I have been experiencing great results with Zazzle as my new shop Art of Dog grows. Even when some products were not manufactured well, Zazzle has been consistent in making sure they correct the mistakes.

Poor quality, order t-shirt looks like 2 year old did print, can hardly see print, and then they put text over picture, don't deserve any stars, and I been told asking for a refund, forget by others, didn't arrive like was stated either

1 star is probably too much. Not only did it take a ridiculous amount of time for my product to arrive, like everyone else, I was unable to reach a customer service representative despite numerous attempts. This alone tells me the value that the company places on support and pleasing customers. Stay away, spend the extra money and go to Shutterfly! Even if you have to pay more your product will ship in a timely manner and if you have problems you can actually speak with someone for resolution. So disgusted!

My card game out nicely, the quality was a little better than I expected and kept most of the colors very true to their original color. Only one small area had some blur, but it was almost unnoticeable.

I had placed in order before checking reviews. Was concerned I would not get my order by Christmas, but it came even earlier than expected. Could not be more happy with Zazzle, highly recommend. There is no other website like Zazzle. Com. The styles and what you can are amazing. Totally recommend this site for invites and labels for any occasion. Orders are shipped ina reasoning amount of time - 7-10 days. All my orders look better in person than they did online.

I needed 102 invitations. You guys really should have an option for 110 or at least 125. Because 100 quantity to 150 is a large jump and a huge money difference. I ended up putting in two separate orders to save myself $60.

I wrote a review here this morning. When I returned from lunch, someone from Zazzle had already responded with an apology, but no resolution to our order issue with wedding programs. The order was supposed to have shipped on 8/1 and it's now 8/3. We're basically resigned to having our wedding without the wedding programs. For me, it seems ridiculous for Zazzle to spend more time apparently on social media and review responses, than on fulfilling orders and by making their customers happy. They say: We promise 100% satisfaction. If you don't absolutely love it, we'll take it back! We want you to love your creation. If you are not satisfied for any reason with the final product, you may return your purchase for a replacement or refund within 30 days of receipt.
It's almost like they're already anticipating they will fail, which ironically is one way to assure a lot less than 100% customer satisfaction..

This company is one huge scam and rip off. I ordered a framed poster last month and it was a piece of garbage reproduction. Horrible beyond words. I returned it over three weeks ago and have yet to hear anything from these crooks or to have my money refunded. Stay far away from these people... seems like a site that deals in crap and it's hard to get any customer satisfaction once they have your money!
UPDATE: okay, it was three weeks since returning the item when I wrote this review. I got an email from them saying "oh, we're sorry... blah, blah, blah..." Told me it would be 14-21 days to get my refund. That will make it almost 6 weeks! WORST online experience ever. I do a LOT of shopping online, even for simple household items, and I will never go back here. Read how many customer service complaints there are. That should tell you something.

I have nothing but good things to say about Zazzle. Their range of products and selection cannot be beat. Sometimes that makes choosing difficult, but it's always nice to have options. Worst customer service ever. Ordered multiple items over past 3 yrs. Most recent ALL came out poor printing and assembly quality. The art is great. Company- NOT. Ordered a matte print and delivered me a glossy. THREE times. They still can't get it right. Awful experience.

I wanted a clean, themed based, beautiful baby shower invitation that would be reasonably priced. Zazzle fit the bill with their 1/2 off promotional offer. Time was a factor and thankfully the invitations arrived in 10 days securely packaged. I will definitely use them again.
They were the only one I could find with an sea/ocean theme.

Product arrived later than expected. I was immediately bombarded with daily emails from Zazzle with `even better deals' than what I'd just bought (why would I want to see better prices while my order is pending)? They did not contact me at the end of the 30-day `Black' trial as indicated in their email and I missed stopping it by 1 day. As a result of feeling extorted for this fee I will absolutely not shop with them again.

Ordered a fifty cent ($0.50) three inch diameter birthday button on 3/22/2019. Chose 3-4 day delivery at a cost of twenty five dollars ($25),. My order arrived 3/28/2019, seven days after the order date. Needless to say the button was of no use for our party. I will never purchase another item from them. Terrible service.

I received my order today but it only contained envelopes. No invitations. I called and spoke with Jon who was very helpful and placed a reprint. He acknowledged that something went wrong and did not try to place the blame on me, the customer, as has happened in the past with errors made by other companies. So thank you. Hopefully the next printing will get to us. :)
