I have been a Zazzle customer since '09 and have only had one "issue" with them (a custom printed t-shirt with poor silk-screen print quality, which they let me keep, and credited me every dime spent... no complaints there!), which they resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. Soon afterwards, I ordered another customer printed t for my boss, but kinda didn't order soon enough, and there a danger it would not arrive in time for a certain event. Called to see if anything could be done to expedite my order, and Joe from Cust Serv hit a home run for me: I got the shirt not only on time, but a day early, leaving enough time to get it wrapped. Fantastic job Joe! You should be running Cust Service!:-)

Ordered prayer cards for my grandmas funeral and paid for overnight shipping. Said online I would get the cards by 5/13-5/14 it is now 5/20 and nothing. Only way I got them to respond is by writing a bad review. Then their "customer service" department says there going to give me a faster shipping at no charge when I already paid for the fastest shipping. If you can't deliver or make simple prayer cards don't sell them! Don't depend on this company. You will be disappointed.

Well, at least I understand now why customer service line has such a long hold and why your reps do not give their names when they answer. I waited 25 minutes for a representative who was of no help at all. I won't be ordering from you again. I placed two separate orders and all but one of the shirts I ordered are too small... obviously not of any concern to you. Live and learn I guess. Wish I had seen your reviews before I ordered!

Maybe they do a better job at customized product. I bought a couple of cotton tote bags and am very disappointed at the quality in relation to the price. The quality of the material is equivalent to that you'd get buying a $0.99 bag with store advertising on it, and the print quality makes them appear as if they've been washed a dozen times, faded and washed out. At an average price of $9.20 apiece (and this is with 15% discount), I expected more. The bags will serve their purpose, and I don't have time to find another solution for my need, but I won't be returning to Zazzle. In addition, the shipping rates, while not outrageous, are pretty high. Not a good value for my money.

OK, so I had to retract my statement about Zazzle's poor customer service as my initial dealings were an issue. When the company saw my post they contacted me immediately and resolved the issue. Thank you Zazzle, I will certainly use your services again.

Baby shower invitations arrived quickly and were excellent quality. Just as expected. Customer service was prompt to respond when I realized I need not have ordered envelopes as white ones came with the invitations. They were kind enough to credit me for my mistake!

Arty? Creative? Need to express yourself? You can! With zazzle.com you may choose a product and put your personal design on it (using high pixel photographs) and buy them and/or sell them on the 'net! And zazzle.com offers a 100 per cent return if not satisfied! They ship anywhere in the World, as far as I know. I am a designer there and really have a great time as a work from home artist. Super Awesome!

I ordered 3 Book Store Postcards (https://www.zazzle.com.au/book_store_postcard**************699) My order never arrived. It was placed and "shipped" over a year ago, and still hasn't arrived! I've lost count of how many emails I have sent, only to never be responded to, or even had acknowledgement that they received the emails. They take your money and give you nothing in return. This site is disgusting and a total money grabber. Never using again, and I have been telling people never to use them!

Tip for consumers:
Don't! Honestly, don't use it. EVER. They will take your money, and when your order doesn't arrive, they will never respond to your queries! I have NEVER had this issue with any other online store. If you don't mind spending money on things you will never see, then go ahead and shop here. If you would rather use the money towards something you will actually receive, go elsewhere. Not worth the hassle.

Joe provided excellent customer service. Our package was sent out and delivered to our apartment complex (per tracking) however we never received it. Called Joe and he resolved issue in a very helpful manner.

I ordered 4 shirts more than 2 weeks ago, thinking that I would get them by the needed date. My order status has been "processing" for the whole two weeks. I contacted customer service and got a generic "I will be looking into it and be on top of your situation" email. No shirts, no service! They did say that I could return them, but I guess I would have to receive them first! Do not order from this company unless you have a very long time to wait for your product.

Extremely disappointing. I had a coffee mug made as a birthday gift for my wife from my 2 year old son and when I received it, it was covered in a black film. When I tried getting in touch with Zazzle, they never responded to any of my emails and I sat on hold for HOURS... literally. I understand mistakes happen, but not being able to contact them isn't right. I never got this issue resolved. I ended up paying for a manufacturers mistake and had to use a different company to get my wife's gift.
I would advise all to seek other options.

Oh man, it just doesn't get any better. I love designs! And here, on Zazzle, I have almost unlimited options! Over 7,000 postcards with coffee as the theme. And that's just one love language for the woman in my life! Only 36 more to go. So hundreds of thousands of options to keep the mail people in business. And all because of Zazzle. It's like a miracle. Thank you for existing! I didn't know my life was so incomplete before I found this site. It will never be the same!

You can find almost anything you want on Zazzle - someone has designed it or you can do it yourself. Some days, you can spend hours looking, there's so much stuff available. My wife and I have purchased some of our own designs and those of others on t-shirts, mugs, steins, and the quality is excellent. Customer service for a minor print issue was also satisfactory. You can't go wrong with Zazzle!

This company is a scam, I created a few designs here for myself and the website offers commission if someone else buys your design. After about three years I had built up about $50.00 in commissions, but when I asked for it they created one excuse after another for not paying it. Finally I just took down my designs and will look elsewhere for my shirt designs. Enter Zazzle at your own risk, shirts are thin and poorly made as well.

The advertising makes this site look better than it is. A very simple return address stamp advertised at 9.00 ended up being almost $30.00 at check out and that was with delivery 2-3 weeks out! I opted NOT to buy and found another place to shop, one that wants the customer to be satisfied and desire to come back!

I paid over $20 for overnight shipping on my wedding stamps. I waited for them because three different sales reps promised they'd arrive in time. A day went by. Waited over an hour to reach someone at zazzle. They promised they'd be here the next day. Tracking order said order still processing, not even being made. Another day went by. Placed two calls- waiting two total hours to get through. More false promises. It's been two weeks and no sign of my stamps, no explanations from Zazzle at all, just an occasional email asking if I'd like to cancel my order. The customer service reps said they would personally follow up with me but I never heard from any of them. Horrible, horrible business. Do Not get stamps through zazzle for your wedding. They add So Much Stress, just not worth it. Also the Zazzle logo on them is huge and the stamps are massive. I ended up going to the post office and they were helpful and helped to calm my nerves. Thank you post office, F you Zazzle.
