When ordering goods from China, I do not pay for the shipment, after a while the package is at home and I can track the shipment all the time. Zazzle? Big disappointment. First, they prepare the shipment for a long time, then they make you wait 20 working days for the shipment, without being able to check at what stage the delivery is. If the package is lost after shipping, you are out of luck, because there is not even a shipping number to file a complaint. Medieval standards. Shame on you, I will not buy any more in this place.

I ordered bridal shower invitations for my daughter's shower. When I received them, I could barely read "here comes the" part of "here comes the Bride." I would have returned them but did not have enough time to order new ones. Silver/Gray on lavender should have shown but it did not. Anyone ordering, make sure the writing shows up extra bold if you want to see it.

I purchased a bunch of 11 x 17 decoupage papers and they arrived folded. Because the paper is so thin, even after you iron it using parchment paper on top, you still end up with a white line down the center of your image because the crease has lost some of the pigmentation. So so disappointing and they force you to buy 2 of everything! Never again!
Tip for consumers:
Only buy 8x11 so they arent folded.

I utilized the puzzle creation service to generate a 20" x 20" (676-piece) puzzle using submitted photographs. The product was received as expected, and it was delivered in a timely manner. The app that generated the puzzle was easy to use and included automatic error checking/ feedback, which insured that what I received looked just like the submitted pictures. Checkout and shipping status reports were easy/ satisfactory. The thickness of the puzzle pieces was OK, but (due to the number of pieces) the pieces were on the small side. So, when they fit together, the overall puzzle was not as rigid I would want. However, that did not detract from the finished product or from the fun experienced assembling it. Although a little pricey, I would have no issue in using the site for other unique purchases.
Internet search - fabricating a unique puzzle through Zazzle was the only way I could find a puzzle for the desired subject manner. And Zazzle was the only self-design service I could find on the Internet in a reasonable time.

I think this site is a scam, very disappointed.
I placed an order for masks on 5/2, after the lengthy delay of the items shipping on 6/11, I still have not received my items. I am not able to contact customer support. By email, I've only received boiler plate response. Can not contact by phone either after many attempts. After seeing responses from this site - I think the only response will be the same generic boiler plate apologies with no action being taken.

I ordered some business cards for the 2nd time, I thought wow first time was pretty easy, and simple, cards looked mostly great besides 1 or 2. Then I ordered my 2nd set and they look like crap, the corners are damaged, peeling back, most cards have a lot of quality issues. I'm really upset. These are for my business, and I even ordered and paid extra for shipping just to have a damaged product. Won't be using for future services. Very upset.

I ran across Zazzle while working on a project. I was putting together a book of all the 50 United States with details on each. I wanted post cards of various cities, National Parks, and other places that I had visited in each state, as well as a map and fact sheet on each one. In my google search I ran across this website. There was the largest variety of post cards to choose from, and I even found the fact sheets I was hoping for.
The shipping was fairly priced and came within a quick time frame (less than a week). I only wish more post cards had the option to print them in a glossy finish versus a matte finish. I do believe it's the sellers (and not Zazzle) who decide whether to have that printing option.
The variety of items (other than post cards) available on their website was nice too. And I like that they can create personalized items on the website! :)

I ordered 6 masks from Zazzle. It took longer than originally promised. When they finally came, they were not as expected. Several of the masks were different sizes from one end to the other and the stitching was loose and coming apart. One elastic end snapped off the first time i tried one on. Not a professional mask by any means. I was very disappointed with all of them.

I've wasted so much time on this. I can't write another explanation of my problem. Basically the worst customer service ever! Compounded by listening to how great they are on their "on hold" recording during my RIDICULOUS wait times.

I ordered prayer cards for my mother's celebration of life event and I was disappointed when i received these. My mother's picture was very dark and the color to her face was orange. The picture I provided was no way near the same as what was printed on the cards. I've reached out to customer service but so far have not heard from them. Disappointing!

