So I'll start by saying I'm not a review person. But this place you need to beware. I paid and never received anything from Zazzle but a hard time. I had to call and invite my guests to my wedding. This site is garbage. At this very moment as I write this my invitation are in Missouri,and been there for over 9 days. They completely ruined the wedding from the start and they are accepting zero responsibility.

Terrible service. I ordered a t-shirt with a pumpkin on it over two weeks ago and it still hasn't come. I don't need it now as Halloween has been and gone. It says on their website 3-5 days for delivery. When you look at the small print it says 3-5 days after manufacture and manufacture can take up to 12 days. Waste of time. Stay away!

I ordered my wedding programs on July 31 and still have not received them. I have spoken with customer service multiple times and at first was assured that I would get them in plenty of time. Since then, I have now been told that it is unknown when they programs will ship so I have no idea if I will get them in time for my out of town wedding on September 2. This is completely unacceptable. I places two other orders two weeks ago and those have already arrived, while the order I placed for programs in July still has not shipped. This has been the most frustrating experience with no transparency. All I have been told is that there is a "production delay." I am never ordering from this website again. It is unreliable and is causing undue stress for my wedding day.

I thought the 'glitter' was going to be actual bits of sparkly, chunky, rough glitter, but it's actually a printed image of glitter. The card stock could be a little heavier. The cardboard mailing envelope was jammed in my small mailbox by USPS slightly bending them. A little on the pricey side. Other than that, the printing quality, service and ease of web site was great.

Do not order puzzles from here! The printing quality of the puzzle is ok, but the whole execution is off! The pieces do not fit together correctly and are loose. The puzzle I received had many missing pieces. This makes it impossible to execute. Even though I was apprehensive, I ordered from zazzle because of their 100% satisfaction guarantee. I wish I stayed away because their return process (even with a defected product) is difficult and not worth it. I believe that the reviews that they have on their actual site with the products are completely biased so stay away.

I had a personalized service dog tag made up by Zazzle. Their software has issues with inputting information (name, phone, etc). It often jumps around and you must be very careful as the information you type gets jumbled. I thought it was all correct and hit send. I then opened up the photo on the confirmation notice and noticed that the phone number was wrong. I immediately contacted Zazzle (within 5 minutes) and let them know the right number and to correct the problem. Should be no issue right? Nope - one day later they send a preachy email to me saying that the correction was too late for them to fix. It was 5 minutes! What horrible customer service. I will never use Zazzle again and hope nobody else does either. This was a simple request for a handicapped person's service animal and this company needs to fix it. It was their software that caused the problem and their customer service is grossly inadequate.

I ordered a product that I was lead to think would be delivered yesterday. When it didn't arrive I tried to find a customer service number. There doesn't seem to be one. I have started getting bombarded with ads but no service. Not a good way to start. Now I see the order says "ships 5 - 7 days after manufactured". There was no indication this was a made to order item. If a customer service rep monitors this I will trade you service help for a better review. When can I realistically expect my product?

They had a coupon code for 50% off and it does not take 50% off. The invitations I was buying were $1.17 and they ended up in my cart for. 97 cents. Anyone who can do simple math knows that is not right. I didn't mind paying. 97 cents but I didn't order because no way am I supporting false advertisement.

I ordered a custom throw pillow. They sent me an email saying the order had shipped. I checked the status every day it never changed. It said shipping label created awaiting item for shipment. Five days later i emailed zazzle. They tell me it got lost in the mailing process. But usps website shows they never received it. So they tell me they will send another one it will take five days. Or a refund. I choose the refund. I will probably never order from zazzle again. First impression is a lasting one. Cant do business with a company who doesn't care about the customer.

The only thing painful about this experience was ALL of the wonderful options! So hard to narrow down what design you want because there are so many nice ones! After we selected what we wanted, ordering and delivery was a piece of cake!

I received my order. I just don't understand how all 5 ornaments are different. If they were not personalized, I would return them. So much for 100% satisfaction. 3 of them have crooked pictures on the back. 2 of them have one of the paw prints smeared and 3 of them you cannot read the dogs name because you punched the hole in the middle of the name instead of on top of the bone. Why can't all 5 be made properly and the same. My first time using your company and my last. These were expensive ornaments and not worth the cost unless they are done right. Teresa

Update: Received email stating cards were delivered on 3/28/21. I have no cards. Nothing delivered yesterday. Called Zazzle Customer Support, spoke with Gail, whom advised cards are to be delivered today between 9:15 and 1:15. She also put in a replacement request, just in case they aren't delivered. I checked outside again, and the cards were on the porch at the front door. Sent Gail an email, advising, I have the cards. All is well, I received great customer service. I would recommend purchasing from Zazzle.

The problem was the cost of their shipping. They rope you in with a shipping membership, and they renew it automatically every year.
I never used Zazzle again. Their emails fell into the junk folder. A year after the one time I purchased from them I saw a charge for $9.99.It was Zazzle, I completely forgot about this company. I contact them, ask for them to cancel membership and refund my money. No can do. They emailed a copy of their policy etc. Seriously? Who reads policies? I was rushing through an order and was annoyed about their shipping charges. What a fool I was. Seriously. Watch out. There are enough companies out there that ship for free and dont trick you into a yearly shipping fee.

Estimated delivery after paying $13.99 for expedited shipping for order placed 12/14, was 12/24 however the item was delivered after Christmas :( The item was decent quality but if expedited is paid for, and not received timely, it would be nice to credit that out.

I would never recommend this site to anyone who cares about customer service. Used for my cousins bridal shower had problem with computer making order, so I had to be on hold for 20 minutes for him to tell me try another computer (no issues in the past with wedding paper divas on the same computer). Then when I was trying to get a return on my order the rep placed me on hold twice without notice and then hung up on me. I would not waste my time with this company, especially when wedding paper divas has lower hold times, employees that check over orders, and respect customers. I will never use again and ward all my friends away from purchases with this company.

NO SENSE OF URGENCY... hiring nice people to handle complaints doesn't get the products delivered... I placed an order on July 30, paid for upgrading shipping, which showed I would receive the order by August 9. That means it would have to ship by August 8... well, called on August 8... still in production, with no expected completion date... and customer service cannot even call production?
