Wanted to let everyone know that they will give you a "free trial year" for their Zazzle Black Membership. This an annual membership for free shipping. Once the trial is up they will not send you notification to cancel, but instead charge your credit card. This year they charged me (in additional to several of their customers) multiple charges for the annual fee. All of this is fine... except when I called to cancel my 2017-2018 membership I was told I was not allowed to. I had to pay the fee and continue the membership until 2/21/2018. Never had this done before by any other company so beware.
Tip for consumers:
Do not sign up for a free shipping membership unless you plan on ordering from them frequently throughout the year.

I contacted Zazzle because the bridal shower invitations that I had selected were not among the offerings shown on a Groupon. Kathy, the amazing agent, spent a great amount of time walking me through every step needed to create and order the perfect invitation, address labels and wait... she also waited while I called my daughter, the bride, to be sure of her registry plans. Kathy found a great discount code, better than what the site offered and she stayed on the line with me until everything was complete and perfect. She was also extra kind and supportive of my listening since I told her I am hard of hearing. I can't wait to see the invitations am am grateful for such quality service. Thank you, Zazzle.

I ordered 2012 Christmas cards in early November. They arrived and were printed crooked. I requested a return and replacement cards before Thanksgiving. The request was granted and I received an email that they were being reprinted and would mail out soon. It took two more requests and a phone call (with a 15 minute wait) to apparently actually get the cards printed. They are now in the mail and tracking to arrive on Christmas Eve even though I was assured by customer service they would arrive immediately by courier. Horrible experience and I will never deal with zazzle.com again.

I did receive my order. I do wish the rose gold writing was more dominate though. Its not bright like it shows in the Images online and it looked as though it would have some shimmer. A little disappointed. Also, I don't like that the word "details" is not centered on the back. I noticed it right away and so did 2 other people whom opinion I asked. I spent 200.00 so can't just order new ones.

I ordered a customized baby grow off your website the beginning of this month. It said it was delivered 10 days ago but it still hasn't come to my house. I have emailed zazzle about it, but nothing back from them. Will never order anything from them again!

Ordered labels Nov 28. It's been 3 and a half weeks and still not here. Site says it shipped 3 weeks ago. Called 10+ times and emailed about 4 or 5 times. No response. Horrible customer service. Just pay a few cents more and save yourself the headache.

Item came the wrong color and it took another week to get the second one from them and still wrong! How do you send two items wrong! No answer why it happened again, and couldn't guarantee it would be fixed or if I would get it on time for the shower. On a positive note, I did receive a full refund. I would never take a chance again with them unfortunately. Thank god for Etsy! Got my order with the right colors in 3 days!

Ordered a custom order on 29 apr, paid extra for tracking which never updated with any information on the location of my item, after 2 weeks i contacted customer support, apparently my item was "lost in transit" then i finally was able to get an answer on estimated delivery times, the estimated time would have put the item at nearly a month since initial order, 2 weeks past the birthday it was ordered for, i have since requested that the replacement order be ceased and a refund issued, still awaiting word on that. Would not recommend the service.
*update as of evening 18 may 18 zazzle has as per my request cancelled the replacement order, and i should see a refund... in 7-21 business days, as well i was offered i promo code for a discount... with an expiry date already past... Expires: 2/28/18* definitely do not recommend this business for anything.

I have ordered twice from them. He first time the order went along with no hitches and was perfect. Easy to work with, etc. On my most recent order, everything was wrong. I called and got different answers to my questions, they cancelled a complete order when 1 item out of 4 apparently had trademark issues (USPS, Xbox) and I had to write back (takes 24 hours!) to find out why, their prices changed when I went to get the reorder item and then they said since I ordered items that came from different warehouses, I had to pay two different shipping charges. Never heard of that before since it was their issue and it was all coming from the same company. I finally got disgusted and ordered from VISTA print-- the item actually cost me less!

I was finally able to get Zazzle customer service on the phone and wow their resolution was stellar. Refunded my $ and reordered my masks. So why only three stars the order was only 50% right. Lots of good reviews but doubt if I will use them again.

