I have always found this site to be very user friendly. I ordered some printed cards which I was able to customize(unlike card aisle in supermarket). They were great! Also equally important is that they came very professionally packed so as not to get damaged, bent, or distorted.

I ordered three posters, paid quite a lot for them assuming the quality would be ok. But Zazzle clearly did not have the right resolution image to start off with as the quality was awful. They should not be advertising these products at the sizes they are. I have since written to customer services directly and also online and have now been ignored for 9 days. So my experience is pretty awful products combined with pretty awful customer service. Would never ever use again, and wish I'd paid attention to the other poor reviews before buying.

I was gleefully shopping through Zazzle adding things here and there to my cart. I got a promo code so I thought this was going to be a pretty inexpensive shopping experience- that is until check out when I saw they considered me either insane or stupid and tacked on a shipping charge that was about 1/2 the total of my cart! Oh but wait! I can give them $20 or $40 a year respectively for a "shipping subscription" to get free shipping (eye roll). Seeing as this has left a sour taste in my mouth, you won't be receiving this or any future orders from me Zazzle. I can shop just about anywhere online and get free shipping- what makes you think you're so special I'll give you $20 for STANDARD shipping?!? You clearly are the ones who are stupid.

I have an established business in making graphics and custom apparel, and when I submitted the design that I personally created, it was rejected due in large part of it looking like a bullet with a face on it. Not that similar designs are elsewhere, and freely distributed on cards, stamps, etc. But for some reason I cannot put my own design on my own business cards or stamps because it "kind of" looks like a Bullet Bill.

It's also enormously expensive, 30$ for shipping at the slowest rate of roughly two weeks, and charging you an extra 5$ for a wooden handle for a 40$ wood and rubber stamp. I know the bottom line for materials, and this is just funny. Also, buying in bulk is just too expensive, with what they wanted for just 200-ish custom business cards was roughly 100$

I tried with Customer Service and they are seemingly busy Monday morning with 15 minutes of wait worth of callers. I'd simply say that if you have a bad experience, 1 Star them and move on to another business.

Tip for consumers:
Pls try to ignore some of the 5 Stars on here, some look fake as heck.

Hey, Zazzle! Just thought I'd reach out and let you know how badly you screwed me by taking 5 weeks and counting to produce envelopes for me for my wedding invites! You originally told me 21 days and here we are, 5 weeks later. Still being made! Still no shipment information. They are in "production" and no one knows when the hell they will be done. Meanwhile, my guests should have already HAD their invites. Oh, yeah, the first time I ordered from you was months and months ago, for invites, which you also screwed up. Stupid me for giving a second chance! You guys are the absolute worst ever. I'll be posting this everywhere I have an opportunity so that everyone knows just how badly you suck, and telling everyone that I ever hear even mention your name! Oh, and no one has offered to help except to give me overnight shipping whenever they happen to be done... I already had 3 day, so THANKS. THAT REALLY HELPS.

For the past 15 or more years, I have been giving zazzle a 5 star review... My last set of cards were cut at a weird size 4 3/4 inch x 6 3/4 inch... Instead of 5 inch x 7 inch... I'm very disappointed and if it isn't corrected, I will use a different printer, in the future. Customer Service said they were sending new cards from a different maker... I got an email, but don't see anything on my order list... I am so disappointed as I have always loved zazzle and always raving about zazzle to my friends...

I ordered and paid for items on 2/9/17. I've yet to receive the items, even though they were promised to be delivered by 2/21/17. Numerous inquiries have gone unanswered. I will never recommend this company to anyone... worst ever.

I placed an order on 11/20/15 for a couple of guitar picks for my Son's Birthday party, which is 12/6/15. The tracking # states that on 11/30/15 a shipping label was created and electronic shipping info sent to USPS. I sent an email inquiring as to why I still have not received my package, and received no response. I called again today, and after 20 minutes of waiting, I gave up. I should have read the customer reviews before placing an order with this company. Looks like everyone else has experienced the same terrible service as I have. Customer service is very bad.

I ordered my wedding seating chart/table numbers from Zazzle recently. I realized immediately after placing the order that there was two errors. Well, the first one was a glitch with their website, at no fault of my own. I followed the appropriate steps and contacted support without 1 hour of placing the order to modify it. I never heard back. They were shipped and delivered with the mistakes on them. When i contacted them AGAIN, they gave me a 'credit' to order the new ones, i only needed 2 re-done but i had to select expedited shipping. The 'credit' was $4.85 - i ended up having to shell out another $23.00 on top of my original order. They did not offer any other compensation and refused to take any responsibility for what happen. I'll never order from them again. Horrible customer service.

