Cant save custom designs to invitations. Cant easily add photo cant order a number of in invitations which is a number different from their offering. Pathetic site.

I ordered a set of the highest quality business cards available and I was not disappointed. The color and texture is exactly what I wanted. The stock is thick and very professional.

Twice now I have order and twice I have received really cheaply made junk. I have to say that Zazzle WAS very good about it and refunded me. The quality concern remains.

I am absolutely disgusted with the return process!
Ordered tshirt; too small. Have tried numerous times to get in touch so can obtain aN RmA# required to put outside pkg. CANNOT GET THRU TO ANYONE. ON H OLD FOREVER. Then phone message closed for holiday. How on earth to get thru? This time frame is completely unacceptable to this customer. No one has even answered numerous emails. HOW DO U GET THRU TO SOMEONE? The allotted time for return is no doubt over. AND IT IS a $20 shirt!
January 2014-Received full refund on my credit card, along with apology for delay response, etc.
Tip for consumers:
DON'T TRY TO GET THRU TO ANYONE TO GET A # TO BE ABLE TO RETURN AN ITEM. Still waiting.

I was pleased with the invitations…. However, the quality was lacking. Many of the invites had what appeared to be blue ink smudges on the face of the card.
