I have ordered repeatedly over two years with consistently terrific results. Customer support is patient, meticulous, and helpful when guiding a complicated order. My orders have included napkins, baby and youth clothing, and dog tags. All have been high quality--not a hint of cheap--and personalized perfectly with astute layout. I will always go to Zazzle because they have earned my loyalty.

I ordered customized stamps 10 days ago, with a processing time of 2-3 days. They are still in "processing" mode. Despite multiple emails asking for an update, I finally received a response stating "custom stamp processing takes 2-3 business days." Thanks, genius, except it's already been 10 days and it's still "processing". I've now been on hold for 20+ minutes to speak with someone, but assume after reading other reviews that I will have no luck. I plan to challenge the charge with AmEx - no way I am paying the high cost of custom stamps when they won't even arrive in time for the invitations that will need to be mailed before the stamps even finish processing.
Tip for consumers:
I've used Minted and Tiny Prints for other custom orders been unbelievably impressed by the speed and quality of the items. Don't waste your time with Zazzle - it will only cause headache.

I ordered 5 custom t-shirts on 12/1/15 that were to be processed and shipped in time for Christmas. As of today, my order status still says "processing" although my account was charged for the amount of my order on 12/2/15. I've been on hold trying to reach a customer service rep 3 times in the last 2 days for over 20 minutes each time. I've also sent 2 emails to the support email address with no response. I plan to pursue every available avenue to get a refund of my $117 and will not use this company again.

I love that you can take the templates and really make it your own! You can change colors, move designs, add pictures, and so much more! All of my product have came out exactly how they were designed online. And the price is so cheap compared to others! They are always deals going on.

I have never had a bad experience with Zazzle. Jon helped me today (5/22/18) and was great in making sure I get my items on time. If you have an issue with delivery or anything, they will help. They just need to be told what happened and given the chance to correct the problem.

I loved the look of these cards online, but now that I have them in person they look and feel cheap. The print is not all the way to the edge leaving a white edge on one side. The envelopes are terribly thin and can be read through. For the price I am not pleased with the quality.

They must be having very serious production problems. I ordered two stock t-shirts (their own designs from their website) on 12/3/2016, expected ETA, according to the order page, was 12/12-13.12/21/2016 and they haven't even come out of production. Zazzle customer service says they have no idea when they will be made or shipped, the production department isn't talking to them... LOL

First time using site! Ordered baby shower invites which are adorable! I realized after placing order there would be delay in receiving due to a holiday weekend. The support staff was able to help rectify my mistake and went out of their way to make sure a new order arrived in time at my doorstep! So appreciated customer service help! How does this company stay in business? I ordered two poster prints and they immediately charged my credit card. I have had absolutely no communication from the company - no email, no confirmation number, nothing. Tried calling, and after almost an hour on hold, I gave that up. Worst on line business experience ever. I cannot use an order ID to track because I never received any correspondence.

Twice I have contacted customer service regarding two issues I've had with their coupon code as well as their customer offers. Each time I have received a discourteous response. Their representatives did not seem keen on improving their services or taking responsibility for their mistakes. Because of this I will never buy a Zazzle product again. Had they been more courteous and helpful I would have already made another purchase within 30 days of my first.

I ordered a "will you marry me" plate from this company. Then called then to confirm the expedited 1 day shipping I chose. Their response was "oh it will take 7 business days. 6 for processing then 1 overnight shipping". I was like "what a joke, that's too long". They then said ok no problem just return it once it arrives if that's too late and we'll refund it. 2 months, still no refund. I swear these people are scammers. Don't buy from them. The worst.

I ordered business cards and paid considerably extra for express delivery quoted as 3-4 business days after printing. Received an email next day confirming printing completed and job sent out for delivery. That was over 20 days ago and despite email requests for clarification as to where my order is, I have had absolutely no response from Customer Service. As for the tracking number provided, UPS says order was never sent to them for delivery? Who needs the hassle and run around. It may have been just a small obviously unimportant little order to you Zazzle but it was important to me. So very disappointed.

My first order was unsatisfactory so Zazzle did try to make right by sending me a new key chain. The second key chain has arrived looking exactly like the first one :( The personalization is faint or faded out as though the ink printer is almost out! I am so disappointed as this was a little surprise gift for my sister. Needless to say I will not shop with Zazzle again nor will I recommend them to my friends or family :( P. S their shipping fees are OUTRAGEOUS~ $5.99 for an envelope that would cost a buck! :(

They make a lot of promises on their website, but the customer service is useless. I tried to return one item; in fact, they received it a month ago, and I am still having to hound them for a refund. The customer service messages are nonsensical, as if you're having two different conversations, or even snotty. I frequently use e-commerce, and this company is the only one I've reviewed, because it's that bad. You've been warned.

Invites came out exactly as expected and were delivered a day earlier than scheduled. The front and back of the invitation was also very easy to customize (wording, fonts, colors, etc.). Very happy with Zazzle!

The quality of Zazzle's business cards fell short of my expectations. I would encourage potential customers to be thorough with their order details. Despite a sale being promoted, I was offered an extra discount for subscribing to their text messages. However, when I finished my purchase, I noticed that this so-called 'extra discount' actually increased my total cost. This situation felt reminiscent of a bait-and-switch tactic, which could inadvertently lead to customers paying more than they initially estimated.
