I cant begin to explain the problems Ive had with zazzle over the last two months when wanting to order new business cards. Horrible customer service, that is IF you can even get ahold of someone. Your wait time will be an hour or more EASY, IF their phones are even working and dont hang up on you automatically. Paid for expedited shipping, told the products were coming multiple times, they never arrived. After not receiving my products for over a month I got the first round of them today and they are HORRIBLE! The business card templates arent even lined up correctly or evenly and its almost like someone took scissors and just cut them in the wrong places. The text on the cards are blurry, and on some cards theres yellow ink when the business cards are supposed to be black and white colors ONLY! Ive ordered from this company for years but whatever is happening internally in that place is completely showing in their products and customer service. There also seems to be very little to no communication within the company. They take absolutely no responsibility for products sent WAY later then promised. I can see a few days, a week MAX, but a month!?! Thats insane, You have to be honest with your customers! I wouldnt recommend zazzle at all, not anymore.

Great product... but it wasn't worth the money to upgrade to the 2 day shipment. Ordered another product the next day and they both ended up arriving a week later at the same time.

I ordered a huge Happy 13th Birthday for my grandson. It was a big hit and he loved it. I'm so happy I found Zazzle and will be ordering whenever I need something special.

I paid $50 Extra for a quick turn around and what did I get? A delay in my wedding cards. ONE WEEK and counting to print simple 25 wedding cards and that with fast turnaround. When I called I was told they received a "large bulk order" WTF. Apparently they can't read because my wedding is next week and I still havn't received my cards. Atleast notify me that my product will be delayed. They NEVER TOLD ME IT WILL BE DELAYED UNTIL AFTER THE ESTIMATED ARRIVAL DATE PASSED.
Honestly don't waste your time with this $#*! company. Much better services out there.

This business was great with the variety of options, and our order arrived a lot sooner than zazzle had estimated which was wonderful!

This site, locked me out, i was working then this white square appeared and said to press hold to prove i was a human and not a bot, this is crap, i ecven called them and the agent gave me the run around, i have restarted my pc, and still i cannot get in to my account, this jerk said it wa standard procedure, ZAZZLE IS A JOKE,This prove your a human crap is nothing more then a chance for this agents to get into your account, NOT RIGHT
Tip for consumers:
yah dont sign up with zazzle, you get no help, and when your working you get lockied out, then you have to prove your not a bot, by press and hold and it dont work,

I needed to print some pages of a hand drawn book of mine, and I used an invitation template (5x7, matte cardstock) which was perfect. The prints look like the original pages!

I love Zazzle. It is a little on the expensive side BUT I understand why, the product is worth it. I have bought 2 blankets from here (so far) and I will continue to buy from here for gifts.
