Absolutely terrible, this company is a scam.
There is no way to actually obtain a refund for a product, because they do not respond to emails and the contact numbers on their website are fake.
The quality of goods is very bad too so you are likely to want to return them!

I want a refund. I was hesitant to buy from this site being that I didn't see any reviews that were a red flag NOT to, so I took my chances. What's fishy to me is that there is absolutely no information on how to contact Zazzle or get a refund if you didn't get your package at all. The USPS site says it was delivered to my mailbox yesterday but it's now Tuesday and nowhere to be found. I'm really disappointed.

Honestly, this company exceeded my expectations. I purchased almost everything from them except the balloons OMG the paper plates, cups, napkins, banner, clothing, games, etc... was out of this world gorgeous! I customized everything and it was perfect. The banner expected deliver date to arrive was after the event... days after the event... Guess what?!? I received that banner 3 days before the party! Thank you Zazzle you rock! Will always recommend... ;)

Zazzle has totally went downhill. They are all about the money, not quality anymore. So many sellers left because of the crappy commission and customer complaints. They are beyond greedy, customer service sucks and they don't give a rat's $#*! about the designers who keep them working! I also left, as there are so many more options for my designs on quality items. All at a better price for both consumer and designer.

We ordered the Postcard Photo Cards for Christmas. Very cute idea, but they were cheap looking. The photos came out dark and the card stock was thick but I guess we should have ordered the glossy finish because it looked like a coaster from a bar. Since I paid almost $100 for the cards, I was thinking they'd be adorable, but instead, with no envelopes, I was embarrassed. Sent them anyway because they were so expensive. I have had WAY better cards from other companies.

Okay so I was very excited to try them out. I ordered three separate things, stickers, some thank you cards blank in the inside and then some invitations to my son's party. It took about 2 weeks to get the items. I figured oh well I'm glad I ordered them ahead of time I opened and everything except for my son's invitations were okay. My son's invitations head noticeable damage to the black it looks like their printer was low on ink or they put it in an envelope that caused friction to wear and tear on the invitation. I sent them pictures that had noticeable damage they said I needed return the product for a refund or so they could send me out a new invitations. HELLO my son's birthday is in a week and if I send them back ill have none! And will most likely take you another 2 weeks give me the corrected invitations so. No thank you and no I will never use them again for invitations cards or anything.

I ordered 3 face masks on 4/23. It's been 2 months now and I still haven't received them. I emailed customer service a couple weeks ago and received a generic response that they can't give me an updated estimated delivery date and will send an email when they ship. I have since ordered masks from Etsy and they arrived within a week. This is unacceptable. I will never order anything from Zazzle again.

This company chooses to impose its own morality and censorship on customer orders and won't print items they don't like, even if those items are solely for the personal use of the person ordering. As a result they wasted my time and delayed an anniversary gift for my wife. I won't a company like this again when there are plenty of other custom printers online who don't feel the need to judge their customers' orders.

So, how many coffee cups does a teacher receive as gifts? A lot, I know! I am a teacher! But, as usual, I was scrambling at the last minute to find gifts for my four elementary age children to give to their own teachers when I found the "perfect" mug on Zazzle! Zazzle allows me to create those one of a kind items. Packing is very strong and items are well protected. Communication is terrific and I knew exactly when the product shipped and would arrive and was also notified of the arrival. I've ordered several times and will do so again.

I have been waiting for my wedding programs for almost a MONTH! I also ordered my wedding invitations from Zazzle as well as a few other products. I was pleased with them and the customer service but surprised at the lack of communication on my most recent order. I waited for 30 minutes for a Customer Service Rep to tell me that they recently moved warehouses. Why don't you just post the on your website and let people know you are working with a delay so you don't accept more orders and make customers even more mad? I have read through the threads and as a fellow bride this last minute stress is the WORST!

I have been trying to contact Zazzle about my order however I keep getting replies that the email has been rejected.
I ordered demo cards for my baby shower lucky i did not order the the bulk of it without trying them out first.
I have had no reply, my tracking number says shipped however with nothing else or not knowing where it is shipped too.
If i do not hear from them or get my item I will have to take further action! Very poor service

Do not order anything from this company... I ordered an item 2 1/2 months ahead of my grand daughter's birthday. They charged account leading me to believe that the item had been shipped. It was not until I inquired where my order was that they informed me that the order was cancelled and they would give me a credit... my grand daughter not only has to endure a virtual birthday party, she will not receive the gifts I had ordered for her. Do not trust or order from this company. They are incompetent and do not deserve any business.

I was very pleased with the ease of online creation and the outcome of the mug I made as a gift for a friend. The pricing on the mug itself seemed quite reasonable and comparable to many other online resources. But really, Zazzle, $10.95 for standard shipping a mug approximately 25 miles to my house? And, if I wanted it shipped express to arrive in 3 or 4 days, the cost would have been $25 something! I work for an online gift shop and I know what the real range of shipping prices are for items of that size and weight. I would order from you more often if your shipping costs were more realistic.
I have friends who have ordered items from Zazzle and they usually turn out great.

Quick and easy to use! Love that could customize every bit. I would recommend ordering a sample first. While my save the dates came out wonderful, they may have looked better had I made the photo a bit larger. I could not tell that until I saw it in person.

I ordered announcements from this company and the only thing I have received is the run around. The tracking information they supply keeps pushing out the date of delivery and when you ask where your package is - They send a form letter saying check the tracking info.

I have ordered from them many times for both work and personal use and LOVE them. The one time we had an issue with an order, they made it better as soon as I called! You can order something from one of their designers with your own edits, or create something completely from scratch which is great for branding! I have turned several friends on to them as well, and they have all been very happy with their experiences.

I ordered holiday cards from zazzle, paid $18.99 for two day shipping, got a package two days later except my cards were not included! All it included was the envelopes that would have gone with my cards! I called the customer service number and she told me it would be another two days to ship and one business day to deliver, so with the weekend coming up I'm looking at another five days -- I find this unacceptable!
