We ordered a Video recording cap from Zazzle. It was so badly made, and did not work, so we returned it. Also we ordered greeting cards from Zazzle, on Feb 9th, for arival on Valentine's day. Today is February 19th, and still nothing was received. AVOID SAZZLE AT ALL COSTS.

TL; DR:
-Confusing (borderline sneaky) interface led to unusable cards
-Friendly but false information on pricing from e-chat
-Refused to comp for necessary express shipping on re-order
-Re-ordered cards were LATE despite paying express shipping price
I found the card design interface quite confusing, but I liked the template so much I stuck with it. That was a huge mistake. There is a tiny box you need to click if you don't want a QR code printed in the middle of the text on the back of your card (this is an extra $.12 per card, which I was later told would be per *order,* not per card, which is false). The cards came quickly, but they were unusable because of the stupid QR code overlapping text.
This is never a problem with Vista Print, which I will go back to using, because they have a magnified "Here's How Your Card Will Look" front-and-back feature that you have to approve before you order.
I e-chatted with a robot or person who was friendly, but did not have good information, and who told me I would get a "special 50% off" code for my trouble, along with a comped re-print of my cards. I was hoping to apply this discount to the new batch of cards I needed to order, because the express shipping fee was so high, and I now needed to rush. When I got to the checkout, I couldn't apply my "special code" because the cards were technically already 50% off-- but I wasn't told that-- all it did was reject my discount.
I wrote a couple suggestion emails (they were perfectly friendly--I promise) and got back some emails from the company that were totally irrelevant and slightly snippy.
The last straw was that the cards I had to re-order with express shipping ($$) were LATE. I still haven't received them. They say they're still due on 12/21. It's now 12/22 and they haven't arrived. I e-chatted with the robot person about this, and she gave me a store credit for the price of the shipping, which is nice, but I really would like them to comp the shipping altogether, because I'm feeling pretty done with this company.
Good thing there are 12 days of Christmas, because these cards aren't going anywhere anytime soon.

This company is THE WORST. They sent me my wedding invitations half bent because the envelope they mail things in is flimsy AND they all had huge cuts across the top. They were supposed to have rounded edges and half of the corners weren't even cut all the way, the corner was hanging off. I had also ordered RSVP cards that were double sided. They sent me the first set with the back printed upside down, then mailed an EMPTY ENVELOPE with no RSVPs, and then mailed them a third time with the back printed upside down AGAIN. Each time I needed a replacement, they seemed to have forgotten about my order because I had to contact them multiple times before each order would ship even though they 'expedited the process.' It took me a total of 5 weeks to finally get my order right, which delayed getting my invites out. The best refund they would offer me was 50% off my next order. This all ended about a month ago and today I just got an email saying my order is on it's way. It's another set of RSVP cards that I didn't request and don't need. Do yourself a favor and never use this company.
