Ordered a custom invitation to a exclusive event. I wish i could tell how the product looked but I haven't received it 3 days (not counting a weekend) our package arrived.
It only contained the envelopes. After a difficult search for the company phone# waited on hold for 45 minutes N0 EXAGGERATION Avery kind lady answered and could only guess the order was placed in some other box. She offered to reprint and assured us was early enough in the day she could get it out to receive the next day (today) apparently her authority ended at the phone. I am currently on the phone for 35 minutes now waiting to talk to that nice lady again. If you need to count on something don't use this company. I cant speak to the product but my rating of the service is a nano star because one isn't low enough. UPDATE JUST GOT A LIVE BODY ON THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE ONLY FORTY MINUTES THIS TIME! He was able to inform me that the order has STILL not been ship be he would certainly contact production to expedite. I said a kind lady has already done that. Could you march over to production and tell them I have to have this TOMORROW! His reply "unfortunately we are not even in the same country sir"! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU NEED SOMETHING IN A TIMELY MATTER AND CUSTOMERS SERVICE? ARE FREAKING KIDDING ME/

Update - the company refunded my shipping and then shipped overnight so the paper was received in time. The only problem is that they did not tell me they were shipping overnight so I bought more paper. But they corrected the problem and they get kudos for that! - end of update.
Ordered simple non-customized wrapping paper on 12/14. Shipping estimate was before 12/23. I receive notice on 12/20 that the order isl "ready to be shipped" - and shipping is with OnTrac. I have had problems with OnTrac before so I call to make sure it will arrive on time. I needed to know if I had to go purchase more paper.
Called at PST - recording said estimated wait time 7 minutes. I held for 52 minutes before I hung up - feeling like a chump. Tried to call all day - estimated wait time 58 minutes and more. Sent an email with no response. THEY JUST CANNOT BE REACHED!
And notice that the response to all the negative reviews IS A CANNED RESPONSE. This is so bad - why make people's lives hard? Here I am spending hours now over wrapping paper. SOMETHING IS VERY WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY.

Ordered some wedding invitations... 14 days later they still hadn't been shipped. They then stated they had been shipped. Rang up after three days after of them not turning up even though they were sent special delivery and the company are now saying there was a problem with the order and they weren't actually shipped. Asked to speak to a manager, surprise surprise no-one available. Then asked for a full refund, will be very surprised if I get that. Please stay away from this company, they are absolutely useless.
Update: this is the reply I got from a manager. After many phonecalls and emails trying to get my order shipped, she now tells me my order may not have been right anyway! Unbelievable! You couldn't make this up!

I see that the previous agent you were corresponding with requested a full refund for the order. You can expect the 103.20 back on the payment method within 7-21 business days.
You may still receive the original order, if so, please keep it.
I did notice when in your account, that the text on your menu cards is a bit out of the print area. So some of it may get cut off.

I ordered my two custom t-shirts from Zazzle on December 3rd, in hopes that they would be here by Christmas. I started wondering where they were on the 23rd. I emailed the company, but they were closed for the holidays. I never received a reply, by the way. So, no Christmas gift. I then had to leave town on vacation. On the 26th, I received an email saying my package was on the way. The tracking number says it was delivered on the 30th. However... I never received anything! No one can figure it out. I called the post office. My father and I share a PO Box and he was going there every day to look for my packages. Every other package I had ordered from other companies arrived EXCEPT this package from Zazzle. Coincidentally, I ordered something back in 2007 from Zazzle and this item also never was received. I have, in essence, just given this company money without receiving ANYTHING in return... TWICE! Never order from this company. It is a scam. They must use fake tracking numbers, because I find it hard to believe that there was anything really delivered and that it magically disappeared. The Post Office said that the package delivered was 13 oz. How could two t-shirts be in a 13 0z package when an average Men's Large t-shirt weighs about 7.5 - 10 0z? Something seems a bit odd there. The package should have at least been over 14 oz. It doesn't add up. Buyer Beware. This is a scam.

