Zazzle ornaments are great if you want to personalize. The only thing that could have made it better is if the back side of the cross country ornament could have been made a solid color as I had no picture of put on it. Have used Zazzle before and most likely will do so again.

Zazzle provided me an inexpensive and easy way to provide all my customized stationary needs for my wedding! The products are better than what I could have produced on my own at home and at reasonable prices. I love zazzle and will be using them again!

I ordered personalized masks over a month ago and paid extra for expedited shipping. Masks have still not arrived and their support can't give me an arrival date. They said I would receive them May 15 at latest. It's now May 21 and still not here

The mat was wrinkled. Given that your business is matting and framing prints you should be able to get that right. Poor quality control. Otherwise I am satisfied with my purchase. I am not returning the item to be fixed because it is too much bother.

I ordered bridal shower invitations over the summer and after 2 weeks of waiting and constantly contacting the customer service I was told at the end I can cancel my order! At this point I had no time to order new ones with a different company so I had to run to CVS and print out some plain invitation. Then I decided to give it a second try and created Christmas cards. After 7 days i contacted customer service and was told my order is lost and they can prepare a new one but will arrive on Dec 21st. Why would I want to mail Christmas cards after Christmas?!?! Thank you Zazzle for ruining 2 events for me! Never Again!

I ordered business card from them but they were very expensive for the quantity we received verses other competitors where the designs are not that impressive. When we received a 50% on a Friday, we eagerly were trying our best to get the cards done but there were site errors. I contacted them about our troubles and they did not resolve the situation. I stopped using them from then on. If Customer service had a follow through then I would have stayed a happy customer.

Product high quality, lots of design options. Only thing Is that the mailing envelope was bent so were some of the stamps when I received them, need a heavier mailer envelope or better cardboard for mailing. I wasnt pleased about that part. Everything else was great.

I ordered custom fabric for a wedding kilt. 6 yards was ordered one yard was sent. This is for two pieces. When I called, I was told they could just send me five more yards. I wanted continuous fabric, so nothing would have to be pieced together. I guess their screwup turns into my problem.

I placed an order the 1st week of July and I got an email today 10/29 saying it shipped. I messaged them via email back in August and waited for a response and 2 days later I got a generic email stating that production was backed up/some BS. So, I stated that I wanted my money back since the item didn't go out at the time stated during purchase." Crickets" after that email. This was my 1st time using this company so I paid through PayPal and they gave me my money back. It will be interesting to see if the item shows up. But seriously, 4 months for one item (a hat!) to show up is absolutely ridiculous! Terrible company. I will never order a thing from them again.

The prices are good, shipping was pretty quick and I liked the quality of the shirts I got. Ordered a few things in different shipments but one of the items was not received. They handled the situation to a point that exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend doing business with them.

I purchased personalized invitations for my future daughter-in-law's bridal shower and made an error on the event date. I approved the proof--totally my fault! Zazzle credited my account for 50% of the cost upon re-order. So very generous! Their resolution was efficient and problem-free. I will recommend them to everyone I know.

I ordered a mat that in its photo looked black and white. Upon receipt it had some digital multi color unseen in the image. When I asked for a replacement or return they stated they didn't want they door mat back and only offered a 15% coupon.

This place is a joke!

Super simple. Easy order. Just like everything from before when I order from Zazzle. I would change the text size into a larger text than it appears on the digital screen because it will come out smaller than you expect when printing a small item… But that was my fault, not Zazzle's.

I really enjoyed the print out for the sign for my daughter first birthday. It came exactly when expected and it looked great I also liked the fact that they emailed me that there would be a white line at the bottom which I was totally fine with I appreciated their concern

Thelma was very patient and went above and beyond in assisting me with the technicalities of my daughter's graduation invitation. I could not move forward with my order because the promo code was not being rejected. She stayed on the phone and talked and worked through the system until she found the solution... I used the wrong template and she transferred all of the information into the right template which was still quite a process for her. Best customer service ever!

I placed an order over 1 month ago for face masks and have still not received them. For the pricey bill that I paid i would expect to receive them asap but it has been over 1 month now and still no update on my shipment tracking! Waste of money and time. I will never again order from this website.

I loved the product, but getting through by phone takes a long time. They have great policies, quality items, and are very helpful. Shipping time took longer than normal, I thought. When you have a problem, they will give a refund or send you another if lost in shipping.

Tip for consumers:
Personalize your products and play around with the font. It's great! Give it seven to ten days to get to you by mail. If you have a problem, call and they will resolve it quickly.

Long time to deliver a simple poster. Same day bought also a made to measure frame from other website and it promptly arrived. Frame now lying on the floor whilst waiting for the poster to arrive. Last time I buy from them. Also delivery costs quite high for such a small item. This is why I feel even more crossed.

Very disappointed with this company. Wait times are always high. I have been on hold for 38 mins now when initially I was advised the wait time was 12 mins. They messed up my order a second time and I have no one to speak to resolve this issue. They won't respond to their emails either.

Don't waste your time!

Zazzle has a very easy and intuitive interface for putting art and photography on a wide variety of products. There's a great selection of fonts as well for text. I really like being able to see a realistic rendering of the finished product - that helps me design beautiful products. I've had success selling products with my designs as well, and I'm very pleased with the quality of the products and the worldwide reach. I've had sales in England, Australia, France, and Germany as well as the USA, with no extra effort on my part to reach those markets. Customer service is quick and decisive - the rare occasions when I've had a complaint (unhappy with the sub for an out of stock shirt, and a coupon that didn't apply correctly once) the issue was resolved quickly in my favor.