Placed an order for two masks on 5/5/2020. Site advised would not deliver until early June, given the circumstances I was fine with that time frame. The outside Date of the delivery window was 6/11/2020. Obviously come and gone. Have requested info from PayPal as Zazzle phones were not working for a week, and no response to my "customer service" email contact. Had to order from an Etsy vender and received within a week. Will not do business with this company again. (FYI - there was no provision on their website to leave a review for item I have been charged for.). As I write this I have been on hold for customer service for 40 minutes.

For my first time buying something like this, I am not disappointed. Sure I had my doubts but after seeing it, it is the real deal! Could definitely be better about telling me it's actually coming, but it made it just in time. 4/5 would recommended as gifts.
I choose Zazzle because after seeing reviews, it made the products seem good quality and legit.

I ordered Christmas cards for my work and happy with the quality. However, the shipping labels I ordered are those we can print ourselves. I looked in the package with no instructions, so I decided to call. The customer service rep was clueless and not willing to help at all. Told me, "That's why we suggest that Zazzle print them." Well Zazzle, I didn't have all the information and hence wanted to do it myself! Products are nice, customer service is thumbs down.

I spoke with Marta today about a size issue with an order I placed. She was very helpful and offered to send a replacement to me as soon as possible even though I was at fault for the issue. I really appreciate that there are companies this large whos customer service team is so friendly! I have been a zazzle customer for years, but this was the first time dealing with their customer service. I will definitely continue to shop here and will recommend the site to others. Zazzle said my order would be ready by a certain date and they were one day late, but they made up for it by upgrading the shipping to next day. There is a lot of negative comments on here, but I'm impressed with Zazzle's commitment to customer service and they made my custom shirts to my satisfaction. I needed these for an important meeting and they delivered on their promise to get my shirts to me ASAP! Great company and good business practices.

My title says it all. I placed my order on 4/25/2000. It is now June 10, and I have yet to receive anything. When I wrote to inquire about my order, I was sent a generic form response that said they were still working on it. I understand that times are weird, and products & mail are delayed. But this is inexcusable. I will never order from them again. Should've gone my usual route & used Etsy instead. Live and learn.

When an order was stolen from my porch they resubmitted the order with an upgraded postal service so that it will have to be signed for when it arrives next time. I could not have asked for better service.

I ordered a custom Apple Watch band which is a cool and meaningful gift. However when it arrived the colours appeared VERY faded. Not even close to what it looked like in pictures. Still, turned out to be a great gift that she loved. Just a bit disappointed in the quality

I ordered some quinceanera invitations on may 22 and it's June 17 and they haven't came. It says the order was lost. I don't understand how that happens but the event is almost coming up and I still haven't gotten my invitations. Very disappointed and definitely will not be ordering again

I had not ordered from Zazzle before, but liked one of their designs and found myself personalizing it for my granddaughter's birthday. After ordering, I checked reviews. I was worried because of negative postings. So I ordered another set of invites from a well-known company. Not only did I receive the Zazzle order on time with excellent communication from them, but when we received the "other guy's" invitation, my granddaughter said she liked the Zazzle invite the best! So the Zazzle product was, by far, the best! I will order again.

Buyer Beware, Zazzle will sign you up for a monthly fee without telling you during your first check out and continuously charge you every month. They will then deny that they are ripping you off and refuse to help over the phone. Shop here if you like to be ripped off and have fraudulent acts committed against you. Terrible customer service and terrible business practices.

I recently ordered Rehearsal Dinner invitation cards. They arrived in 4 business days (not bad!) and looked very nice. But I was surprised to find that there was 1 envelope missing! Just 1 envelope! Nonetheless, I had to go out to buy the right size envelopes. I hope they would count cards & envelopes more carefully. Other than that, I would've been a happy customer.

I had trouble completing an order due to a strange vortex that keep me locked in a cycle of review cart and proceed to payment. I could not complete the order and had called and had numerous emails with other zazzle customer service reps to no avail. My event is in 4 business days and I needed a large quantity of my saved products. I was panicked. Thank God Carey answered today when I called because he was able to handle everything over the phone and expedite my shipping. Carey truly made my day. I love my zazzle merchandise. I also get compliments on my business cards and brand products and did not want to have to get my convention supplies elsewhere, thanks to Carey I didn't have to. I know I will stand out in the crowd with my zazzle products.
