Ordered 1000 Business cards with 5-7 day delivery after manufacturing, took 9 days to print them!, and now 8 days later they're lost on the system. I am travelling to university tomorrow so now won't get my product until it's too late so going to have to reorder from another company £100+ down the drain.

Joe was extremely patient and worked with me until the design was right. I tend to get frustrated quickly if I can't figure things out. It is so much better to speak to a live person than video chat for me. I will definitely be back on your site more often.

Bad! What a rip-off. Trying to contact you through your "contact us" was impossible. I did not receive my entire order. I only received one mask. I'd appreciate it if you would fulfill the complete order.

I ordered all of "in stock" clothing on Dec 4. Was told they would be delivered by Dec 14. As of Dec 22, they still haven't shipped, customer service refuses to respond to my emails, and the telephone service center has 90 minute hold times. I will never, ever buy from them again. Stay away.

I placed an order on 12/19 and paid extra for Express Delivery so that it would arrive today which is 12/23/16. I just checked the status of my order and it is still being made! The delivery date is still showing as today but clearly that's going to be impossible. I called customer service and also sent an email but they seem to be closed for the holiday. Lucky them! They don't have to deal with all their disappointed customers. I could have ordered from so many places but instead made the mistake of ordering from Zazzle. The sad part is they haven't even sent me an email saying the shipment will be delayed. Very frustrated that my dad won't receive his gift this year.

You can only measure good service when something goes wrong.
My order arrived today in time for the event. Except what was in the carton was an order for a store in New York. I'm in Australia and no idea where my order is.
Next I find out the 100% satisfaction guarantee does not extend to expediting a replacement. Nothing that requires any actual effort of course.
So the remedies are a store credit. (but who would trust them again? Not I.) And the "apology"? A 20% discount offer, which is 5% less that the current and oft repeated sales offer. That Mr Bower an insult not an apology.
Here is the kicker. If I want a refund I have to pay the return shipping. Even though the product was wrong, and they admit that, their policy is that they only pay return shipping if the product is faulty or damaged. (but not if it the wrong product? Really?)
They are not to be trusted.
Tip for consumers:
Service is like a brick wall to contact. When you do the cherry service says they won't refund for sending the wrong product unless I pay return shipping. I pay for their error? I think not.

Ribbon. But they sent someone else's order.

They are still advertising a "China Sucks" t-shirt on their website, with pics and all. Very appropriate considering today's state of affairs. I ordered it and a few hours later, I get a E-Mail stating " Unfortunately, we are unable to process part of your order which contains designs that are in conflict with our content guidelines." Why would they advertise and take an order for something they don't want to sell? They were still going to ship the $10 worth of masks for the original $7.95 fee. I told them to forget it. Got the shirt elsewhere too!

However, if an order comes through with something that goes against our User Agreement, we maintain the right to cancel the order and remove the products from our market place.

I paid extra $20 for shipment to be to me on time. They took the funds but changed delivery date the day it was due to deliver to no date at all, just next day after completion. Now we do not have our items in time for graduation and out the $. Tried to call, they are not taking phone calls. Tried to email, they say will respond in 2 or 3 days. What kind of customer service is that? Will never recommend this company

I don't know what's changed at zazzle, but it's a bad change. I ordered my wedding invitations from zazzle 4 years ago. Excellent service, on time delivery, beautiful product. So of course, zazzle was my first choice for ordering custom products for a work event. Worst decision ever. I chose express shipping to get the items on time, and to allow a buffer for any issues. No delivery on the expected day or the next. I was then told the products would be delivered Saturday. Not true. Customer service is NOT available until Monday, and UPS can't help me.

Same as many other customers... Zazzle printed the phone case incorrectly, so when I emailed twice for an rma number I never received a response. I will be contacting the better business bureau and my bank for a reverse payment.
This company is using false advertising!

Zazzle is the most pathetic online catalog house I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with! I ordered a personalized wall clock that was so cheaply made it would not work. It took them a month to ship the defective clock. I called to get a refund and they say they issued the refund but it's been 2 weeks and no credit has been sent to my bank. This company sells poorly made products and are incompetent in service to customers. Never order from this company unless you want to be ripped off!

I ordered youth business cards that were shipped on 11/20/2015 and still have not received them- It is now 12/21/2015.
After sending my first enquiry several weeks ago I was told I would have to wait 30 days before they would look into it as I should have ordered from the Canadian site.
However, this was not made clear during my order.
I have sent 2 follow up emails requested my item since and no response yet.
The cards were intended to be a christmas present for my son.
Extremely disappointed in the service!

I ordered items that were expected by 12/19 and they still show making! These are for co-workers that I will not see again until after the holidays and makes me look really bad! I have used Zazzle before and never had an issue but it seems from the reviews that they are certainly having some issues this year. I am now on hold with customer service with an approx 45 minute wait! Don't put expected dates if you can not make them -
So I waited over 45 minutes for them to hang up on me! WTH
Back on hold again for another 40 minute wait!

I was able to find cards for people battling cancer. Finding an appropriate cancer card that is not pink colored helped when searching for my male friend. Some cards could be personalized too! I'm very satisfied with my purchase and will pass the word on to friends on the ease of shopping at Zazzle.

I couldn't believe how cheep the watches are. Within 2 days the screws fell out and parts began to fall off. The face has such cheep printing and over all by the time I got the 60$ watch with shipping duty and exchange rate was over 150$... shipping took so long it was considered lost and my money is supposed to be returned but still hasn't yet and I will still be out the 40+$ for duty on a cheep peace of crap novelty watch. Useless in the dark. No date. Just time. No light or even glowing hands... picture shows screw falling out..
