I purchased 50 baby shower invitations and paid almost $100. The invitations are very small and the paper they are printed on is definitely not worth $100. I will not order from this company again

Myself and family loved the invitations only problem is it didn't give me an option to change the back so we just scratched off Bella on the back but it was beautiful and loved it.

Love the product! Ordered newspaper style wedding invitations and they look great! The texture is great and the material of paper used is great as well. Does not feel or look cheap in any way.
I choose Zazzle based on the other reviews and the price. I loved the custom editing and the personalization options!

I wrote this directly to the company and thought I should share it with others.
"have been considering new business cards and related items for a new business and have been pleased with the custom marketing I've seen from your company until today. Along with the design I have liked the most, there was a custom printed cap that state "Grab America by the $#*! again". I find that cap to be tasteless, vulgar and completely inappropriate behavior on the part of your company. You provide a service and I don't particularly care about your politics, I care about the quality of your product and your customer service. In return, I would think you would not care about my politics. I would think you would be interested in my money, in my return business and a positive word of mouth marketing strategy. Although a positive experience isn't talked about as often as a negative experience, both work to the benefit or detriment of your sales to the general public. General, as in ALL, not just anti-Trump supporters. I am thoroughly disappointed in your choice of advertising and will take my business elsewhere."

I loved that we could personalize the card with our own wording. The picture of the card we chose unfortunately looks much better than it does in the picture. Shipping was fast.

I ordered on December 8th after making sure that allowed plenty of time for Christmas delivery. When there was no sign of my order I emailed Zazzle twice, after checking the progress on the web site which still said "processing". I received no response to my emails, but finally got a message stating that my order was shipping two days ago. The UPS site says delivery expected January 4th; obviously way too late for Christmas.
I have ordered from Zazzle for several years without incident. Somehow things have gone terribly wrong. You could have made this up to me Zazzle. You could have sent it with expedited shipping after you received my emails. You could have offered a discount. You could have simply responded to my emails with an apology. Having done none of these things, you have now made it clear that customer service at Zazzle is nonexistent. The brick and mortar stores can be grateful to you though, since you now provide the kind of online experience that will keep them in business.
I also order from Café Press, and they have not let me down. From now on, they will receive all my business.
