It was an ok experience and it was a little difficult to find the perfect invitation. However upon receiving it, I saw that the initiations had damage to them and now I have to do it all over again.

I was able to customize my product exactly how I wanted it. It arrived within three days (without paying extra for it to come so fast) and came out exactly the way I wanted.

Just gets worse: I set up a new order with a rep on the phone. I had to pay $16 to return the original business cards. The next day I got an email that said that if I requested a store credit instead of a refund, I wouldn't have to pay to return the bad business cards. See this:

This company is very misleading with their advertising!
Their website promotes 60% OFF CYBERSALENOW very clearly, WITHOUT showing the small print, UNTIL I was a checkout! That is, clearly, unfair and unethical considering the hours spent to create the card!
I was ready to place a huge order of 1,325 Christmas Cards which gave me a bulk discount to $. 98 per card. AFTER THAT, the 60% discount should be applied! Instead, the small print said that it is either the discount from the bulk order OR 60% off regular price. That final price at $. 98 per card (not including S&H) is not a holiday sale and is much higher than other businesses that I have ordered from (between $. 49 - $. 79).
I have used Snapfish, Costco, and Staples in the past and never had a problem with being mislead such as Zazzle! I tried communicating with customer service by phone and email to work with me, however, they would not budge.
I ended up going to Snapfish who gave me beautiful cards with printed envelopes and expedited shipping for a total of $. 57 per card, including tax!