I ordered 5 different tee shirts. When they arrived one was completely wrong, I may have punched in the wrong number-I don't know, The sizes where all over the board because of the different styles. I called customer service, We re-did the whole order, I made a change on one shirt, changed the size on 2 and was to get credited for the other two. Then she told me to donate the shirts that they sent. Being they were all bringing attention to the problem with Domestic Violence I was very very happy to take them to a local shelter. They have been awesome whenever I have had a problem. No Questions asked, just want to fix the issue and get the correct product out to you. I highly recommend them

My family, including my breast cancer survivor daughter, do several walks to support breast cancer research. I bought each one of us a button to support our survivor and I collect them after the walks so they will not get lost! But, I am delighted to update my daughter's button each year to celebrate her cancer free status! This year's button said "6 year survivor". Hooray! Zazzle is dependable, lasts from year to year, and provides quick delivery. The product helps us celebrate!

I have been using Zazzle for years. There have been a few problems along the way, but the company has always fixed the problem and made sure I ended up with a great product. The have sent things by overnight mail at their own expense to make up for delays, and made refunds without hesitation when called for. I have never been dissatisfied with the final result. Their customer service team is one of the best I have ever worked with, and has never failed to resolve any issues (their have been very few along the way) in a timely and courteous way. I recommend Zazzle to all my friends when they are looking for a special, custom-made item.
Tip for consumers:
Be REALLY quick when trying to take advantage of a discount. The discount can disappear before you can even get your design uploaded to your cart. The marketing team goes a little crazy with their flash discounts, so you never know when to pull the trigger on an order, as you may order it at 20% off today and then find it at 60% off tomorrow.

Very unhappy with my Zazzle experience.
I am still waiting for my shirts two months after placing the order.
Despite several requests via the Zazzle website and via direct email, customer service still has not replied.
I purchase many products on the internet. Unless Zazzle corrects this situation, I will never use Zazzle again and will warn people widely against buying from Zazzle.
UPDATE: after posting on SiteJabber, Zazzle was very prompt in replying and correcting the problem. It would have been better had Zazzle responded promptly to my direct enquiries via its website, and better if there had been no problem in the first place. But in the end, Zazzle fixed the problem, and should be given credit for that. Thank you, Chanel, for turning around my opinion of Zazzle, or leaving open the possibility that I may in future do business with Zazzle.

I ordered a personalized stamp only to discover it was coming without ink. Not a huge deal, but when your spending THAT much in a stamp, there should be an ink pad included. It's automatically on NONE. So if you don't know you have to choose a color, you end up with a stamp and no ink. Yes, the ink pad is extra, but it's fairly inexpensive and should definitely be included. I wasn't impressed, at all.

The company has not responded to my email inquiry about an item in my order that has not shipped, and has had the status of "processing" for 11 days now (yet I was already charged in full for the entire order). Their website said the shipping turnaround is 24 hours for this particular item type (unframed poster), yet I have not received any sort of update after 11 days. I guess my only recourse it to dispute this with the credit card company.

There are many sites for invitations and cards but what sets Zazzle apart is the outstanding customer service. I had the opportunity to receive Tram's help who assisted me in modifying and creating several invitations for my daughter's shower. With her help I was able to have the best possible invitations that coordinated with our Beach theme. Her input with design, fonts and spacing was excellent. While ordering my labels, tags and cards at Zazzle, I was extremely grateful for the exemplary Customer service.

Ordered customized napkins for my daughters shower for this October. On website it show Brite vibrant colors. When I received them they look like someone photocopied the print on them. For the money I spent on these napkins they are totally not worth it. I will probably be embarrassed to even use them

I don't normally write review but this time I had to do since this company really screwed my party invite. I made my invite and still not here even after 4 weeks later. The party is this weekend and I still haven't sent out any invite. It supposed to arrive 3 weeks ago.
Customer wait is also 40 minutes which I think it's quite ridiculous time waste.
Please don't use Zazzle.

I ordered 2 Humpty Dumpty t-shirts for a class play. I paid 14.99$ additional shipping to ensure their delivery. The day after they were suppose to arrive I called to check on shipping. They had not even been shipped. The operator said they were still in production. She apologized refunded my money. Although their were no hassles on the refund. We did not have the much needed t-shirts for the play. Overall-unreliable and I won't purchase again.

Unfortunately, I have had the same experience with Zazzle as described in the many other reviews this month. I placed an order December 6, with an estimated arrival of December 13-15. It still does not show it has shipped as of December 17. There is no customer service offered in the evenings or weekends. There was no email to update the incorrect arrival estimate and delay. I have requested a full refund and cancellation of my order.
