These guys suck! Their site says if I order within 5 hours, I would have the item by a guaranteed date. In addition, I paid extra for expedited shipping 'just in case'.

A day before I was to receive them, I sat on hold for over an hour just to be safe, and as it turned out, they could not have my cards to me in time.

I ordered T-shirts a few weeks ahead of time for an event. I paid for express shipping to make sure they arrived in time just to be safe (gave me a few days buffer). I checked the status a few times and all looked ok until the day they were supposed to arrive. At this point, there was an updated status of "still making" the shirts. On the day they were to arrive! No communication up to this point and now I don't have T-Shirts for the event. Disappointing since I had a few other options. I would have expected that an express shipping request would have implied a sense of urgency. Should have gone with another company. I won't be ordering from Zazzle again.

Ordered a personalized birthday card allowing plenty of time for it to arrive - 4 weeks! Never arrived. Contacted Zazzle told to be patient that it would arrive! Had to panic buy a standard card locally instead or miss my nephews birthday! 6 weeks later still no card. Contacted again. Was refunded straight away but without explanation or apology about why my card was never dispatched to me! Will never use again and they keep sending me constant emails asking for a review but unable to give an honest one as order is marked as "RETURNED"!

Received one item out of 3. Sent emails with no response. On hold for over an hour to get refund. I tried 3 emails to company with no response from them even though promised on automated response would hear back 1-2 days. That being said no customer can wait so long on hold. Update, after over an hour, someone answered and they have no internet connection so can not help me. Claims will call me back when she gets a web browser back. Update: I received an email from Zazzle to offer a solution. I was pleasantly surprised with their rectifying the poor service. Although I still have one star, as I want to wait to see if everything occurs as promised. I was told that Zazzle did read this review.

I've been ordering from Zazzle for probably 5 years. I've created greeting cards, clocks, tshirts, ornaments, pillows, magnets and blankets. If you are customizing a project that you didn't create and you forget to change name, date or saying, before you checkout, they will show you in red that you haven't changed it. I don't think you will regret using them.

Tip for consumers:
They have a lot of discount days so design your project and put it in your cart, that way when you find a discount, order it for less. You can also save it for later so you can design as many as you want.

Wrapping paper flimsy and not heavy-weight as advertised. Doesn't even come on a roll but loose. Lacking clear descriptions so not as pictured either in pattern dimension or pattern color (I brought two). I was looking forward to giving a very specially wrapped wedding gift but will not even use the paper. I still have both personalized and striped ribbon coming. We'll see how that turns out. It's already clear the striped won't match the wrapping paper. Overall, a waste of money and time.

Tip for consumers:
Poor quality products. Flimsy wrapping paper with misleading pictures. What you get is not as pictured.

My contra dance designs are now available easily, on a multitude of products. The shirt and the mug I purchased came out wonderfully. It is easy to customize the products, and I'm finding that Zazzle really has their act together, in terms of being organized and efficient. I am quite impressed.

The carved rehearsal oak tree invitations for just what I was looking for! We live on a farm that has an oak tree that's 250 years old that was planted when my great-great-great-grandmother was born these fit perfect because they rehearsal dinner will be underneath it with lanterns and lights hanging

The company refuses to print anything that they subjectively deem inappropriate or offensive. Just like the tech overlords, their outrage and silencing of users/customers is selective. Had the product I was looking to be made from them, rejected and immediately found another competitor that had no issue with the content whatsoever.

My first experience with Zazzle has been really impressive. Placing my order was simple and safe. My package came in a very timely manner and was everything I had hoped it would be. Getting rave reviews from my friends and family on how these custom invitations turned out. Thanks for great product. I will be back for sure!

... though I don't do it very often because it's pricey. But the quality is always stellar. I guess you could say that I run hot and cold on Zazzle.

I've done a couple t-shirts, some buttons, a bunch of magnets, and a tie. Usually not without a good coupon, though.

I'm obsessed with the cards that I ordered to put in my bridesmaids proposal boxes. Only down side is that I ordered two different sizes for bridesmaids vs flower girl. That's completely my fault though, they both still came out beautifully and was fairly cheap for the quality. It also shipped to my house within a couple days!

This company is no more than a drop ship third party order taker. They have no control over anything except taking your order and money, After that occurs you may see your order in 3 to 4 weeks or maybe never. Find another outlet to order from! This is a family run business basically out of their house!

I had a problem with my order that took over an hour to resolve and Terri was so helpful, so patient, so nice. She didn't just go the extra mile; she went the extra 10 miles! You are so fortunate to have her on your team at Zazzle representing your company. She even called me back later in the day to confirm that my issue had been resolved. I wish I could do something more for her than write a positive review in order to express how grateful I am for her help. She really is the best!

STAY AWAY! Ordered invitations - site said manufactured today and shipped tomorrow so I ordered them. One week passed by - no shipping tracking number. Called customer service several times for ETA and no one could gives me a date. After waiting 18-22 minutes every time I call, I am still being told "as soon as the invitations are processed, we will ship it out." Trying to get an answer from a supervisor right now. If they can't tell me when I will actually get these, I will cancel the order because I needed to send them out last week. The event is on Thanksgiving - next week!

They took 2 weeks to produce invitations, very disappointing. They did upgrade my shipping to overnight which saves them from getting 1 star; however, it should not take 2 weeks to product 50 invitations. They just gave me non specific canned customer service answers to appease me. Little do they know I work in customer service and use the same lines. I called customer service and waited 20 minutes each time to talk to someone. I guess they had hoped I'd hang up after so long.

I've ordered a few items from Zazzle and I have always loved them. I never had a problem until one of my Groupon codes didn't work today. I contacted their chat team, and Jon helped me fix the problem right away. Thank you!

Tip for consumers:
Don't try to apply 2 different Groupon or Coupon codes on one order. You can't remove them and they'll use both even if they don't apply the coupon to the order.

This review is more of the business rather than the shopping. Zazzle said the order would take 5-12 business days to ship. I am now on day 13 and counting. And can't give the item I purchased as a gift. Their shipping takes longer than they promise. When I complained to their customer service, they admitted that it has been seen to take an additional 5 days... but they don't make that clear on their website.

I will never order from them again. Cafepress is MUCH more reliable and great quality too!

Kathy, I greatly appreciated your assistance in working through the issues I was having. The wait was long 39 minutes but when you answered my call, you "working blindly" figured out what I wanted to do and provided great instruction for me as a first time user of Zazzle. I appreciate your patience and clear instruction and effort to get me what I wanted on the single page card. Also your instructions to get this to process with the Groupon worked perfectly. We can't wait to see the finished product and hope to use these cards to thank our realtors who have booked rentals with us and to thank the people who have stayed with us. I like your job title as "Customer Service Hero" as that is how I was viewing you while we were getting the card "just right"
