This is the most incompetent internet-order site I've ever encountered. I placed an order on 12/5 and on 12/7 received a shipping notification... so far so good. When the item had not arrived by 12/12, I called, waited interminably on hold but eventually connected to a customer service rep who had no idea where the item was. Upon some research by the rep, it appeared that the item purchased had not actually been shipped or had been lost after the shipping label was produced. I agreed to re-place the order and the rep told me the order would be prioritized and would ship out within a day or two with express delivery at no additional charge. This never happened. I made calls on the 17th, 19th and 21st, again waiting about 30 minutes on hold each time before speaking to a human being. Each time I was told the order was in process. On 12/19 the rep (Alen) supposedly called the production department and placed a "code red" on the order, meaning, he claimed, that it would be produced by end of day and sent same day or next day by express. When I still had not received my order on 12/21, I spoke to a customer rep (Erin) who ascertained that the item had not yet shipped and she had no idea when it would come, if ever. I cancelled the order because it was by now too late to be of use as a Christmas gift that I had to send on to the ultimate recipient. The only good thing I can say about this idiotic process (and ridiculously incompetent company) is that the phone reps were polite and friendly, albeit clueless and unable to actually help me.

They were delivered on time. Although they had a misprint on the part that was not even my personalization. Baby Shower reads Baby Showe Hoping no one notices.
A no hassle solution was quickly found. Would order from Zazzle again.

Have been trying to get a response from the company to do an exchange for 9 days and though I get daily emails trying to sell me something, I cannot get a response from their 'support' team.
