Placed the order and the address got messed up. They never told me it failed to deliver and there was no communication until some spam requesting a satisfaction survey. I filled out their contact form and still no email communication. No way to call them. I suspect it will get handled but it will probably take more time.

I find it difficult to find places that sell things related to the breed of my dog(Greater Swiss Mountain Dog). Zazzle.com has all sorts of products, ie. Shirts, stickers. I ordered a shirt and it looks exactly as the picture on the website, sizing was right on as well. I will def be ordering from the site again

I purchased a case for my samsung galaxy phone. I absolutely love the fact that you can personalize anything that you buy from them. I also purchased personalized recipe binders for my sister which she loved. Some items may be pricey but the quality is worth it. They also often offer discounts online. I would definitely recommend it.

Garbage company. Ordered a mother's day day gift on 4-19-20. Suppose to be delivered by 5-14-20 to 5-26-20 (yes a little past Mother's Day but still worth it). Contacted them after Memorial Day because it was still not shipped. They then updated it to no delivery time frame and now on 6-3-20 they cancelled my order due to supply chain issues. Complete BS

Our Christmas cards were late. Arrived six day later and they are someone else's cards. Photos of children and also has their address. This is not only disappointing for us having not received our cards, but also a serious safety issue. We ordered our cards from here in the past, but never again. Of course no one has gotten back to us via email to fix the error. We were on the phone for a long time and were disconnected. Very disappointing.

The order that I received was missing one item and the other item was of VERY poor quality (a travel mug) considering it's list price of nearly $30. I've sent 2 emails in the last two weeks to resolve my missing item and only got automated responses. Their phone-based customer service is only a 3 hour window. I was on hold for 46 minutes and then got an automated message that said the MAILBOX I was trying to reach was full. I cannot believe how awe full this site is. DO NOT use this service.

Could not suck enough. Ordered 12 poster, received two, billed for 12. No response to emails, permanent hold crappy distorted Christmas music, no response to multiple emails, it ain't Amazon baby! I am a fool, don't be one too.

Loved using this site for Christmas! I was able to get everyone I know personalized gifts that they loved, all from the same place! And for my hard to shop for family, I was able to create something entirely new just for them. Shipping was a little slow (cut it VERY close to Christmas!), but that's probably my own fault for waiting so long! Still love the site, will just order sooner next time!

Tried to order items and was unable to complete purchase... said my e mail was already in use... never ordered anything. Requested three times to reset my pass word so I could order and never got a response. When I was having problems ordering I went to the review site. Glad I did... went back in and deleted the items I wanted. Don't think I want to deal with these people. Customer Service is very important and looks like there isn't any from this website.

I paid almost $80, including express shipping, for forty 7" plates and the poor quality is really surprising. The quality of the paper is something you would find at a dollar store...I am so sad as this is for a church ladies tea party. I may not even use them because of the quality. The inscription is very nice, but other than that, I will not purchase from here again. I love the design, very pretty, but cheap, cheap quality.

I ordered something from zazzle.com to Canada. I paid for it, including shipping. Then, a few days later, I got a tracking number from UPS. They expected me to pay 23.30 in import charges. I then waited to see what would happen, and my package got returned to sender.

The bridal shower invitations are beautiful. I wish there were options for return and guest addressing, but I did not see that when ordering. Overall I am very happy with the scalloped edge look and colors on my invitations.
Zazzle had several bridal shower invitations with coral flowers for me to choose from. They were all beautiful choices and had my favorite colors.

Navigating the set up can be a challenge! It took a bit of back and forth to get the invitation set up correctly. The font number sizes do not correspond with what we are used to on a computer. I actually called to speak with a live person and get answers regarding the design. The invitations came quicker than the original date. The quality was excellent making this a site I would use again.
Very helpful and knowledgeable! They were able to provide me with the exact information I needed.
Reviews in general were good. Prices were similar to others but MOST OF ALL, you did not have to order a minimum! Nobody wants to spend money for 25 invitations if you only need 15!

Awful awful awful. I ordered about 45 baby shower invitations on Jan 5, paid an extra $24 dollars for "2-3 day shipping" and did not receive my invitations until two WEEKS later. Called to check on the whereabouts of them about a week after ordering, got refunded $10 of The total $24 and basically an explanation of "sorry there's nothing we can do"... When the invites were finally in my possesion the quality was low (distorted color on at least half of the invites) and was just an overall HUGE disappointment and waste of money. Will never use Zazzle for anything in the future.

I will NEVER order anything else from this company ever again! I ordered face masks with my business logo on them to be used on a local news station for an event that I am promoting. I log into my account to see that it says no orders have been placed. That's not right. Because I have been charged $50.44 for these masks that I paid for with express shipping so that they will be here for the local news segment. I call customer service and was told that there were no orders placed from my account and that I would have to call my financial institution to get a refund. That's not even the question that I asked. The customer service rep never said I'm sorry that this happened to you nor did he offer to help me in sending the product that I already paid for. This is a scam and they are taking money from folks and getting their orders "lost" or saying that the order was never placed. Will NEVER purchase from here again and I would advise you all not to as well.

I placed an order on 12/16 that was supposed to be delivered between 12/16 and 12/20! You can't get anyone on the phone there EVER and it's Christmas Eve and still nothing. Of course they are now on "vacation" so you can't even get an answer by email. I will NEVER order from this company again. I am so embarrassed that I won't have a gift for my son-in-law tomorrow. Guess I'm headed out to get a gift card.

This company is amazing! I got the most Gorgeous Wedding invitations. The artistry is breathtaking. I unfortunately did a major mess up at the beginning of making my invitations I forgot to put the time. Not only did they comfort me knowing that I could get a brand new box FOR FREE even though it was my mess up, but they sent them promptly and charged me nothing for the second box of my wedding invitations. The quality is astounding and this company is too, if you're going to do any sort of invitations I suggest you go with them. Zazzle rocks!

Brought a iPhone case which meant to be really good and over paid for it... the case come with a cheap sticker on the back it should of been stainless and the case is a cheap plastic bit of crap that I can buy from a Chinese shop for £5 but for some reason zazzle seems to think it's worth over £120 what a joke... The screen also does not let me push the buttons properly like it says it does... I also can not hear properly and nor can others the case blocks all the speakers... I will never buy from this company again stay away the good reviews must be scams because this is the cheapest crap I've paid the most for... companies like this should just say it's cheap crap or close down
