I had a product in mind I wanted to make. A Google search led me to Zazzle where I was able to create the product I envisioned. My project involved my own photos. The first template I chose was awful. I couldn't move the photos around like I wanted. I gave up on that one and found a different template to use. It worked like a photo editing tool should. My product was reasonably priced and arrived in less than a week. I am very pleased with how it turned out.
I only found 3 websites that offered the product I envisioned. I tried all three. Zazzle was the only one who allowed me to save my project before I was done creating. Although initially frustrated with the photo editing tool on Zazzle with my first template, the second one I tried was good and worked much better than the editing tools I tried on the other two websites. Product choice and photo editing/project saving abilities made me choose Zazzle.

I ordered some pieces to come in the mail. Even though I made the order for seven items (which was confirmed in the invoice) only 1 arrived.
I will not be recommending Zazzle to any friends or family until this problem is resolved

Do not do business with these folks! They indicate there could be a slight difference from their website to the end product, but really? What they provided was such a different color than what their web site shows, you cannot even read the t-shirt. They claimed they would make it right so I sent photos. They sent the exact same item. When I sent them another email, I get another automated response telling them to send them all the information I had just sent them. I'm done with their inability to determine colors and provide anything close to what they claim to provide.

Order a product for my brothers funeral 10 days before and paid to have it expedited and had a latest promise date of the day of the event. After three calls and waiting an hour each time to be assured it would be here no later than the event (because they called "the production facility" to make certain). It's now theoretically being delivered by the Post Office a day after the event. So much for a $650+ order!