I ordered invitations. Zazzle by far was not the least expensive but had the design I desired. I proofed the order and it seemed fine. A few days later, when I thought the order was soon to arrive any day, I received an email suggesting I cancel my order because the design I selected would produce white space. After "re-reviewing" the order it was not to my satisfaction and I made edits to the design. I am grateful for the proofing. But the anticipated lead time had decreased and in order to get the invitations out in a sufficient time, I would have to expedite shipping. While this is better than having to pay two full shipping costs, I am dissatisfied with having to now pay an additional cost for shipping an order that appeared to be correct at the time of ordering. After speaking to a representative and expressing my concern, the rep was unrelenting. The fact that I put time into the design and reviewed it several times, before submitting and then all of the sudden there is a problem that results in an increased shipping cost comes across a little suspect and not good customer service. My biggest regret is not capturing a screen shot of the order submitted as proof of the discrepancy. Zazzle is not inexpensive and the customer service is average at best. I ordered business cards previously and they were just "ok". Usable... but nothing extraordinary as the price might suggest. The experience IS NOT acceptable and there has been friction.
After posting the above original review, a representative from Zazzle emailed me and rectified the shipping issue in a way that was better than what I was originally asking to receive. The gesture created a sense of value in me as a customer. I still would advise other consumers to take proof of your proof, leave ample lead time, and hope that customer service overall has improved so that public shame to the company is not required in order to get a satisfactory resolution. I guess Zazzle is trying to get it right.

If it was possible to give this company zero stars then I would do so. I have had the worst customer service experience of my entire life with this company. I ordered invitations from this site as they were supposed to be ready for shipment the following day. After three days I had received no information. Unfortunately, no person at this company is available on the weekends so I went five days before I finally heard back from Zazzle after I called and wrote two separate emails. I was told they would look into the situation but would expedite the delayed order. It is now three days later and they still haven't printed the invitations, let alone shipped the invitations. All I get from Zazzle is "let us know what you would like to do." Perhaps Zazzle should figure out how to resolve this situation. I have been promised shipment for the past three days and now it is too late for me to order invitations from another vendor. Appalling service.
Update: After several additional phone calls and posting a negative review of Zazzle's Facebook page I did receive a resolution and the invitations were sent via overnight. Zazzle did what they could at that time to make the situation right, unfortunately, they couldn't give me back the week of time I spent dealing with the situation and waiting for the invitations. I'm not sure why a resolution could not have been found earlier - I think it was about getting the attention of someone who could do something as opposed to getting the standard response of "we have done all we can do right now." In sum, Zazzle tried to make things right at the end but the experience along the way was horrible and I don't plan to use this company again.
Tip for consumers:
Never ever use this company.

Had the horrible experience of getting my order from this company. Will never ever deal with them again.
Ordered "gold foil" business cards to get nothing but a cheap as card, absolutely no gold foil on this, 100 cards for over $40, complete rip off. If I had known the order would have been so bad I would have ordered from my home country which is New Zealand. I could have ordered the same cards here for less than half the price I had paid to them and get more cards.
I have tried contacting the company numerous times, once to ask about the delivery date (they have a web address zazzle.co.nz which makes you think they are nz based so I had expected it to arrive sooner than 4 weeks) also for my complaint once I had received the cards, and none has been answered. They say on the package slip: if you are not satisfied with your order, then return within 15 days however this doesn't have a return address. Also the ordering system is not clean, they use so many different order numbers, you have a product order, then there is postage order number, and I notices all order ID's were different from even what they have emailed me!
This is nothing but rip off, they get away with scamming you by providing you with cheap as products at low cost to themselves while you pay good money thinking you will get a quality product and at the end of the day they can get away with it by proving they have shipped your item.
Completely disappointed and will spread the word of how bad the quality is. The card is obviously cheap is it thin paper material with simple layout. ABSOLUTE False advertising when you see their designs and descriptions. Can't express enough just how disappointed I am

Having had nothing but good experiences with Zazzle in the past, I am SEVERELY disappointed in their recent service. I ordered a Christmas present for someone on November 28, and it is STILL showing as processing - even though they already charged my credit card the day I "purchased it." I emailed their customer service to try and get help, and they haven't responded - and I am currently sitting on the phone on hold... for 24 MINUTES. Ridiculous. I ordered a second item that also hasn't arrived yet, but at the very least, that one CLAIMS that it's shipping. (And my boyfriend ordered something on November 28 as well, and his has been claiming to have shipped for over a week now... but again, at least his doesn't say PROCESSING anymore!) This has left a horrible taste in my mouth, and I must say, I am becoming discouraged from ordering any more things from Zazzle in the future. If I do not get help soon, I will be contacting my credit card and asking them to reverse the charge since I never received my item, and the BBB might be hearing from me as well.
