I still do not have my wedding RSVP cards after a month. LITERALLY RUINED MY WEDDING! Calling them does no good. They send everything to third party vendors.

Update: I finally was offered a full refund after several phone calls and countless emails. Today I was notified by AMEX that the refund was issued but, no surprise, it was only a partial refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Trust me: Zazzle isn't worth the headache.
Original Review:
I designed and ordered two sets of business cards for my high end luxury real estate business. To coordinate with my overall theme of white and champagne gold I selected a card that, when previewed, had a beautiful shimmer to the gold band on the front. I also paid to upgrade to premium stock and to round the corners. The cards arrived on time but, unfortunately, the "gold foil" band was completely muted, no shimmer at all, and looked more like shades of pale yellows and tans. I wasted valuable time trying to explain to customer service that this was not going to work while the service rep tried to just issue me a Zazzle credit to order more while, at the same time, simply couldn't assure me that what I preview online would actually turn out to be what I needed. And the return process? Not convenient. I had to submit a return request online and now am forced to wait for them to respond. Could be two days. Funny, because they billed my credit card immediately. Looks like I'll have to have my card company go to bat for me on this one. This was my first and last time ever purchasing from Zazzle. Thank goodness I didn't order any additional custom made products. I can accept a print issue... what I cannot fathom is why they would feel in this current retail climate why it's a good idea to make it so inconvenient to process a return.
Tip for consumers:
Seeing is not necessarily believing. Use a different company with a far easier return policy.

None. The business cards I received are an embarrassment to my brand.

I ordered 25 customized Rustic Country Wedding invitations and colored envelopes for my upcoming wedding in June, on May 3rd, with the Express Shipping. At the checkout, I was informed that when the order shipped, I'd get a confirmation email with a tracking number, etc. The estimated delivery date was May 5th. Come May 5th, no email that they'd even shipped and definitely no invitations or envelopes. Today, May 6th, I called customer service and after 30 Minutes on hold, I was able to talk to a Customer Representative who was able to start paperwork in getting my money back for the shipping and she sent out an inquiry reaching out to the production team as to why the order had supposedly been delayed. No response from them. So, from here, it's a waiting game. If they're magically produced today and ship by 1800, I'll receive them on Monday, if they're not produced today, it's anyone's guess as to when they will be arriving. If I never would have followed up with my order, they would have just taken off with the $45 dollars for the express shipping and never looked back. I'm beginning to think that the reason there is a production delay is because there are two women's names on those invitations. This will be my FIRST AND LAST time ordering from Zazzle. I'm saddened and EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in the lack of business etiquette and responsibility from Zazzle. I was really looking forward to the hassle-free experience of online ordering, boy, was I WRONG! I'm strongly considering filing a complaint.

The card was not just good of perfect, but ZUPER GREAT OUT OF THIS WORLD color, grapics I added from my computer came out perfect, it was like it was made already from a halmark store, you are a great place for cards and for now on, I am doing ALL my cards to my special love ones from here cause you can add whatever you love to your love ones, your THE BEST ZAZZLE!
