I really like the material options and ability to customize. I thought price and quality were great. If I could give one recommendation it would be to all custom quantities. I only needed 13 but was forced to buy 25. My choice was 10 or 25. That didn't sit well with me.

I am so glad that this service exists! I wanted to make the most personal bridesmaid proposal cards to my closest friends and family. Zazzle made the experience extremely easy and at an amazing price! I almost shed a tear of joy when I opened the package! I can't wait to write a special note for each person!

Quick and easy to load a logo and design a custom label! I liked the options for templates. Also, I tried a few companies and had trouble putting the information on the space provided. Also, Zazzle pricing is realistic for a new and very budget conscious small business owner.

Had questions about the resolution on my photo and used the chat feature on the website. She was super helpful and I received it so quickly too! Just beautiful, thank you!

I had previously ordered from them and was very satisfied with the product; however, I tried to order from them again and while they had a legit reason not to make the product, they neglected to inform me they canceled my order which was a gift I needed by a certain time. Luckily, I looked online to see the update, but when I asked what happened to my order, they indicated I was lying by saying it must ended up in the spam folder which is BS because I specifically searched both the inbox and spam for any Zazzle emails. Just own up to your mess up, not blame your customer.

The selection of invitations was amazing. I was so happy to find what I was looking for. Everything was easy as far as putting in my information. The shipping was super quick! I received them 2 days before they said they would arrive.

Product was exactly what we asked for. Looks great. Going to look fabulous at our wedding. Packaging was much bigger than it needed to be. If that's the worst of our problems, it was a great success.

From start to finish the shower invitations I placed and ordered was an easy process. I was able to navigate the site and complete the order on my own. Was happy with Zazzle all around!

In the picture of my card online, it had pearls, metallic studs, and other decor which look, in the online pic, like the Hallmark Signature Cards -with little plastic accessories glued on. However, it's just a flat card w pictures of pearls, lace, trimming, etc. I knew the pearls and gold wouldnt be actual precious metals,... but I expected plastic replicas of pearls, lace, etc. I wouldn't have paid that much if I'd known it was just a flat card /picture s 3D/pop-up. They are beautiful flat Cards, but they should be cheaper -since you pay almost $10 for shipping, and have to wait a week for delivery. I could've done same-day pick-up personalized flat cards via Walgreens for cheaper price.

Great quality and cute napkins. Easy ordering and arrived very fast. Love the napkins and my family does too. They are to be used at a reception honoring the life of my mother.

While the badges I ordered looked nice online, they were much flimsier and smaller than I had expected. I ordered 3 and received a duplicate of one, and 3 of another when I only ordered one each of three different badges.

I love the way the magnet looks but I mistakenly thought it would have a magnet attached to allow it to be worn on clothing without poking a pin hole in it!

I had never ordered from your site, it was not only easy with all the examples, it was also done a head of the scheduled delivery date.
When planning something and so much on ones plate it was a relief to know your company made this part of the experience smooth and worry free.

They did an awesome job with my prints! I wanted to order rush delivery, but wasn't going to by crazy extra. There was no neede, delivery came days before estimated delivery date!

I used Zazzle to create bridal shower invites. Their customer experience is second to none. Easy to use, online customization, fast turn around and great quality. Will definitely use Zazzle again!

It was easy to change things around to see what the invite would look like. I did have a question about the type of paper that the sample showed, chat on line was very helpful with figuring out the correct paper to order.

The original when I enlarged the sign. The fonts and graphics did not enlarge proportionally with the new size. I assumed they would.

Pretty easy to order once we found the picture and prayer card to use. Delivery really brought up the cost to guarantee arrival in time. Quality was exceptional! Very pleased with my Mom's Memorial prayer card.💜🕊 Thank you!

I Ordered two different invitation styles to see the quality, it was easy to edit the information. Delivery was fast. We are still deciding which one we will use because both are beautiful, simple and elegant.

I wish that I was able to speak with someone in regards to my order. I did not like that. I had to create a whole new order just to modify the text additions.
