Don't be in a hurry, when you order. This is my first order, so I did some things wrong. Take your time, and you will love the products. I'm into Fantasy, Fairies ect, so it was nice to find so many items to choose from.

Tried to get this custom bowl made two weeks ago and i get a email three days later saying i broke some copyright thing... so then i paid for extra shipping fees so it would be here on time and still no sight of it. I have called, wrote emails and no response. All it has said for the last two weeks is that my order is being processed and not even shipped yet!

Thanks zazzle my grandpa doesn't get his Christmas gift!

don't use this site its dumb as $#*!

I placed an order for a Christmas ornament and realized I made a mistake. I called zazzle right away to correct it, it has now been 4 days, 5 emails and at least 30 phone calls at least 30 minutes each mind you, with no response. I am not sure how they do business this way. You cannot ever get in touch with them. I will never order anything from them again. Wish I would have read the reviews before placing an order.

This is the third time I have used Zazzle - this time for a custom-designed T-shirt print. I cannot fault their service. The T-shirts are of great quality and very reasonable price. The web site is easy to use and their whole e-commerce system gives excellent feedback on order processing and shipping. Finally they are *prompt* (unlike some other e-commerce web sites!). International orders to Australia take a little over two weeks to arrive at the front door! Zazzle REALLY has its act together!

Vendor would not produce products for a birthday celebration. And said my own personal photos were in violation of copyright. Did not reach out and cancelled the order without confirming or asking. Just assumed the photos were someone else's.

Find someone who wants to do business with you instead of Zazzle. Poor judgement with no customer service.

The invitations I designed on line came exactly as they looked. I was surprised by the large font size on the words on the back side of the card, but that must have been my fault. Still they look nice and will be great for our purpose. So glad you had a "flapper" invitation we could use.

Ordered a bunch of shirts for my bowling team with our custom logo on it. Everything turned out great and shipping was fast. My only wish was I didn't have to do the design over again each time between mens and womens shirts and sizes.

Delivery and automated responses from Zazzle regarding my order was acceptable.
The cards and magnets were unfortunately substandard for the quality demonstrated on the site when building the cards.

I would strongly suggest that you seek samples first or it will be a costly lesson.

I have recently received the binders, and I just can`t believe how poor the quality is! They are so cheaply made that there is no way they can charge $25 for something that costs $1 at Walmart with a word happiness printed on it. Rip-off!

Don't order from zazzle. I ordered memorial cards for a family member's funeral and paid for expedited shipping. When I checked the order I saw a comment that it was delayed. It took multiple calls before I got someone to promise to expedite the order and have it shipped to me in time for the service. I was told they would email me as soon as they had updates but I never heard from them. A death in the family is stressful enough without adding failed orders, lies and bad customer service to the experience. Disgraceful.

Tip for consumers:
Poor customer service, unreliable. Will never use them again.

I ordered business cards using Zazzle, only to receive my order and realize I had made a mistake in my own design... but they were really nice and helpful and offered to credit back most of the original cost so I could reorder! Very cool Customer Service! Highly recommend!

Amazing customer service! Had a little hiccup with my order (my fault) and they made sure that all went smooth. Was treated kindly (senior moment-cant remember who I talked to) and with total patience! I could not be happier with the quality of these invites!

The site promises unique products produced by independent artists. I felt great ordering a custom-produced puzzle for our sister, believing it would be well worth the money... I guess we will never know... Zazzle took the money immediately for our purchase, but the product has never shipped. I am still waiting, two months later, while the status of the order continues to say the puzzle is still "making."
I have reached out three different times to inquire about the delay in production and estimated shipping date, and the responses I get are vague. I am waiting to get my money back. What a let-down and time-suck.

Wish I had looked here before ordering. I bought gifts well in advance of the supposed shipping times. I have received nothing and all correspondence has been ignored by them. So basically they took my money and gave me nothing.

Tip for consumers:
don't use them. They have basically taken my money and left me with a very disappointed person. I showed him a photo of the gift, he was excited, it never arrived and I have received no explanation or refund.

My son ordered an engraved leather phone case and did not read that it was not engraved, just printed. After weeks of asking him to contact zazzle for a return, I finally contacted Zazzle by email re: return. Honestly, we had passed the 30 day mark and didn't think they'd allow us to return the item. I had immediate emails this evening and the company is refunding my purchase and waiving me returning the item. They suggested donating the item which we are going to do and that saved me time mailing the product off. Great refund experience!

Received a well thought out present of custom printed playing cards. Majority of the cards arrived defective (red splotches from dodgy printing). Tried to go through customer support and never got an email back! 100% customer satisfaction is a joke!

Masks were shoddily sewn, ear strings were way too short and hurt my ears and the ears of all the folks I shared them with, material was polyester instead off CDC recommended cotton, and they took forever to arrive. Very poor customer service. Won't deal with this company again.

I have tried for 2 days to place an online order. Their server just stops when I try to get to the payment page. Then it erased my shopping cart so that I had to look up each individual greeting card that I wanted to purchase so that I could start the order over again. Did this 6 times and then tried to call them. The wait time was 22 minutes. Seriously? Don't think they really want our business. I'm going elsewhere.

I haven't had many problems with designing or ordering from Zazzle. I enjoy creating custom products and being able to send personalized gifts to my loved ones. If I have any issues customer service has been great with refunds and cancellation thus far. I do wish we could have a note for the post office to NOT just leave packages at door upon delivery. Some of my larger gift purchases have been just left at the door.

Zazzle always delivers very fast! I've always used this site for gifts and the recipients always love them. The ordering process can be a little confusing on the website, so double check your information to make sure it doesn't get sent somewhere else accidentally. Since they work so fast, by the time you realize it, it is a huge hassle to get it resent where you need it. That happened to me once, but the staff at Zazzle was great! They answered the phone with a real person almost immediately and helped me get my package ASAP.

The products themselves are not very sturdily made. Post it's don't stick and stickers are thin... I'm led to believe that other products are the same. They also have a weird policy.

I took an image of my partner's face and a still from a project and put it on a product as a gift. My order was cancelled without any questions towards me and the reason was because I used someone's image with his name. Kinda dumb if you ask me. ‍

I used another personalization site — personalization mall — and they have more products with better quality with no "copyright" issues.

I attempted to submit an order with fan created artwork which is protected under the fair use clause by the American copyright law that allows for the "production, display and distribution of derivative works if they fall under a fair use exemption, 17 U.S. C. § 107." Zazzle cancelled my order several days after I submitted it and simply replied to my email dispute with a form letter (ie: a canned, or pre-written, statement). That was a huge waste of my time and resources.
