I criticize zazzle on this review board... they reply... I write to them directly,
They obviously can't be bothered...
Why are they writing me a response on this board, for public relations?
My button only said "Mr. President, how do you sleep bombing/droning
Innocent Yemeni?""" what is "inappropriate" about that? What is "excessively violent" about that? I think their website with hearts on military jets is
Excessively violent, if you ask me. I wrote to the President of company... I will wait to see if he responds personally.

First, the products are really great - it's a shame because I will never order from Zazzle again. Ever. I had planned to order a lot of my wedding supplies/favors from them, but the customer service is non-existent. The fact that a "Customer Support Hero" responds to inquiries does not mean the support is adequate. They clearly don't even take the time to read a request sometimes. I don't want anything from the company, just wanted to make sure other potential customers are aware of what they're getting into.

* Zazzle attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

I just wrote a 3* (out of 5) review at Zazzle and this is what they responded: "We appreciate your feedback! Zazzle is currently working on improving your shopping experience with customer reviews. Your review may be displayed at a later date. Thank you for your patience!" - My review MAY be displayed? Excuse me! My review stated that the sizing was very small - they warned about this - so I sized up. It looks like a child size shirt for adult women, A size medium should certainly fit a woman who is under 90 pounds but I do have my doubts. The printing is also crooked. I also ordered the higher quality t-shirt with a v-neck since it was a gift and what was received was the lower quality shirt with a crew neck. It was meant for a present - not sure what to do.

Tip for consumers:
go to something more reputable or a stone & mortar shop where you can really see what you are getting

will see if the tee is okay with my friend - otherwisw it goes to rag pile

Never ever thought the cheating will go this far. The website is co.uk and there is no information clearly saying our products printing in USA. No wonder everytime an order takes a month to come here. Been ordering from this company for about 3 times but no, don't do it.! Unless you live in America your cards won't be arriving you at least 3 weeks. There is no information in the website and then also they advertise it as a uk website and uk business. Not cool! Never will use or recommend

Ordered two personalized cards. They look beautiful. Only one hiccup: I tried to order one card the larger size, but it auto corrected back to small size. I thought I had switched it back to large but it came in the mail as small. I'm guessing the art on the front would have been blurred and hence, the smaller size? Perhaps you can remove the "large" option and a note could pop up that states, "this card cannot be large due to quality issues". Just a thought. Otherwise, I will definitely use Zazzle again.

I have ordered everything from wedding reception invitations, coasters, napkins, banners and labels. Everything has come in very fast and very good quality. I recently ordered personalized luggage tags and I am very pleased with the quality. I recommend the Zazzle Black membership if you are going to order multiple orders so you can get free shipping.

My save the date invite came back with grainy printing quality. You would think in today's time and technology and especially a company is known for printing cards can do a decent job. I can get a better picture from any home printer or fedex location, but with Zazzle. Now i have these horrible quality invites and too embarrassed to send out to my guests. I will not order my wedding invite from them!

I ordered custom invitations and the customer service I received was beyond satisfactory. They assisted me with every detail and when the invitations arrived (in only a few days via regular shipping), they were far above my expectations! The quality of the invitations was superior, I could not believe how awesome they came out! Can't wait to send them as I am sure the recipients will be pleasantly surprised!

Ordered a custom glass mug for my wife with her name and a photo on it. What I received was a mug with someone else name, no photo and some totally irrelevant info on the glass. Clearly someone else's order.

Despite sending Zazzle a photo of what they sent me, not once but twice, they still wanted further info such the order number of the other person (as if I would know) before they were willing to recognise they stuffed up.

Despite multiple requests to get the item remade and sent in time for Mothers Day, they have still not done so!

Who knows in whose hands my actual product with personal photo ended up!

Don't use these guys!

Zazzle's website is very odd. If you wish to make changes to the items in your cart, you just can't edit a thing. You need to remove the entire order and start all over again. Note that even though PayPal seems to be available, the order won't go through. PayPal stated that all tries were shown as "attempts". Zazzle customer service had no idea what the problem was. Guess I'll need to order elsewhere.

My order supposedly shipped 12/1/14. Had not received it by 12/9/14, tried to track it with the tracking # they gave on line but the numbers were invalid. So contacted them via email (they call it opening a case). No reply. Opened another case 12/10/14. Nothing, not even an email that they got my case. Order arrived today. While I like the product I don't like their lack of customer service. I'm sure they don't need any more of my money.

Poor quality items received as gift. Not able to return or exchange per their return policy. Very rude and unhelpful when reached out to customer service. Now have close to $150 of stuff I can't use and am forced to throw away or donate to charity. Doesn't get any worse than this. Stay away!

I ordered a personalized pillow as a wedding shower gift. The order took longer to arrive than stated and it is another couple's gift. I now have no gift for the shower, since the gift could not be remade and shipped out in time. Very Disappointed! The customer service rep was nice enough, but not offered a discount or something to make up for big mistake. Will not order from site again. I gave rating of 2 stars because product is very cute.

Ordered face masks 4/28. Nothing yet. It's now 6/3. Almost impossible to get reasonable response with what they call customer service. More like customer non-service. Excuses but no solutions. I think they use real snails for delivery, if they are going to deliver it at all. Now I wonder if it was a scam.

Ordered on Zazzle.com for my first time because their website GUARANTEED delivery before Christmas. That was Dec 5. Started getting worried this week and tried their customer service number, which is not in service, or maybe just not reachable from Canada. Decided to check online reviews and clearly I'm not alone in my disappointment. I guess I'll be Christmas shopping tomorrow for something else. 1st and last order with zazzle

Ordered 2 t-shirts on Dec 9 ith an expected delivery date of Dec 16. Emailed customer service on Dec 19 since order status said it had not shipped yet. I still haven't heard from customer service EOD Dec 21. Even if they expedited delivery I doubt I will receive my presents in time for Christmas. So disappointed.

I love my new business cards from Zazzle. The only reason I removed a star is because I paid for expedited shipping and they were delivered a day later than I was told they would be. This caused a lot of anxiety as I needed them for an event. I know Zazzle can't control the shipping, but it's frustrating to pay more in shipping than the product, and then it still not get there on time.

First of all, I don't understand the $10 shipping charge to mail a sheet of paper. I ordered 2 sheets of stickers ($25 with a coupon!) with my business name and phone number. When I made them online they looked cute. In person, they are illegible. The print is so tiny and light you would need a magnifying glass to read it. Nope!

I ordered a stock T-shirt for Xmas in Mid November. Money was immediately taken off my credit card and I received an email that it had been shipped. It's now the day before Xmas and it has not arrived. I'm getting no answer from Zazzle and I cannot get anyone on the phone.
