I ordered a clock and loved the options and ease of configuration. However when it arrived the second hand was blocked by the minute hand and I had to disassemble the clock and adjust the hands.

When I opened my package my cards weren't placed properly half of them were in the holder then the other half was sticking straight up luckily they didn't bend.
