I was looking for Disney T-shirts for myself, my husband, and our grandson for an upcoming trip to Disney World. I found Zazzle recommended on a blog and followed the link to their Disney store. I was very pleased with the selection of custom options available for T shirts. I had fun designing our shirts, which included different Winnie the Pooh characters for each of us, and Lady and the Tramp.
I don't know what went wrong, because I checked and double checked my order before placing, but somehow a shirt was ordered in the wrong size. When I contacted customer support, the representative offered a replacement immediately.
I've placed 2 more orders with Zazzle. I am pleased with the graphics on the shirts. The t's themselves are basic quality, not to thin or too heavy, and fit well.
Tip for consumers:
When ordering, do be careful, because if you click back to take another look at what you're ordering, the size will go back to the default, which is small. I suspect this must be what happened with my order.

We used Zazzle to create Save the Dates for our destination wedding. We found a fun design to customize with everything we needed. We were able to create a QR code so guests could quickly access our website and travel info with an easy scan. Shipping was quick and the postcards arrived ahead of schedule!

Ordered some mugs with a custom design from them. Within a day, they cancelled the order and said the design contained content that conflicted with their guidelines. It was not copyrighted or containing anything inappropriate. Rather than clarify or reach out to the customer if there was an issue, they just cancelled the order without any explanation as to why it was cancelled. That's terrible customer service and luckily this was a test product to see if I would continue to sell products there. They failed the test and I won't be doing business with them again. I wound up using another company who got my design done and the products shipped to me in less than a week without any issues!

Just don't. Use another site instead.

I have been using Zazzle for years under two different accounts and I love everything I've ever ordered from them. I used zazzle for multiple weddings and all kinds of events. It's so easy I've never needed customer service until recently. Not only did I get a response a whole day earlier, on a SUNDAY, It really saved the day! The bride noticed an error on the itinerary of the wedding programs! The wedding is a week away. The modification process was the easiest thing ever and it really took a lot of anxiety away from me as a coordinator. Zazzle customer service saved my reputation. Thank you.

Received my Hotel Accommodation detail cards in the mail today. Surprised at how small the print was but they are beautiful so I was happy. Went to put them in the invitation envelopes and "optional text on back" was printed on every one. There was no option to delete the phrase so now I'm stuck with these and no time to order new ones.

I purchased gold foil business cards and what I got was a poorly taken picture of gold foil! The quality is just junk! Blatant misrepresentation of an item! At no point did they state that the cards were not gold foil. Seriously! Worst part they will not refund my money. Which last time I checked the US has laws against this type of fraud.

I really love how my customized order looks! Unfortunately it took over two weeks to receive my order and only with me calling several times. Once for them to put in a Replacement Request for my original order and another to find out if it had actually been shipped yet. Hold times were both 15 minutes.
