I ordered a stamp on Zazzle it took forever to come in. When it actually showed up our brand on the top is completely screwed up, you can't even tell what it is, our circular brand is so poorly cut they put no time into making it look nice. The materials they use are cheap and they are selling there products for way more then they are worth. Overall don't bother ordering off zazzle it's a complete waste of time.

I placed an order for business cards with express delivery ($23 extra). Needed them ASAP. I logged onto my account the next day to check the order status and found out it was cancelled— no email or text notification whatsoever. I understand if something I put on the cards violated the company's guidelines. However, to not notify me, especially when I'm paying a high delivery fee for EXPRESS shipping (the maximum amount), is incredibly bad customer service and highly unprofessional. Shop for personalized items as well.

They cancel orders and don't notify the customer of the cancellation nor the reason why.

I ordered printed labels. Almost 3 weeks to get from Reno,? To Denver. And when they finally arrived, they were illegible. Every other label was faded. But the darker ones were still not useable because they were not centered properly. Tried to call -no answer on the number listed. No response to my email requesting a refund. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I ordered a custom-designed binder from them for my boss, who wanted me to make a memorial book for his son. It looked great, and we were really excited for it. When it came, I didn't even show my boss because it looked like garbage. The picture on front had streak-stains streaking down to the bottom of the binder, and then huge ones on the back as well (which was supposed to be blank). I reordered, and they were very apologetic. However, when I received the reorder, it was just as bad, if not worse, than the first one.

I love the design and the letter size is as expected, but the women's Large t-shirt fits more like a Small. I normally buy Medium shirts in the shops but I made my custom t-shirt on a Large, just to make sure the message was readable. The shirt is a nice quality, and the cotton is soft, but the fit of the shirt is way more snug than I'm comfortable with. I'll go with a Men's t-shirt next time.

Our company requires all corporate employees to have an ID badge representing the corporate office including a picture of the employee themself. These badges are very nice and the pictures are clear. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a badge.

The invitations are adorable! Quality is great. They arrived exactly as predicted. My only complaint is that I ordered 25, received 25 envelopes, but only 24 invitations. So I ended up having to just text a Picture to one of the guests.

I was really looking forward to receiving these cards, but when they arrived they were in garbage condition. Terrible print job. They look like they're all damaged. Completely unusable and I will have to pay another company to make these again for me. Complete disappointment.

I ordered 2 puzzles more than 2 months ago and finally got them but very poor quality packaging and photo of puzzle. Boxes are too big and very flimsy, pieces had fallen out, and photo of finished puzzle is so small I cant tell design even with a magnifying glass. Disappointed all the way around with this product.

Ordered wedding invites, website easy to use. Quality of invites were great. Only other feedback, no where did it say we had to pay once the courier dropped our package off. It was only $20 but this was not shared with us during the order process.

I contemplated for quite a while on which options to choose for my invitations, between the paper choices, the high res, etc.
I ended up choosing the basic options and a pearl shimmer. I did not choose high res. I couldn't be happier. The paper is a nice weight. The shimmer is perfect. The photos are crisp and clear even without the high res. I consider the price to be a little high but I am very much a cheapskate. I would buy these again and I would still pay the same price to do so.
After searching several sites, Zazzle had the design I preferred.

Issue now fixed. They made good on promise. I order mugs with my artwork. I received a bunch of dirty mugs with the bottom rims looking like they are used mugs. Dirt is ground into ceramic. And, they added THEIR Zazzle logo to the bottom? What is this - they advertise on my merchandise. I complained and they said sorry, can't exchange - Logo stays and try and wash off ground in dirt. I did - it won't leave. Who wants used dirty mugs in their cupboard? Zazzle - do not buy from them. I wrote a review giving them 1 star - they only post positive reviews!

Use some other service - they don't back up products and ignore complaints.

All the cards were beautiful and there was a large variety to choose from. Which made it hard to decide. The red color with silver flakes caught my eyes. It looked as though diamonds were falling on beautiful red drapes. With my initial M in black, and my first name spell out in a white script against the initial. It was a short turnaround from my ordering and receiving my package. I will reorder, if needed. Extremely Happy & pleased with the end result. Love them. Thank you!,
