Never again will I be so stupid as to order anything ever from this company again. The printed the wrong name on cards. Refused to take responsibility for the mistake because I was told it would "Upset the artist." Can you believe this crap? How about upsetting the customer who put their trust in their product. I had great fun designing invitations to my specific needs. They turned out beautifully with amazing quality and clarity.
I had been shopping several sites not finding exactly what I needed. I will definitely be using Zazzle again in the future.

I ordered a personalized mug on 12/2/20 which was to be a birthday gift on 12/16/20. When I ordered, estimated delivery was 12/10. Here we are on 12/17/20 and it hasn't even shipped yet. The first time I contacted customer service, they said it would be delivered between 12/11-12/14. Then I get a message today saying production is delayed and it takes 10-12 days from ordering to be shipped. Well 10-12 days from 12/2 has already passed and the mug isn't even done yet. If you want to take chances ordering from here, go for it but don't expect to receive your item by their posted delivery date. Very disappointed and the only reason they got 2 stars is their customer service responds pretty timely.

My one purchase order was made 9/28/2019 in the amount of $92.58. That night they charged my bank account 5 times for that amount. It was very difficult to get any customer service assistance and when I finally reached a real person, he said it would take a few days to "look into it". Meanwhile, I sent him a screenshot of the bank transactions via email and almost $400 is being held up while they "look into it". I will never do business with them again.

I ordered a stein for my plastic surgeon! Just arrived today and you think you would take more care to make sure it doesn't break in transit. So here is my stein I ordered and the handle is broken! Call customer service and the "mailbox is full" I really hope someone makes this right... can't get a hold of anyone can't chat. If only zero stars were an option... will never order from this place again.

Order wine label's with my daughters name on them, suppose to be, I thought, glitter and sparkle but was just a sticker with various colours to simulate sparkles. They arrived quite quickly which was a bonus but really I could have bought stickers and printer pretty much the same thing at less cost.

Loved these for our coach's shirts this season. They are super soft and comfortable. A *tad* short for tall people (so I wear a long tank beneath mine), and since we heard they run a little small, we each ordered one size up from our normal size. They all worked well! We've washed them several times, and the design has held up perfectly. Looks great! They are a little pricey, but for a specialty tee, that's expected, so we bought when t-shirts were 40% off, which helped.

Great site to do original cards. I had a few problems. I would have liked my name darker so it showed better on background and my title larger. Barely visible. But the beach scene is pretty and I will reorder with a few tweaks.

I've had a positive experience on all levels for two years now. I've made duvet and pillow sets that are stunningly produced (vivid colors, quality material). My patio came alive with beautifully made pillows (faithfully reproducing my original images) that friends have asked me to reproduce for them. They are delivered well in advance of my anticipated time frame, and they have fabulous discounts that I check for several times a week. I am proud of my work and after two years of ordering door mats, tote bags, kitchen towels, gift bags (and more), I can honestly say that I am not looking for a "better" company with a "better" price. They make my images look professional and "important." (I love it when that happens!)
Tip for consumers:
I format my images to roughly the size of the item I'm making, and always use a higher than required resolution. That has proven to insure that my end result looks as good as I want it to.

I need to give the BIGGEST shout out to the best customer service I've ever experienced. I ordered my Christmas cards during a super sale and must have forgotten to change the shipping address. My address from 6 years ago was filled in and my cards were delivered there. Without a moment of hesitation, the customer service rep reordered my prints for me (free of charge) and even expedited shipping. I didn't expect any of this when I called, I thought I'd pay for a reorder. Nope they took care of everything! I cannot even believe it and Zazzle has earned a lifetime customer here.

Took me close to 30 minutes to tweak a simple business card template. Their design software not instinctive at all, extremely difficult to navigate.not even sure if what I designed is what I ordered. This is the most unclear complicated software I have ever had to use and I'm really experienced with digital editing.

I ordered labels for Homemade Vanilla Extract. My name was written at the bottom in type that was 1/16" high and so faint that it was hardly readable or recognizable. It was the smallest printing on the whole label. The shipping costs were ridiculous. $7.99 for a 9 1/2" x 12" envelope weighing 3 1/8 oz. I returned them. Wish I had read the other negative reviews before ordering.
