We had a fun time looking at the mugs, there were good views online to make sure the map covered what we wanted.
Placed the order, took a few days to ship but when it did ship it was nicely packaged and arrived in great shape.
They had the coffee mugs we wanted.

The package arrived early. But the board was damaged. I don't think it was packed properly. I didn't have time to send it back and have it replaced with a new one. I need to use it by adding extra decoration. It's sad because the design was actually elegant.

I ordered a memorial mug for a dear friend. She had to say goodbye to her pup after 15.5 yrs. The process was very easy, there were several options after I had found what I was looking for and it was received several days before it was actually expected, which was a wonderful surprise.
Zazzle has the most amazing options, no matter what you're looking for.

I ordered pink pickle shoes over 3 months ago and have yet to receive them. They've been ordered once and then reordered supposedly by Zazzle twice. All I've received is lies. I'm told my shoes are still in production. Then I'm given a tracking number, which none of them actually worked. Then I'm told oh sorry for the inconvenience. Zazzle has done absolutely nothing to try to fix the problem. I've asked for my money back, but I'm expecting a fight. This is absolutely unacceptable!

Designs were cool, but I found the editing tool, which I was using on my cell phone, to be finicky. Too often I'd accidentally erase everything instead of removing a line. Could be user error, but wasn't a problem that I had on other sites.
The people I was planning with liked a Zazzle design best, and the price was comparable to everywhere else.

Return address labels are well-priced and designs are unique, varied and plentiful. Quality matches what you get when you buy blank label paper and print your own at home- they are fine but lack that gloss durability quality that comes from manufactured labels. These are lightweight and matte finish. I will not use Zazzle again as my preference is the "store bought" variety which unfortunately means I'll forego design options. I only took away one star for this reason.

Ordered a first birthday milestone poster for my twins. Had to be approved. For fav song I put "baby shark" which was exactly as the example on their site but they cancelled my order due to licensing. But why show it as an example? Shipping is either $10 or $20. They make you sign up for some kind of shipping program. Will never purchase from them again.

Process was good. The logo came out smaller than what it shows you when creating your business cards so I was a bit disappointed. It did arrive a few days sooner so that was good. I did however found out Office Depot has a better deal. They offer double the cards for half the price so I'm switching over next time around. For basic cards of only 100 with a price tag of $35.00 that's a bit pricey…

Ordered two specially designed decals and when they arrived today the last letter of the top row was cut off. Very poor QC. It is a pain to try and get through their return policy and system so I finally gave up and just bit the bullet and sucked of the loss as another lesson in dealing with online companies that promise the world but are poor on delivery.

Went to Zazzle for first time for birthday invitations. Designs are good for a variety of themes. It was somewhat difficult for this first-timer to make some artistic changes to fit my needs. My complaint is about shipping charges. $10 for a smashed up bubble envelope or $17 for expedited bubble envelope. I ordered 40 invites! When I inquired with customer service via chat if there were pick up options (they show an address in my city) they were less than interested. Doubt I will ever use them again.

Choose your text size and spacing carefully. I had to reorder my invites because my text size ended up being much too small!

Ordered business cards- big mistake
Poor print quality: They look like they came from my own personal printer...
Graphics: The graphics are off in every single one of them. Like they just cut a bunch of squares in some cheap paper, regardless symmetry and the actual design.
Not posting a public photo for privacy reasons but it's bad.
