I was looking to replace a favorite lapel message button which is no longer in production. Not only did the Zazzle site quickly provide me with a worthy substitute, the search yielded a nice selection of other options and a wide variety of price ranges. I'm very pleased with the quality of the merchandise, which was delivered ahead of schedule.
I ordered a specific card because of the cover art. When the cards arrived the cover art was out of focus as if the copier that was used was not set up correctly. Very disappointed with the product. I am trying to get a refund on my purchase but so far no response from the company.
The product I ordered were not the size I was looking for.

I HAVE NEVER WRITTEN A CUSTOMER REVIEW BEFORE but they deserve every word I say. I would give them a negative star if I could. The key fob/keychain I paid almost $5 for, was nothing more than a "smiley button". I don't know what else to call it but it's the kind you get free at fairs. Or politicians give you to wear to say who you like. The only thing missing was the pin on the back. It is the cheapest thing I've ever purchased in my life! I am usually pretty savvy when it comes to online purchases but they really duped me with this one. To say it was HORRIBLE is an understatement. The picture did NOT look like the product (you don't see the shiny-ness of it. I tried to show a picture but couldn't download it... how convenient for them) and the description has no real detail so that you know what you're really getting. If you did, you wouldn't take if for free! To add insult to injury, their shipping charges were more than the product when this item was so light it could have been put in a letter envelope and shipped for the cost of 2 stamps. And I was fool enough to pay for express shipping. So an item worth less than $1 sot me $15. I almost threw it out because I felt embarrased to give it to my son and wish I had because, although he didn't want to hurt my feelings, his face said it all and I told him he didn't have to use it and I heard a sigh of relief. I have never had a worse purchasing experience in my entire 62 years! I can't say about their other stuff but the fact that they can sell such cheap stuff for $5 plus exhorbitant shipping fees says to me to do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!

I was looking for a college graduation announcement for my son. He wanted the colors to reflect his school colors of blue and gold. I found the perfect one on Zazzle. Although the site was a little more difficult to maneuver than what I was used to (shutterfly is easier) I was able to create the perfect elegant blue and gold announcement. The price was affordable, but I did pay over $30 in shipping because I wanted to ensure I received them in a timely manner. They were delivered on 4/30. A few days after the order and in plenty of time for mailing. Unfortunately, when I opened the package, not only were the announcements not elegant blue, the edges and corners showed wear and parts were peeling away. And the color was eggplant purple grey. I took pictures and immediately contacted them via email (I called initially but the wait time was 25 minutes). It has now been over a week and I am still waiting for replacement announcements that they promised to work on replacing right away. My son graduates in two days. Zazzle has provided a few email updates on the replacement, but they were not in a timely manner, and usually only in response to more than one request from me. I did expect a more prompt reply and action, since I indicated more than once that the graduation is taking place May 11. So now I will be receiving graduation announcements that I hope are the right color, but either way they will not be received to family and friends before his graduation. It's a huge disappointment, poor communication and a poor product. If you do decide to order a product from them, make sure to spend the extra money and get a quality paper. The standard paper doesn't cut it, looks cheap and on my order the corners were already peeling away from the back.

Order # **************190 (placed on 11/11/14) is still totally screwed up. No one seems to be interested in responding to my inquiries or emails. Half my order was originally missing. Half of what was received was broken. I contacted Zazzle and they said they would reprocess the missing items and replace the broken ones. I was assured my items would be delivered in plenty of time for Christmas. Today I received, not just the replacement for the broken item, but a reship of what I originally received. I am STILL missing the other half of my order. When I called, I spoke to a girl who insisted it was delivered, asked me who my "normal UPS guy" was (seriously? Does ANYone have one of those in a residential area?), suggested an alternate address to ship to (because I have two homes in the area and just bounce between locations for fun, apparently), and refused to connect me to a supervisor. She has promised my missing items by the 24th which is cutting it close and requiring me to go out of my way to pick it up ON CHRISTMAS EVE if it even delivers on time. If it does not, I will want a refund of my money. If it does, it will not stop me from NEVER ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN! This is the first thing I ordered for Christmas and the one I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED and it's been FORTY ONE DAYS since my order was placed.
