I had two daughters graduating from college so ordered two different sets of stickers, one for each girl to use at the grad party. While I liked the pictures and the product overall, I chose to put each daughter's name, school and degree on each sticker. The writing was so small as to be completely illegible. I wish that I had known that before ordering and the small font was not available if it was going to be illegible. When previewing the picture, the writing was clear and legible, but the preview was much larger than the actual sticker

Absolutely hate Zazzle. I ordered a number of things for my wedding for them to not show up despite saying they were mailed and delivered. Reached out for replacements to just be told later that they take 5 business days to produce and the still will need to wait for them to be shipped. Customer service does not care about your frustration and while they say their going to expedited things they expedited nothing! I requested a refund and going to order from Etsy.

Ordered a sign for my nieces' bridal shower and was so surprised at the product. It is absolutely beautiful! I received it a lot sooner than expected as well.
After 2 attempts with Etsy, I was desperate. Zazzle is going to be my go to from now on.

I ordered 96 invitations and when they arrived there were no envelopes. When I called customer service she said that "yes, you're right. Envelopes are not included" WHAT?
Who sells invitations without envelopes? Now I have to go back and order them. I also doubled checked the invites on the website and NO WHERE on the Zazzle page does it indicate that envelopes are extra / not included! I will never order from these frauds again!

I ordered several T-shirts from Zazzle printed with a custom design. They arrived very fast, and the shirts looked great. But after one wash, the artwork had already started to flake and chip. A T-shirt that decays after just one wash is a complete waste of money. I have T-shirts I have washed more than 100 times that look better than these.

T-shirt printing does not stand up to a machine wash.

This site is not legit. I used this site twice and in both instances had horrible experiences. The last one I was sent the wrong item and was never refunded the money. I contacted customer support several times before they even agreed to refund the purchases. Then, after the money was never refunded, after weeks of reaching out without a response they told me I needed to speak to my financial institution! What is my bank going to do? They are not responsible for refunding money, they can only verify nothing was deposited, which they have done. This is a disgusting platform, with horrible customer service, that allows people to steal from you. DO NOT USE THEM!

Don't bother. Their website isn't processing orders and they aren't doing anything to fix it or respond to my inquiries about what to expect. All they've told me in the last week was to try different browsers, and when that inevitably didn't work they just stopped responding. Bizarrely, I have a rebate on my account so there's no charge, but they don't care enough about their customers to respond or do a single thing to try to process it.
I spent so much time trying to get my business card design right, even soliciting feedback from others, only to be left frustrated, disappointed, and without the business cards I need to promote my new small business. Don't waste your time like I did.

Although the designs on Zazzle are very good the quality of their products is a disaster. I paid 168 for 50 Save the Date Magnets. That's more than 3 dollars a piece. The quality is very disappointing. They are paper thin. Absolutely awful. I hate them. They are garbage. Don't do it. Good luck getting your money back from those folks. Don't waste your money like I did.

I placed an order and understood it was during unprecedented times. However it was a very sentimental gift for my son who was graduating college. They charged for shipping more than most and my item never arrived. I emailed them twice as well as UPS. And 10 after shipping haven't heard back. And still nothing arrived.
