I had ordered Family Reunion Invitations and specialized envelopes ~ I received my invites however, the envelopes weren't with them ~ I emailed customer service ~ Much to my surprise there was a response right a way ~ It was explained to me that they were specialized it would take longer to print ~ Explaining I had to send my invitations out ASAP I was told that they would expedite the process and it was escalated up ~ AGAIN, much to my surprise I had my envelopes within 3 days and was able to get my invites out in time... I can't say Thank you enough to Lorraine (Customer service rep) She took care of me keeping me abreast of every step ~ It was wonderful having someone care about me and my issue as much as I did... You have a real jem in Lorraine... I hope this gets to her boss so he/she can give credit where credit is due... BECAUSE of Lorraine and the way she handles my issue I will continue to use Zassle and tell everyone of my wonderful experience!

I ordered may 7 2020 here it is june 7th still no order received they WILL NOT RESPOND to any emails for the most part there quick to charge your card WILL NOT REFUND! Well Monday morning I will be contacting my card services of fraudulent charges because Im not paying for something I never received! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR ORDER (SCAM) I received 1 email that only says thanks for ypur order im pissed DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ORDERING! Said they couldn't print my invites for my wedding because our engagement pictures had lightsabers in them. It's literally pictures of me and my fiance for our wedding... so dumb.

If you have props in your wedding pictures maybe think twice about wasting your time

This company is a joke. I order a lot of things on line as do a lot of people in this day and age. I spent more money than I should have on a phone case that was never received by me. I contacted cs right away and was first given some bull about not being able to track it and for me to wait a few more weeks before I contact them again. Absolute nonsense! I contacted them back immediately saying that was unacceptable and then they said all the rigmarole about letting a different dept know etc. etc. And then today I still have nothing from them so again, I contact them and get this whole, it takes 3 business days to make a case and so on you'll get conformation etc. I have now put in a call to the BBB and they asked me to forward all the communication and come here to look at and leave a review. Not good business at all and am now looking for a different case and will be contacting them again for a FULL REFUND. Of course I will wait here to see what the representative will respond with, probably something like" Hi Kristi, we apologize and you can respond to such and such email... blah, blah, blah. After I cancelled my order and said I wanted a refund, I get an email from them saying that they had already sent out a replacement item but I would still get a refund. After 3 weeks I still had no item and no refund so I contacted them again and this time they said that no item had been shipped at all and that I'd get a refund immediately. I did get my refund in full about 3 days later. This company is shady and they do terrible business! I wanted to give it no stars but had to give it something.

Very, very disappointed on the face masks received. The masks (Fun Dog Face, Vintage American Flag Patriotic, MAGA and TRUMP 2020) were made from heavy weight polyester, making the mask quite stiff and rigid. Also, the sewing was poor, e.g., sewing stitches were not straight on all the masks especially, when using white thread against dark color (red and black) background. It was NOT representative of the picture shown on your site! The masks shown on your site used red thread against red background, and black thread against black background. If it was poorly sewn, it would not stand out as much as using the white thread! Additionally, it was stated that the product will be made by Zazzle Apparel various locations in the United States. This statement was very misleading. The main reason why I made this purchase was that the products will be made in the United States. These face masks were not made in the United States, but were made in Mexico and in China! If I had known these masks were made in Mexico and China, I would not have made this purchase! The quality of the masks was poor and expensive. More than disappointed... I am annoyed by the sloppiness of the products.