It was just 2 weeks before my birthday and I ordered some personalized items but I didn't read the reviews until after my order was placed. I read so many bad reviews and I started praying. All I can say is zazzle came all the way through fast and efficient and the quality was on point I will definitely use them again! I ordered personalized wine bottle labels, handheld fans, paper plates and napkin bands.

Zazzle is the perfect solution when you need something that expresses your views or those of somebody you want to give a gift. They have a HUGE variety of mugs, T-shirts and other items ranging from serious to hilarious, and they even let you choose the color on shirts. Ideal for gifts, political rallies, whatever.

Finally I manage to find a website that has what I am looking for (I only shop online) and not only does the package not arrive on time (it should have arrived during the christmas holidays), but the customer service has not answered my three emails and the *******@zazzle.com address seems to be inactive. I have no way of getting to them, I seriously thought that such a website would be a little more professional. Disappointed is a small word, the gift was so important and I have no idea what's has happened to the parcel. Respect for customers and work ethic seriously are lacking here.

Tip for consumers:
Don't use it and if you do, expect to have your patience, temper and trust in shopping websites challenged.

I created 4 shirts for an upcoming family vacation. Once I received them, I washed them - cold water, inside out, tumble dry low, just as any shirt of quality should be able to be washed. The screen printed designs that were on 2 of the 4 shirts ended up cracking so badly, they looked like trash. I was so disappointed, to say the least. After contacting customer service and sending photos to prove it, they ended up refunding my money. At least they were willing to make it right for me, but I will never be wasting my money there again.

I have tried calling like 10 times but it wont let me through. Site has. com.au meaning Australia but obviously it isn't. I have sent SEVERAL emails for days and days - still no reply or even acknowledgment that email has been received. Started a pay pal dispute hoping they will realize that I need to speak to someone... and yet nothing. Trying to cancel my order and get a refund.

Zazzle's 100% satisfaction guarantee, is something they honestly stick to. They didn't try to give me the run around or try to find the loop hole, they just fixed my issue. Unfortunately I made a slight grammatical error on my custom ordered invitations, due to the stress and planning of my wedding. I now have on order my new corrected invitation and I can't wait to see it. They are nice thick cards and they look great. Thank you for helping make my big day a little less stressful and beautiful!

I ordered a Chicago flag skateboard for my brother's birthday. I paid for it and ordered on August 1st. The estimated days of delivery came and went and I never received a phone call, email, text, or hell a whistle of an update. When I called I was told they were really backed up. Then why not contact me and tell me this so I can plan ahead? I ended up cancelling the order today. The gentleman I talked to was helpful but it was too far gone. I would personally never use them for anything again.

Quinceanera invitations we're super easy to customize and to order. However there was a typo that we didn't catch on our end (not until they actually came to me see the typo) and I wish that it would go through one more review prior to printing them, or at least notify the customer to see if that's really what they wanted to print. Again I took full responsibility for not having cocked the typo a final review by the printers would have been helpful. My order came quickly and they are beautiful With high-quality paper and printing!

Received stickers that are a stock item they offer. They were badly cropped. No offer to replace; wanted me to make changes on their graphics so they could get it right. I repeat they are a stock item.
They'll give me credit on other stuff but I wanted these stickers. I guess I'll go to a local shop and get them to run them; an inconvenience as I live in a small town that is fairly remote. I will not do business with these people again and you should think twice before you do

Have purchased from this company previously but my 2017 experiences was not up to par. My fall order was lost in shipping and was resent.
My December 2017 order was not received due to a postal error. Its just very strange that 2 orders were not received from the same vendor within 6 months. The early December order was supposed to be resent using the most expedient carrier. I have not received it and asked for a tracking number last week, which customer service did not provide.
Have no idea what is going on with this company but I asked for a refund and will never order from them again. They are helpful online but cannot deliver!
Buyer beware if you want the item in a timely manner

It appears that zazzle likes to send tracking numbers for items purchased, but the item never gets picked up? Super upset as they have given me 2 tracking numbers, but yet they say neither were picked up by carrier. I call BS. Please don't bother writing back zazzle with the SAME nonsense you give to everyone else on this page, I don't want to hear it, and it's just going to make me more mad.
