supposed to be receiving a refund. So now I have over 200 invitations and still no refund. A manager was supposed to be handling this when I called to complain again they said she had made a mistake. So I had to call for times to get a refund and still have not received it. I would never again order from this company. And to top it off customer service was the rudest I've ever experienced. Stay away!

Ipaid for a card to be sent on 25th April. It never arrived. I got in touch and said they were preparing it as it was not a card in stock but was made to order which I had not been told. It It was to be sent to Mrs. N Anderson, 6 Surrman close, Hutten, Brentwood Essex. It never arrived and I requested a refund It has not appeared on my October Statement I paid for it on my Master Card.

BEWARE OF ZAZZLE! Placed order for baby shower invitations, matching thank yous, customized stamps, and envelope flap stickers one month before I was going to send the invites out. After addressing all of the envelopes, I found that they were too small for the invitations. How can Oragami Prints, the vendor who created the invitations, not send envelopes that match the invitation size that they sell. When I contacted Zazzle, they only offered that I send everything back, on my dime. I now have to reorder everything with a rushed shipping fee in order to meet my mail out date of February 15th. I WILL PURCHASE THESE FROM ANOTHER SITE AND NEVER USE ZAZZLE AGAIN. All Zazzle had to do was have the vendor send me envelopes that fit the invitations. Instead, they chose to use the LEAST EFFECTIVE AND MOST EFFORTLESS customer service possible.

I ordered one maid of honor card and five bridesmaid cards for my wedding. The maid of honor card came promptly, but when I didn't receive the other cards after a few days, I contacted CS. They couldn't give me any information on my order, but said that production hadn't begun yet (after a week and a half). I ended up calling CS a total of four times over the next two weeks to inquire about my order. Each time I called, the same thing happened. No answers and no moving forward. I will say, they were kind enough to put a note to expedite my order. However, I don't see the point if production never makes the cards! I ended up cancelling my order after not seeing any progress after three weeks. I had to "propose" to my bridesmaids pretty late, which was frustrating. And to top it all off, after I'd cancelled my order, I received a duplicated maid of honor card in the mail the next day. Umm... I didn't need or order two of those? I just wanted my bridesmaid cards! Glad I cancelled and went with Amazon Prime who delivered in two days.

Cust svc team should be honest about production delays and just tell customers how long delays will be rather than send some useless email that says they alerted the production team about the inquiry. Useless. I needed my order printed by the 14th and the confirmation showed delivery by the 13. After a phone call and 3 emails with nothing at all happening by the 16th I cancelled the whole order. DON'T HAVE PEOPLE CREATE, ORDER and PAY IF YOU CAN'T DELIVER ON TIME.

I ordered 2 things Dec 6 with a reply that everything would be delivered 7-10 days. It's now Dec 21 and nothing. I have called 3 times and 1st person hung up on me because she couldn't find anything, 2nd and 3rd tried to rectify but nothing has come. This is a very customer UNFRIENDLY INCOMPETENT company. Don't waste your time.

I have never wrote a review before because I feel that businesses do make mistakes and strive to do their best. But ZAZZLE is the worst company I have ever dealt with! I ordered my stamps on 11/20/14 and still have NOT received my order and I paid for 1 day shipping! My wedding invitations are NOT going out on time because of you! If anyone reads this post PLEASE NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Worst company I have ever ordered anything from! I have received email after email saying they have been shipped and will be received that day, then I will get another email saying it will be another day!
